I have been trynig rehlat contact number since last 2 days and they just keep you on call machine for few minutes and abruptly disconnect it.
There is literally no means to reach the cusomter care though call. My flight has been cancelled by airline but rehlat as not even informed or cared about informing the cancellation to me.
Really a disappointing case, How I will be tortured for refund and other services is another question that is still unanswered.
I booked two flights from Rehlat - Booking ID *******. My flight has been cancelled by the airline according to Rehlat but I have not received the refund yet. I have sent 3 emails and made 3 calls and I am always asked to wait until the airline reimburses me. I have told them that I have to cancel my credit card soon and I need to a refund immediately. It is Rehlat's responsibility to return my money and deal with the airline on their end. I paid to Rehlat not the airline. I regret paying money to Rehlat, and their team has just given me fault assurances and they are not understanding the time and financial crunch that I am under. I will never recommend booking with them. You should rather pick a more reliable site.

When you send an email you get an automatic reply saying we will get back to you in 24 hours but that never happens. I am really regretting booking my tickets from this fraud and scam site. The first time we contacted Rehlat was last week and we requested to reschedule the return flight. It was only after 4 days that we have gotten a response from them! When we were about to confirm the re-booking itinerary, we were told that they have to check its availability as it may not be available anymore since the offer was from 4 days ago!
We tried NUMEROUS TIMES calling their customer service hotline but it's either no one is answering or that we only get the same response over and over - "we will get back to you via email within 24 hours". HOW ON EARTH WILL YOU BE ABLE TO GET A GOOD DEAL WHEN THEIR RESPONSE TAKES 24 HOURS TO GET TO YOU? That is, IF you receive a reply from them.
Luckily, UNTIL NOW, we have NOT resolved our concern, ALL THANKS TO REHLAT!

So I booked a ticket for one of my employees and got charged twice for it. Upon trying to endlessly call and trying to reach them, nobody answered the customer service helpline. Finally ended up writing them an email using the platform on their website upon which I got a response from a person named Abdul Kareem who asked me to send them the credit card statement. Been three days since I've sent that along with following up with another email but no response so far.
The prices they mention on third-party websites are also misleading. Right at the time of paying for the ticket they'll add an extra charge which makes the ticket at par with any other website. Karam reward point system is another misleading feature, so all in all it's the last time that I've booked a ticket using this website.

I have ticket from Pune to Abu dhabi by Jet airways when i reach there they have told me sorry sir your flight is cancel, we will provide you another flight from mumbai to Abu dhabi.
Then i fighted with them why nobody inform me no mail no call no msg, then they said your booking agent should inform you that all flight got cancel from Pune to Abu dhabi.
We cant provide you any flight from pune, will provide you but after two days and that will b from Mumbai.

Rehlat is one of the best travel booking site in the Region based on my personal recent experiences. I had a recent booking trough Rehlat and a modification thereafter. Believe me, they were the cheapest not only in the initial booking but also in case of modification charges. I found them cheaper even than the airline itself. Their staff is so swift and responsive that I did not have any hassle or worry about my bookings and modifications timings and costs.

I was surprised the customer service just said nothing can be done and hung up the phone even as I requested them if they could partly refund me some amount or arrange another ticket even one way to dubai but nothing

I had written a previous review for rehlat which I want delete now.
I had a very bad experience with rehlat I had booked a ticket from Doha to dubai booking no 979090 to attend a course on Feb 28 and return 2 March Salam air.
For some unavoidable reasons the course dates were changed and the person in charge for course there in dubai told me he ll get my dates changed with rehlat.
He was told that not to worry new dates will be given for a fee. For some reason my tickets were not cancelled and post dated I did not even board the flight Salam air scheduled for dubai on 28 Feb. But no one from rehlat called me to ask me why there was a no show or they can help to refund me partial payment or give me new dates as I was not able to board the flight not cause of my mistake.
Worst shit management ever plse do not deal with dem. I'll never book again with these people totally unprofessional and unreliable service. I lost 1700qatari riyals with these shit management
