I just had a wonderful experience booking my hotel room with a very experienced team member. His name is Agustin, from the Wyndham "family " I say family because I felt at ease with every single aspect of my experience booking my room, making sure it's the right address that I was going to, every detail was clear with him. Agustin is very professional in his mannerisms and spoke clearly, was patient if I asked him to repeat something for me so I fully understood, being a senior citizen, and love to travel, it's good to know that there are people like Agustin who will always do his best for everyone he gets to speak to. I had a very stress- free time and wishing he could answer all my calls when I need to book a hotel. Looking forward to my stay. Thank you

One of the most unpleasant experiences I have had with trying to make a reservation cancel reservation and out of $1000 at this point and still have no reservation and I'm out $1000 because of the third-party nonsense I was unable to receive a refund without paying a cancellation via $180 less than two hours into making a reservation that's to me unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I find this extremely unacceptable and I am a businessman that deal with contracts all day and we will be hearing from a lawyer about this complaint is my attorneys name is author Scofield

First time I called I got a woman who I could barely understand and who said she was unable to locate the block of reserved rooms. I terminated the call and tried a different phone number and was routed to Sergio. He was friendly, helpful, efficient and easy to understand. It took longer than I would have liked to make the reservation, but once I got to Sergio it moved along quickly. I am satisfied.

The first call I made to book a reservation the female agent was not very helpful and the call was disconnected after I asked to speak with a supervisor.

I was not told you were a third party, so I couldn't use my Hilton Honors points. The piece of sh! T I spoke with, said I could use my points upon checking in to the Hotel. He lied to me, so I had to pay an inflated price.

Called to make a reservation for La Quinta in Columbus, MS. Talked with Paige and she got me a rate that was cheaper than online. She was very helpful and courteous.
First call gave all my information and suddenly lost the call Second call I was able to reaffirm my reservation on September 16 and received a confirmation number but I was disappointed that I didn't receive a email to print out *******@yahoo.com

Paige did an amazing job helping me make a reservation. I also needed to cancel one but found that the charge had already gone through. I didn't understand that they would run that charge through that quickly and was not happy about that. She immediately offered a voucher to replace that charge that I wanted to cancel. Her actions restored my faith in Hilton! She is great!"

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
