I wanted to buy some Swple Panda bamboo fabric items and saw reference to Coupon Discounts. I could not access what I needed on e Swole Panda site and queried the authenticity of the discount coupon availability. As a result CouponBirds made contact and in particular Krause Scott - I know not where they are based nor how they operate, BUT the bottom line is that Krause took control of my problem, researched and returned with a clear definitive answer that concluded the issue for me - this I find is an unusual customer care result nowadays.
