Booked a flight from Ahmedabad to DXb for Dec 20 2018 i used my debit card to pay they already deduct my money from my account. It says booking is confirmed but later they said we didnt receive your payment and send another payment link for payment & also said that your previous amount will be refunded within 6-7 working days. Hi i made a booking via booking id ******* round trip from dubai to lahore via muscat from 04 jan 2019 to 18 jan 2018. My payment deducted from bank same day. And i was away so couldnot check my email. Rehlat didnt get payment and they cancelled my booking. When i called bank they said your payment has been successfully transferred but merchant didnt collect it. I was relaxed that i have booked my flight. I took leave from office as well and it is very urgent for me to visit pakistan. Now bank is not releasing money rehlat cancelled my booking and flight fares has also increased. I hardly managed money to go to pakistan i dont have enough budget to pay more than this. And no other option to book payment. This is a humble request to kindly resume my booking and accept that payment. This is the only option i have to go back to pakistan. Please please help me in this matter

On 08.11.2018 I made a booking and at the time of entering credit card number, the amount shown was 6687. 37 EGP but I got a message from the bank that they deducted 6,978.51 EGP. Then they sent me an email saying that my ticket is pending confirmation from the airlines, but an hour later they said that I have to pay an extra of 300 AED to complete my booking so I decided to cancel the booking due to the price difference and asked for refund and until 22.11.2018 they did not process the refund and after several emails they confirmed the refund by 22.11.2018 but until today 03.12.2018 the amount never arrived in my account. And I sent several emails and got nothing from them. They are thieves never book with them.

This is a complaint message I post here after I found that rehlat has scammed me and there is no way to return my money - I will ensure to post my feedback everywhere possible to notify potential victim customers to avoid falling in the same trap.
I have just made a booking with the reference ID 810775 to Rome, Italy via Skyscanner.ae using Rehlat as an option of booking as you showed competitive price.
The price of the ticket showed before I pay around 3400 AED and once I clicked pay suddenly the number changed to around 3600 AED.
When I got back to the payment details I discovered that there has been a hidden charge called convenience charge of around 200 AED that has not been disclosed on the website before I pay.
When I contacted the customer service, the answer was "We are sorry but the prices change over the time." However the increase was clearly because of the hidden charge not the price change.
Best service provider. They can resolve any sort of issue. Very user friendly app and you will get many offers. I would love to book flights through rehlat
