Hi Julie, we're sorry to hear that you were not able to access the Venmo option when choosing to redeem your rewards. We did experience a temporary outage with Venmo earlier this month however, that has now been resolved. Also, if you are using an older version of our mobile app, that option will not be visible to you so we do recommend downloading the newer version of our app or visiting your RetailMeNot profile through your mobile browser so that the option is visible to you.
