I booked my two ways tickets from Dubai to Bangkok. But when i receive my ticket it was not the date i booked for. So i call the customer care which they hardly pick up the call or they will always keep you on hold for one or the other reason. I also sent an email to the customer support team and i receive lots of emails for the same issue from different people telling me it will be an additional charges where everybody is quoting different rates for the amendment. I agreed to pay 220 aed for the amendment which they they also agreed and sent me the link for payment but once i did payment in another 30 minutes i receive another email saying they will charge me another 130 aed which i did not understand. Since then i am exchanging emails for a week with no solutions at all. They are like a robots which know only how to repeat the same things again and again. When i call up the Customer asking for their manager they said manager is not available and ask me to call after two hours, i call after two hours still manager was not available so they said they will call me in an hour which i never receive a single call so far. Never do the mistake of booking from this agency. The worse.
I booked ticket two tickets to Bosnia which cause 2200 aed each and I to cancel and refund the money cause my visa is not yet ready but they charge 930 each for penalty. I told them if I will rebook the ticket after two months what will be the charges? They told me 830 aed for each for rebooking the ticket. I called flyDubai they told me if we book the ticket straight to them it is free for rebooking. Or other instances 150 aed charge only. Very disappointed and problematic about the situation. Never I will book with this agency!
