I wish I could give 0 stars. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life.
I placed an order for club c 85 vintages shoes the delivery took 2 weeks, when they arrived they had sent me the wrong shoes. When I called customer service and informed them they refused to send me the correct shoes and refused to issue me a refund unless I returned them incorrect shoes. I have no problem returning them, except that the nearest drop off point is an hour from my house. When I explained that to them they told me nothing could be done and I had to return them in order to get a refund. So basically they refused to correct THEIR mistake and send me the correct order, and now they except me to travel for more than 2 hours in order to get my money back for once again their mistake. The cherry on top is that the shoes are now sold out entirely on their website and I can't even reorder them if I get my refund. The customer service is horrendous, I was put on hold countless times. They clearly don't care about their customers. They are putting me through a massive inconvenience for a mistake they made. I never write reviews but this is the most frustrating experience of my life and I could not advise you more - never order from reebok.

There ugly shoes in the first place but very durable, which you may like if you work outside or for running shoes. I recently tried to do an order but was not able to due to, incompatible bank. Which it asked me to use this bank specifecly. I used navy federal a bank compatible with reebox. And it did not work my card had money on it but yet i couldnt use. As someone who fought for my country its a shame i cant use a bank made for us.
3 pairs of recently bought shoes soles came off do to poor construction. Refused to warranty or admit problem
I contacted Reebok regarding the right shoe the soul coming off. I sent them pictures the product tag the shoes the bottom of the shoes
The only thing I did not have with proof of purchase, who keeps your proof of purchase of running shoes after six months they said they could not do anything for just 15% off our next pair of shoes. I find this unacceptable when the pictures I sent showed the shoes were defective.
I was so happy to order the limited edition of the Reebok nano 2 Wonder woman shoes. Until I receive my package, my shoes didn't come in a proper box but the one thing that made it disappointing was that my shoes had a security tag on them. I did contact reebok telling them about the "Security" tag. They refund me some of my money back. The thing that made it more disappointing was that any of the stores where I live couldn't remove the security tag and there no reebok store here. I went to go buy metal cutters just to cut some part of the metal hook the security tag had. That was my experience from ordering from reebok.com. I want to order the pride edition on reebok but now I'm having second thoughts.

March 27 2023 I spoke to customer service rep Tim. He said I would get a 50.00 gift card for some defective merchandise I purchased. Two weeks later I called back. I got some excuse that the system was being changed just be patient. Every week I call and each rep says I will get the gift card in 5 to 7 days. It's now June 15 I still never got it. I even sent them pictures of the stuff. Each rep I spoke to is full of sugar. Maybe one day in the next year I will get the gift card I was promised. Such a rich company to lie like that continuously is a joke. 1/2 stars which is generous.
I ordered set of hoodie and joggers 19th of May and still haven't got joggers. Wrote to the customer service almost 2 weeks ago and got a standard script respond about different distribution centers and promising to reach me out soon when they would get more information. I had purchased a pair of shoes on the 17th of May and my credit card was charged on the 18th. Two weeks go by and still no email that they were sent. Contacted customer service and was advised that they were extremely busy. Then on Jun 8th, I contacted them again and was advised that the shoes were sold out and the only option was a cancellation with refund. Disappointed but okay. Got notification from credit card company that they charged it again instead of refund. Called them and they told me I had to basically figure it out with my credit card company. If I can give this company an negative number in the rating I would! Never again will I purchase from the sham of a company
SO I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES THE WERE TO SMALL NO BIGGIE, THEY SAID SEND BACK WELL SEND THE OTHER SIZE I DO JUST THAT A WEEK LATER I TRACK AND SEE THEY HAVE A THE RETURN FOR A WEEK I GET NO EMAIL NOTHING IM ASSUMING SINCE I SPOKE TO THE LADY ITS COOL MY NEW SHOES ON THE WAY, MORE TIME PASSES STILL NOTHING SO I CALL THE LADY GOES OH WE DON'T HAVE YOUR SIZE WE WILL JUST REFUND YOU. We are at day 16 now and my order still has not been shipped. They took my money fast enough. I have called on several occasions and each time I have been given a different excuse as to why it has not shipped. Customer service has very much to be desired, sounds more like they are doing you a favor in answering your questions. No one took ownership in saying let me look into that and I will see if I can get it shipped. No mentioned of a refund and when I ask, was they now have 30 days before then consider a refund. A complete joke. A lesson learnt and I will not be coming back again.
Heading says it all. Order a pair of runners (not even on sale) and they can't get their warehouse to ship out the item. Back and forth with their customer service which is awful! No info/no updates/no nothing. Huge regret ordering for them, and I'm still waiting for them to give me back my money
Never buy from this company. Their management has lost sight of their customer services. They stopped taking returns or exchanges from April 15th until May 15th as they upgraded their system,
So I waited and called their customer service. My sense is they not only attempted to Upgrade their system but also cut a deal to outsource to Manilla. I called today and spoke to three repts (60 minutes) and was told the upgrade DOES NOT allow for exchanges. What a pathetic move by Reebok. First pair of shoes I've been excited about in a little while. The material and quality of the shoe feels like buying a shoe in the 90s early 2000s. Everything feels like it's quality material and put together very well. A little heavier than I expected but light enough to be comfortable and the heaviness is probably the quality materials because that's what comes with it Usually.
Reebok is worst when it comes to buying online.bought three items, two has been delivered and its taking forever to deliver your own product. This isnt another companies item, your own item and yet you cant deliver, your website is not interactive enough, am so disappointed in you and this is the last am buying from you.
My husband (67 years old) asked me to order two pair of the same shoes from the site. It was a pair of seemingly plain white leather because my husband is VERY conservative. He opened the boxes when they arrived but did not take the shoes out of the box until his old shoes wore out. When he took them out of the box, imagine his surprise when the entire left sole was bright red and the right sole was bright green…on BOTH PAIR! They look like Christmas clown shoes and he will not wear them. They sit on his closet shelf, in the box! It was too late to return them when he discovered this. We won't be buying anymore shoes for sure!_
I bought lower and top looks like track suit and when I wear it got lint on the first day. I cannot return it.
Hello, still waiting for this order 3 weeks later...
I'm wondering if these guys are making these shoes from scratch or what? Honestly for a company like Reebox to offer this type of service is unacceptable... you're not a mom and pop shop you're a billion dollar company and in 3 weeks you still can't get an order out the door nor do you update your customers... Get your act together or dont sell online if you giving a 3-4 weeks ship period... if you must at least be transparent with your customers before they order so they know they have to wait so long.
This is misleading and very frustrating. It says very large - SITEWIDE, but guess what? The shoes I wear and not included. I got news for you. SITEWIDE means all items on the site where I come from.
This should be illegal.
Answer: Near impossible. I emailed customer service multiple times asking for an update after waiting over a month for my product to even be marked as shipped, all of which were never responded to. They ended up cancelling my order of which they didn't even notify me. I had to log on to check my order status to see that they had just cancelled it.
