I tried 3 different Krispy Kreme coupons that were "verified" with today's date, 1/2/2024. None of them worked. I made sure I ordered the basic glazed dozen and there were no other discounts. I hate it when supposedly legitimate coupons won't work.

Like many similar sites of this type, posted purchase discount codes for vendor goods/services at the Retail Me Not site work only about half the time, and there is no guarantee you will ever receive an "activated" cash percentage rebate from RMN either. Any inquiries are treated as if RMN customer service is doing you a favor, or as if you are trying to fraudulently obtain a discount on an activated and verified purchase, (I was told they were addressing a concern of mine as a "One Time Courtesy").
No Joy here, and not worth the time/effort.

As soon as I start making larger purchases for cashback on your app, my account gets magically flagged for "suspicious activity" and is under a permanent investigation, one for which you can't even provide the slightest inkling as to how someone could even scam you using your own app through their Chrome browser?
And then I'm referred to terms of use that don't even begin to detail any violations for which I could have possibly even been a part of, all while refusing to accept the receipts from the merchant I used to purchase my hotel stays for my vacation?
And you can't even give me the courtesy as a customer to provide some insight into why my account was locked after refusing to pay me for justified purchases and robbing me of the opportunity to earn cashback from one of your competitors who doesn't treat me like I'm some sort of terrorist?
No wonder why your ratings on Consumeraffairs.com and Trustpilot.com are swirling the drain.

RetailMeNot is a wonderful money saver. One can register and browse for deals via app or website. Discounts up to 50% off are offered on anything from food to electronics. I use the app regularly and save big each time I use it. Just yesterday I brought a Papa John's large pizza for 40% off. Some other rivals to RetailMeNot make one jump through hoops just to save minimal or none in the end. RetailMeNot offers exactly what it states without any tricks. The only drawback is that some of the coupons may not work. Hints the four stars.

My account was "voluntarily" deleted by Retailmenot and now they will not honor my account cash back rewards balance. I had $67 in my account and somehow they "voluntarily" deleted that. They gave no explanation as to why that was. I used the app faithfully for years collecting my cash rebates and they suddenky delete my account with no warning?! This is bull$#*!. Don't use them. There are better apps out there.

I've used RetailMeNot for years. In the past I used to find great promo codes but seems like most of the "codes" these days are affiliate money making links that don't actually link you to the offer/deal/code. Unless there's an actual code being shown, I wouldn't waste my time clicking a link. I do find codes from time to time but they are few and far between these days.

I signed up for RetailMeNot.com because they were offering a $50 cash-back bonus for signing up with AT&T as a new internet customer. I did exactly that and still am happy with my new AT&T Fiber service, but RetailMeNot banned my account for "suspicious activity" with no pay out. I even read the fine print and followed the procedure to a T. Email correspondence got no where. Complete scam.

It is so shocking to me that this company is still around. As others have noted, years and years ago when the company first came about, the coupons actually worked. Now it's seriously a joke. Every single coupon says expired or invalid and those that don't, are just pop ups and/or links to a sale on a website that don't offer any kind of discount. I live in Austin and I have personally been in their offices, have friends that work there, etc. and it is so shocking to me how they are still around. You should see the office. Full-time free barista's, free food galore, 10 free beer choices on tap, fresh grass shots, etc every perk that you could ever imagine (for scammers, *cough* "employees" - not to mention the nicest office I have ever seen, but it is all Rose tinted glasses because clearly it is just a scam site now. It's really a shame. It shows that companies like RMN care more about pop-up ads and advertisements and couldn't care less about their product/services being legitimate (or any kind of quality) it's a complete BS/scam. People that work there that I know personally even tell me that their entire revenue stream is only advertisement and pay per click. They could not care less about actually providing coupons or discounts for their consumers. These are facts not opinions. Shame on you retail me NOT.

I have redeemable money with RetailMeNot. However, I have no way to access my funds since I do not have PayPal or Venmo. If I do nothing, RetailMeNot will charge me an annual service fee till my money is depleted. I am not permitted to redeem it through another credit card source, and RetailMeNot claims it cannot issue checks. Hum? I wonder how their employees are paid!

I have used them for years but I must have signed up for something and now I get a popup on everything I try to look at. I have deleted my account but that didn't help. I loved it when I could just go to the site and look for a coupon bur I hate the popups.

Coupons doesn't work well on buyback websites. It is a waste of time.Its better to use the main retailer websites or other websites for promotions.

Once upon a time you could go to this site, and attain coupon codes would actually work. In two years now I have no longer been able to get a working coupon code. I will no longer even try its a waste. It is unknown if they actually test there codes, I can only guess not. Wayback this site was a go to spot for shopping. They have been gone for several years now. Adios retailmenot, your reputation has been marred over that past years there are other working sites out there...

Created the first account with them because they had a 10% cashback offer for BestBuy. Followed the instruction step by step and made my eligible purchase in the "TopDeals" section, after I picked up my order a couple days later I got the email from them saying "BestBuy let us know you made a purchase" and it showed the pending cashback balance in my wallet which is good. A few days later when I checked again, I saw my pending become $0.0 went to look at my reward activity and to my surprise, I got marked ineligible now with this message "Ineligible due to suspected violation of Terms. Please contact Customer Care if you believe this was in error." Of course, I believe is an error so I contacted the customer care and gotten a response that doesn't say the specifics and told me to email directly if I believe this is an error so I emailed and it say it could take 5 days for the review, Took all 5 days for a response and guess what the reply was basically the same as the first response I got, this is not acceptable, they are straight-up not putting any effort into this problem or simply at this point I feel like they are just trying to not payout. I attached the picture of the responses.

Their advertising is an obnoxious nuisance. Their newpaper-like ad circulars jam up the mailbox and block legitimate mail. I would never buy anything from them in any circumstance. If there was some effort to put them out of business I'd want to support that. It's like they're doing inverted advertising -- make people want to avoid them. Too bad the lowest rating one can enter is one star.
I definitely give them 10/10 without a doubt! They save plenty of people money and everyone can do so much! If everyone is a happy camper, then I know they are too!

Never used the service before and signed up. Tried to order two gift cards and my order was cancelled. I got the canned "third party verifier" response to my inquiry that others seem to be getting. Not sure what the deal is or if they are trying to week out casual users by denying the first order to see if you will go back, but they lost a customer here. Account deleted and I will be watching my credit card closely for fraud.

I did the Cashback service for AT&T wireless new service back in September 2017 and still haven't received my cash back of $100! What a SCAM this website is! Everyone please avoid Retailmenot.com! I'm a Marine Veteran OEF Afghanistan and I will not do anymore business with these people. I have emailed many times and I keep getting the run around! Still waiting on Merchant or send receipt (which I have 3x!) Uggg I give up with this place, but just had to warn others before its more wasted time!
