I waited 1.5 hours on the telephone and 1.75 hours online (via mobile link chat) requesting support for internet services that are not working correctly. (very very slow/high latency). After spending indicated time waiting on telephone was provide with a message that I'd beconnected to a service representative, only to be placed immediately back on hold without speaking to anyone. After spending the indicated time waiting online I was disconnected from the customer Chat session with a final message indicating there was no one available to assist. I've come to expect this level of service from Frontier Communications, as they consistently fail to provided any meaningful level of support or resolution to customer reported service issues. I eagerly await other internet connectivity options, when available through other providers in this area to eliminate the terrible experiences (billing, change requests, performance and service issue resolution) I've had throughout the years and years of association with this company.

Like many similar sites of this type, posted purchase discount codes for vendor goods/services at the Retail Me Not site work only about half the time, and there is no guarantee you will ever receive an "activated" cash percentage rebate from RMN either. Any inquiries are treated as if RMN customer service is doing you a favor, or as if you are trying to fraudulently obtain a discount on an activated and verified purchase, (I was told they were addressing a concern of mine as a "One Time Courtesy").
No Joy here, and not worth the time/effort.

I'd been a long time Norwest Bank customer prior to the merger with Wells Fargo in 1998, so I was accustomed to a great banking experience. Since then I've seen a continual downturn in quality and value in products offered, and a severe collapse of provided customer services. Over time the company has even been found guilty of numerous unethical and even illegal practices. Unfortunately management seemingly hasn't taken the necessary remedial action to meaningfully improve these obvious shortcomings. After my recent unsuccessful marathon experience in trying to work with "Customer Service" representatives to obtain a credit for a duplicate charge on a Wells Fargo issued VISA card (that even the vendor acknowledged as an error) I will eventually be closing all of my CD, Checking, Savings and Credit card accounts with this firm, and moving on to another institution that is service oriented and that better fits my needs and expectations.

this review is an observation and general overview of product and customer service status at this firm

Orders placed and confirmed are cancelled with explanations such as "system glitches" etc.
Orders actually processed and received are sub-par compared to other sources.
I would not recommend this company.

As other have mentioned, Optics Planet does not have many of the items they advertise for sale in stock. Their last response (received today) to my multiple inquiries for an expected ship date for an item I ordered six weeks ago was;
"Thank you for contacting us. This order is currently processing. We ask all of our customers to please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation as well as the tracking information. If there is anything else you need please let us know. Have a nice day!"
Cordial but not helpful.

Received automatic message replies to my email inquiries regarding my order status. I have found no other way to contact this company.
I question if they have any of the items offered for sale, actually in stock.
If you order from this company be prepared for extremely long delays in receiving items or worse...

Hey NT... You are getting these BAD reviews for a reason. From my personal experience, there are some GREAT employees in your stores, but there are some REALLY BAD/RUDE ones that negate any desire to continue doing business with your company.
The hassel in picking up three (3) orders yesterday will probably keep me away from your Minnetonka store for a long time.
