After buying the ticket through the app, wrong title was given to my mother's name. Finally its corrected by them but It took a while and due to lack of urgency in the customer support, I am doubtful that I will go for another booking.

Extremely poor customer service and lack of response. I have more AED 320 sitting in their karam account which i would like to redeem against my booking, i have checked all conditions and are all valid, however after calling them, emailing them 5 times, i dont have a response or clarity why so. I tried speaking to their manager in their call center, after being asked to wait for 10mins, he/she hung up the call without talking to me! I dont think their call center staff even understand proper english! Never doing business with them again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBEL SERVICE...! It was the biggest mistake i did by booking through this website Rehlat. I just wanted to change my flight ticket date but it was sooo complicated almost impossible and even cannot cancel because they will charge you a lot. There is no option to change date by own self unless you call thought their not reachable customer care number, which is not easy to get connect if by any chance your call will be attend with very attitude agent (Female), they will put you call on hold for atlist 35 to 40 mins after every single inquiry you will do with them. I'm very Upset. Base on my personal experience i Will definitely not recommend and will never book again from this website. :(

VERY POOR SERVICE. My daughter booked a flight with this company. As circumstances changed, She needs to reschedule her flight for today September 7,2018, from DBX to SG and SG to DRW. We asked how much will it cost to rebook the schedule for SG to DRW, but did not get any response back for 48 hours. The representative said we cannot tell you the price at this stage but we will get back to you via email. After 48 hours NO RESPONSE. It is so unfair and my daughter is now on her way to SG and yet the ticket from SG to DRW was not rescheduled as needed. We need a company to trust in case there is a unavoidable change of circumstances. A helpful representative. I want them to act as quickly as possible. Now as I am not sure now how my daughter will arrange her flight to Darwin. REHLAT DOES NOT EVEN CARE.
As at 8/9/18, Yes you responded too late. On time service is what matters especially in crucial time. I do not think your representative understand this and by replying to this email saying that they sent the quotation now is no longer acceptable. The whole itinerary screwed up because we relied on your service that you will respond back on time. Without compensating to the damage, you even quoted back, just to squeeze more from us. Double whammy! What a scam!? Delayed the response to squeeze more business to a client.
