I had purchased a pair of shoes on the 17th of May and my credit card was charged on the 18th. Two weeks go by and still no email that they were sent. Contacted customer service and was advised that they were extremely busy. Then on Jun 8th, I contacted them again and was advised that the shoes were sold out and the only option was a cancellation with refund. Disappointed but okay. Got notification from credit card company that they charged it again instead of refund. Called them and they told me I had to basically figure it out with my credit card company. If I can give this company an negative number in the rating I would! Never again will I purchase from the sham of a company

I tried to order a pair of runners online and spent 30 minutes trying to enter my address, which the site refused to acknowledged. They have it set up where you choose your address based on how you type it in but here's the thing: the site will not accept an apartment number, only the house address. There is nowhere for you to enter an apartment number, and no place to add a message with instructions. I mean seriously, most people living in the city live in an apartment so where is the logic in this? I wanted to write an email to give this feedback, but I had to go hunting for their contact information and when I found it, there was a phone number, but for email it said "click here". Guess where that took me? Nowhere. I just tried to call and was told I would be on hold for 30 minutes. I've never had so much trouble trying to purchase a product before. So just so you know, Reebok only allows online deliveries to people that live in houses, and they don't have an email address. Don't waste your time.
I ordered shoes online in my usual size: the same size shoe I have been wearing for the last twenty years, but when they arrived they were too small. I attempted to return them in exchange for a larger size, but was told point-blank that they "don't exchange products". I'm not asking for a different product, just for a different size.
When I got through to the second customer service person (Beverly; the first one, Kylie, had rudely cut me off) the best she could offer was to return them for a refund. She then passively-aggressively suggested that next time, I should check their sizing guide before ordering. I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM, Beverly - you sent me the wrong size shoes!
To add insult to injury, when she sent me the link to their size guide, it says that if you're not sure what size to order, don't worry because (and this is a direct quote) "You can just try them on at home." Well, apparently I can't because you won't exchange them after I've tried them and found that they're wrong!

I contacted Reebok, and they gave me the run around for another month before they would look into my claim. They responded by agreeing the sneakers were falling apart but would not replace them since they are now used. EVEN THOUGH I CONTACTED THEM WELL OVER A MONTH AGO! They suggested I buy another pair. So, i tried to use a groupon to purchase two items. Everything seemed fine until I received someone else's two items. It was a crossfit woman's order, so i"m sure she's mad... So after being on hold for over an hour, they told me all they could do was give me back my money at 70% of what I paid, since "the groupon" is no longer available and all they had was a 30% coupon. And they would only do so if I sent back the items. What?! They never sent my items, and are charging me 30% of the order?!?! It was over $100, so that's a lot of money to try to swindle from a loyal customer. Then, they "magically" had similar items in stock, so I settled to get the similar items shipped to me. Surprise! I only got one item from the order. This is two months into this order and I probably will never see the other item. I've tried to contact them via e-mail with promises of "hearing back" in 24 hours (three times, no recontact.). I've also been on hold more than once for over an hour. Reebok online is seriously the shadiest operation I've seen. I've ordered from them only once before, but this is it! I'm considering legal action or a complain to the better business bureau. It just want my money back!
They don't trust their customers, I received an email from UPS to collect the order from the collection point when I reached there they refused to give the order & when I tried to contact Reebok they said that UPS is saying you didn't collect the order from them. They trust UPS more than there customers.
As a gift sent a workout shirt directly to a family member, it arrived way to small. By the time we got it back from the family member it was outside their "30 day window" and despite that it was never worn and still had tags on it they would not let us exchange it! When I called and attempted to talk to someone of higher authority I was told there was no one and that I could send an email to their corporate email address. TERRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! STAY AWAY!

I ordered uk 8 size of Reebok Lite 3.0 men's running shoes vide order no ******* and was promptly delivered to me through Ecom express. Since the shoes did not fit me perfectly and as i could feel uncomfortable on trial, I requested for return, within one hour of receipt of shoes. The shoes were picked up by Bluedart courtier some right days back and customer care just acknowledged receiving the goods back but no request was made for bank details or of refunding the amount. I contacted their customer care unfriendly number several times from my mobile *******148 but definate reply in regard to refund was given by the staff. I paid rs 2759/ and i myself sent them bank details. It is more than 8 days and no refund was made till date. Very poor service and the customer's amounts are gulped or not refunded at all. Please don't buy from this company directly... Better purchase from Amazone who are the best customer friendly and give prompt service including timely refund within one hour after returns are picked up..

I bought 5 sneakers NanoX on the Reebok website (RBR*******) among other items (total of R$ 1,844) on 11/28/20, two pairs did not fit and I asked to exchange these items for the right sizes.
Apparently NanoX sneakers are not being replenished, so it would be necessary to change to another color (informed in the chat at 12/15 in protocol ******* at 17:16:31 h) to get the sizes I want.
I agreed to exchange my pairs of sneakers for other colors due to lack of stock (protocol ******* and *******). I sent my sneakers to Reebok, now the attendant said that it will not be possible to make the exchange because there is no stock in the same color that I bought. They refuse to exchange pairs for the same model in different colors (protocol *******), going against what the attedant said before. I need help! In Decemeber I ordered 3 Reebok shoes via Reebok on Ebay.
Order arrives 2 days later with an item missing, one item the wrong colour and one item correct.
1. The missing slides.
Reebok disputes my claims that it didn't arrive and Ebay steps in and determines that it must have been stolen in transit and refunds me. Strange, as there was zero evidence of tamper, but atleast Ebay made it right.
2. The incorrect colour shoes.
Reebok advise me to cancel my request for return on ebay and contact Ebay about an exchange rather than a return. Well, in doing so, the matter is now closed and I can peform no further actions. This is when months of backwards and forwards communication with Reebok starts eventually resulting in an apology, a " refund " and a 20% off voucher. The 3 days passes and no money in my account.
They give me a gibberish code and tell me to contact my bank. This goes on for weeks and eventually someone else tells me they can't refund me.
Others made the same complaint too as per the feedback and this feels like they deliberately tried to get rid of stock in a colour no one wants and advertising it in a much more attractive colour( im speculating here)What happened to Reebok? I've bought many items from them over the years in various countries with this being my 1st in the United states. I couldn't get passed a customer service team on both Facebook and eBay that appears to be in India and my emails to every corporate email address I could find went unanswered. Does Reebok even have any staff in the US? I honestly wonder if they will be around in the next 10 years as from what it looks like to me is that Reebok is a sinking ship and they're rolling around the monopoly board hoping not to land on those 2 dark blue properties with Hotels on. They lied about the refund and i now believe they purposely sent out the wrong colour shoes hoping people would just accept them as there are so many complaints on ebay about this and sent me on such a runaround. I expected better from a company like Reebok.
Answer: Near impossible. I emailed customer service multiple times asking for an update after waiting over a month for my product to even be marked as shipped, all of which were never responded to. They ended up cancelling my order of which they didn't even notify me. I had to log on to check my order status to see that they had just cancelled it.
