I have 42 follow up email with Rehlat from last 7 months without any solution provided. I booked Indigo flight using Rehlat and they later refunded my complete amount to Rehlat in August 2020. No refund since 5 months!
Since the past 5 months, I'm waiting to receive my refund from Rehlat. However, every time I contact them, I receive the same reply. I'm frustrated to have received 15
emails from Rehlat's team with the same stereotype response for processing my refund from the last 5 months. Several attempts have been made, in order to get my refund which has already been processed from the airlines long ago! I fail to understand what is the reason for the delay? I've been living in the Kuwait since the past 40 years but I'm yet to come across such unprofessionalism as I've experienced with them. I booked ticket for my family on EK through Rehlat, travel date: 02-Apr-20 (paid AED3005). Due to covid flight has been cancelled by EK. Rehlat agreed to refund my ticket amount subject to a cancellation fee of AED220 per passenger (AED1100 total cancellation fee) After continuous follow-ups, On 25th May, Rehlat informed me that the money will be credited to my account within 15-20 working days. However, still I am waiting for the refund. Though I have informed them that I have lost my job and need to close my credit card, no positive response has been received so far other than same copy paste response of still waiting refund from Airline. I am frustrated and never seen such pathetic service from any service provider.

Since the last 2 months i am waiting for my refund from REHLAT team and when ever i drop an email i get response saying that they have forwarded my query to Finance team. They have always stereotype messages and they do copy paste and send.
Airline (Kuwait airways) has refunded my money to REHLAT on 25th Aug but still i am waiting but no results?
I must share my feedback that it's always good to book ticket with airline directly instead of travel portals.

Confirmation mail received from rehlat after cancellation of flight by airlines stating refund process shall be after 60 days through confirmation by mail. Still waiting for refund for nearly 3 months... despite of many follow ups call, emails, no result. The flight was from Kuwait to Tiruchirapalli on Jun 15th and date was changed thrice by Rehlat. Then Rehlat cancelled this special flight last Jul 16th and agreed to pay full refund since then nothing has been refund. Whenever I mail them for follow up, they ask for booking ID which was not provided in my case. Then they reply that they have forwarded to financial team and after that no reply from them since last month. Got fed up with the service.

Rehlat is scammed. They are deducing money from credit and debit cards without issuing tickets.and you will not get back these mony. So please be aware these scammed online trave agencies. One of my friend is preparing legal case against rehlat. He will be submitting by next week to dubai police. Requesting customer to dont use credit or debit card on rehlat website because they are saving your credit debit cards information and automatically deducting money from your accounts. So be aware from these scammer.

With reference to my various emails from 8th March 2020 for refund or re booking airticket. Aghast to see, that 6 month of constant communication has not moved an inch either the Air India airline's nor Rehlat. Please make a note of following:
1) Due to non takeoff of your flight on 08.03.2020 we are stranded in Kuwait on Visit visa.
2) We were on short visit and by profession we are housewife and my mother is Senior Citizen age 69.
3) We incurred heavy lossess and trauma because of you for not arranging refund nor flight ticket to return our home country.
4) If you are not able to provide airticket before 31 August 2020 as per Kuwait MOI to leave Country those who are on visit visa, we are not liable to pay any plenty of Kd. 10 per day.
6) Hence your agency will be sole responsible for our stranded in Kuwait and legal plenties which we not in a stage of paying.
7) Legal action against us will in turns on your travel agency is the final option.

I had Emirates tickets from Bangalore to Dubai return booked with Rehlat for my parents and at the same time I booked Emirates tickets for my inlaws from Cleartrip. The Cleartrip ticket has been used one way and still, I was able to reschedule the return ticket with Cleartrip without any charge, twice. The covid situation in India has not allowed my in laws to return yet.
At the same time when I ask Rehlat to reschedule my parents tickets which has not been used yet, they ask for exorbitant amounts of money which is equal to booking a new ticket, giving various excuses like issue with airline. I fail to understand that how the same Airline Emirates can be an issue for Rehlat and not for Cleartrip.
Rehlat was the worst experience I ever had with booking tickets and I am not going to return to Rehlat ever if my flight is not rescheduled as requested or I get a full refund as conveyed by airlines in their statement.
