The never refunded me

I cancelled my hotel reservation for full refund during the free cancellation period however now it is two months and they did not refund me. Everytime I contacted them, they promis to provide the refund in 48hs. The 48hs now become 2 months and not yet issue the refund. Booking ID RSA*******

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

NO REFUND. LIES. What an absolute disgrace.

I made a hotel booking 2 months ago, for 5 nights. Paid a lot of money. Next day, booking got cancelled with no explanation.
After calling them multiple times, they finally sent me an email confirming that they would refund the full amount "within 10-12 business days".
It's been 2 months. NO REFUND.
I have sent over 30 emails in total, every time I receive a copy&paste answer, often with the exact same wording. Literally zero customer support.
They keep telling me they will get back to me ASAP, they have forwarded my request on high priority, I will hear back within 2-3 business days, etc. NOTHING.
I have even called them multiple times, each time the same thing. "You have to wait".
I have asked to speak to a manager, and they tell me that they have "raised the request" and that I would get contacted by a manager "as soon as possible". I did this several times, never got a call.

They have taken my money, cancelled the booking for no reason, and refuse to give the money back to me.

I am raising a complaint with my bank and with consumer rights authorities. They are headquartered in Kuwait, so if necessary, I will go all the way there to file an official complaint and take this further. I am not letting this go. Never.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Cancelled my ticket

I have bought 2 tickets and it was canceled by Rehlat and until now I have not received the refund and eveytime you asked they said " we are having a technical problem web, please call on 1 hour" that's fraud. I believe the bast way to solve this issue is to report in the your local bank and center bank and that what I did even thought they said it would take 48 hrs but report it. And I'm going with this $#*! until I get my money

Good day all
I just want to inform you that I issued a flight ticket in April for an emergency but, when I reached airport it was showing the ticket has been cancelled. Since that time I am waiting for the ticket refund money. Almost all day am calling and will receive a reply it will be returned within 48 hours but till now I didn't get any single riyals. In addition,am sending mails even. It's really frustrating me and anyone can tell me what I have to do next step.

Scammer

I bought 2 plane tickets on their site. They sent first an E-ticket booking confirmation (with a PNR number), then another email with a discount of a certain amount. A few days later I found that a higher amount was taken from my account. The discount was therefore an extra fee. By doing a search on the evaluation sites, I am convinced that several people have been victims of scams by this company. I called the airline and they told me that the the tickets were booked then canceled even though I did not receive any cancellation notice. I called Rehlat and they confirmed the cancellation due to a technical payment problem and they promised to refund me all the money. I called several times and there are only promises of refunds but still nothing.
Please report these scammers via econsumer.gov.

Steals your money

I paid these people to change my flight to a week sooner and thru never did. So two days before the fight I went ahead and called allegiant myself who they go through. After rehlat saying they couldn't change the dates through an email after telling me in the phone allegiant had availability the week before like I wanted. So I paid allegiant and the flight was moved no problem. For two months I've been trying to get my refund. They give the run around. Don't let you talk to a supervisor. Says he will call within 24 hours and they don't. On the phone they act like they're gonna call allegiant and figure it out. Then days kater or even a week later after I sent another email checking in what the guy said on the phone, they tell me I can't get my refund. Over and over. Then said call allegiant for a refund. Why would I have them refund me when they did their job unlike Rehlat and they were $30 cheaper. So I've given them enough chances and will be reporting their transaction as fraud to my bank and I suggest anyone else have this problem to do the same.

After booking flight tickets using Rehlat, after payment ticket not confirmed and they asked to pay double the amount which is highter than in actual airline charge, so i cancelled and asked them in written to refund in the same card. Booking was done with free cancelation.

I have contacted them prior to the cancelation and they have confirmed the money will be refounded in 20 business days. It has been more than 2 months since and no refound was issued. I have contacted them more than 15 times by phone and their only answer "please wait.asap", "our financials will contact you within 24 hours" but nothing happen at all!

I hope Dubai police is only the way to return the money. Rehlat doesnt respect the customers at all!

Absolute disgrace!

NO REFUND SINCE 2 MONTHS!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Rehlat's booking and refund process. I recently booked a domestic flight in Saudi Arabia through their website and paid for the ticket in full. Subsequently, they informed me that they were unable to secure the ticket from the airline, and I requested them to cancel the booking and issue a refund.

Rehlat sent me an email detailing my refund, which amounted to 653, and promised that the refund would be processed within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately, I have been consistently following up with their customer service team, and they continue to assure me that the refund is with the "Finance" department and will be processed within 48 hours. To date, I have yet to receive any refund.

I strongly urge anyone considering booking through Rehlat to exercise caution and report any similar experiences. The lack of transparency and prompt action on their part is unacceptable.

First mistake was booking with this website without proper research about them. So almost the same like the others, i booked my flight in their website (cheapest at that time), i received email that the booking was pending and they are waiting for the airline to confirm before they will send me the ticket copy. After 2 hours, i received another email that there was a price hike and i need to pay for the booking to proceed and 3rd email that since no response from my side the cancelled my booking.
I read the email when i reached home after work, but still i paid the fare hike just to secure my booking since my flight was already in 2 weeks. The following day i called their customer care to double check if my ticket was confirmed but they said it was cancelled already and they will initiate the refund on June 15,2023.
After multiple calls and emails from them, until now i dont receive my refund with cost 2.6 aed in total. I filed complaint in DET in dubai since the office is located there. They said that Rehlat is not licensed by the department, thus they does not fall under their jurisdiction. I called ******* but they refer me to Ministry of Economy (*******)because they are dealing only with company within Abu Dhabi. Ministry of Economy was close today and sunday so i am planning to file a case also.

As i am reading the review of others, I read about filling a dispute report. So I called my bank to file a dispute case to Rehlat and suggested that I should send them email regarding the situation and any proof of emails from the company. Waiting time is 120 days (plus the 2 months waiting for rehlat without refund =(

Such a huge inconvenience booking with Rehlat.

To those who have same experiences, let us knock all doors. Don't loose hope because it is our hard earned money! They cannot take it like that.

I made a booking, Rehlat cancelled because they could not provide the room requested. I was told the refund will take 10-12 days...its been 2 months! I sent emails I phone twice every week and always same response, my supervisor will call you in 24hrs! Unacceptable! Unreliable!

Bunch of lies

I had to cancel my hotel booking due to my flight cancellation. Cancellation took place on July 21 we are August 7 and they still copy paste the same answer

Total Scammers

The worst company in the history of mankind.

They have agreed to process the refund after 1 months of follow up and after constant email reminders,.After they agreed, 2 months have passed (Now at 16th reminder email) and even copying their CEO, CFO, no action.

I thought at least the management will have a little shame in seeing their company having such negative reviews but apparently they don't even care.

Booking number RSA*******. Been waiting since April 22.

I asked them to cancel my flight two hours after I first booked and they didn't. Two days later, a few hours right before the flight the booking still wasn't cancelled. When I called again to ask for a refund I was told the company's request for a refund was rejected due to airline refund policy. That's bullsh!t. YOU SHOULD'VE CANCELLED THE MOMENT I ASKED. This is their fault. Don't ever book with them. This sh!t is a scam and it's a slap in the face to see Google still display their website as an option to book. F.uck them. They're not even worthy of a star.

As i have booked hotel on rehlat with booking id ******* for abu dhabhi ramada by wyndham and at the very same time i have applied for refund and i also got the call and email from customer center for the same that within 10 to 12 business days you will be refunded may be they are counting day on month basis as it's been around 2 month now and they are saying everytime there financial team is looking into this matter and resolve as early as possible they are providing very awesome and amazing services to their customers with their own money. They are not deserve even a single star please start minus rating system for this website.

From 22 June, Rehlat keeping my money and not refunding.

Their team members do not provide appropriate response...they do not respond to my repeated emails. (MY case BID *******) / Request number as *******).

Ticket money taken by Rehlat.on 22 June. They.did not provide ticket.After many call and email, they sent mail stating that money will be refunded after 20 working days ( why so many days to refund).

Until today (3 Aug), Rehlat has not paid back my money.

It looks They are following fraudulent practices.
Any body please provide your suggestion to deal with this Fraud Rehlat.

Trying to fix a booking issue is terrible

I've tried to call them three times and each time they either couldn't set the date to the right date from the 6th to the 2nd and make my check out for that Saturday I asked them for but they couldn't do anything at all because the system had to get rebooted and a call back in an hour and another hour. I want a refund
