I purchased 4 items, 3 from great sellers and items arrived perfect. One item was listed as new with tags but arrived with very strong body odor in the under arms. I reached out to the seller to try to resolve the issue. She refused to work with me. She said it was new and the tags proved it. Well, someone had it on long enough to make it smell in the armpits. There are plenty of people who wear items and then put tags back on to get refunds.
On EBAY sellers would note smells of any kind, if it came from a pet free home or smoke free home, etc.
I disputed it with Poshmark who took 3 days to get back to me, and they said they would take $5.00 off and I could relist it! Are you kidding me. I paid for new and you want me to resell a smelly top as new and be dishonest. Nope! No doing it. YOU have NO STANDARDS. You protect dishonest or lazy sellers and buyers have no way to leave a review - so I am leaving my review here. I even said I would pay to send the top for someone else to smell it.
I called Visa to dispute the payment. I fully expect to be kicked off Poshmark - which is fine, since they obviously don't want my business, I am happy with the protections I get on Ebay. Watch out *******@destivia_design!
