I mailed coach purses, valuable, and profitable items to Thred up. They lied and stated they never received them, never sold them, or transferred the items to UPcycle. I saw some of my items on their website for sale. Don't sell to them. They are crooks!
This company is awful! I wish I would have read the reviews prior to me purchasing anything from this company. I am so surprised they are still in business. The company did not refund my total amount so I will have to contact my bank regarding this. They are extremely unprofessional and their replies are very odd and don't address the concern (they ignore money that they owe you). I have rarely seen ratings/reviews like this for any company. This is BAD!
I ordered henna color hair dye from this company, requested a refund due to the product not being effective, and didn't receive not 1 response from this company. They are very unprofessional and scammed me out of money. I will never purchase from them again under any circumstances.
Andrea and Diana are some of the most rude customer service agents that work at Zulily. Please get training and get educated on how a business is operated successfully and most importantly how to treat customers. There are also INCOMPETENT customer service agents at Zulily, to name one in particular Ronald. Zulily please train these people.
Tip for consumers: You will receive store credit or no refund on most items purchased if you need to return. The quality of alot of items are subpar. You are taking a chance. Occassionally you will get an item of good quality.
