19/02/2025 bus operator cancelled the Bus and complain was raised.
After continuous follow up after 72 Hours told to wait for more 24 Hours and the next day the same reply.
Continuous communication came to know that on dated 27/02/2025 complain was raised.
Till now the waste service provider and No communication from the REDBUS supervisor/ Management.
Please avoid these service provider.
I had booked ticket on redbus for a trip to Goa on 23 Dec through Streamline travels. Operator cancelled the journey 1 day before n asked to book again,with 5 times price increase! I had planned vacation n booked tickets on Redbus. Never trust redbus for ticket booking. Redbus is running a scam along with bus operators. First they show low ticket prices, make customer buy the tickets, then cancel 1 day before journey. Customer will be forced to buy tickets at high price on same platform. Redbus has same excuse for all bus cancellations, " Bus had mechanical issue". How is it possible all bus operators cancel with same reason across india? If redbus cant help customers, stop charging platform fees, you dont deserve it. Redbus is cancellation platform not ticket booking platform! No human customer support so no refunds! Redbus making money with cancellations!
I booked a bus on new year morning the flix bus they skipped me at boarding point with my kids and dint even shared the driver no. Or any other support guy no. Even live tracking is no there. I raised complaint and trying to get refund even they are not responding almost am trying for a month to get answer from them but both redbus and flix bus not responding. They are literraly stealing our money. Multiple complaint has been raised no use... i tell everyone dont prefer this

Booked ticket for 1st sep 2024, but to my surprise, the date shown in the ticket was 30th Aug. Immediately tried to change the date (as it was written on the ticket itself that "free date change". But they said, cancellation/date change time is over.)
Tried to contact cust care, but I doubt if at all they have a human support. At last contacted support guys through chat and she said, ur date change time is over. For your info - ticket booked at 3.56pm, and as per her, the cancellation/date change time is until 1pm only (ie. We have to cancel or change date even before booking the ticket, funny...).
She said, redbus can not do anything, and asked me to contact the bus operator. When I spoke to them, they said, they cant do anything, only redbus can cancel it. Someone should be responsible, I believe, as redbus took money from me, its their responsibility.
I have the screen shot of ticket (where its clearly written "free date change"), and all the chat history with the cust support.
Redbus, this is not fair and right.
1. there is tech issue, where selected and and booked dates are diff
2. You are giving false promises (free date change)
3. Negligence and avoidance - not responding to customers
4. Asking for moon - giving a cancellation window till 1pm where the actual booking time itself is 3.56pm
Guys, please be very very cautious when u book ticket with REDBUS, yes, its RED, enter at your own risk
All are jourdney very bed and seat booking, very bed and extra passender sit in our seat timely not reach
This company's website had an error while booking tickets. Hence rebooked it to realise they have charged us twice. When we ring them the number doesn't work and their customer service team / grievance officer do not take responsibility and simply closes the compliant received proving some dumb excuse / response. It is a shame these sort of unethical businesses still exists.

Worst Response and pick up from the employees... They are not able to help for some reasons... Even for ladies at night time... They don't care about the passengers... I booked a bus for my sister from Meenambakam airport to Hosur... I request the driver to pick my sister in 1km meter before from the Meenambakam airport... its not a critical thing to do.
I asked them to just stop the bus before the bridge at Tirusulam. And pick her and go... But they said they can't stop. Worst Travels...

Very Very Sad and worst service about Redbus and there operator Bharathi travels tried to cheat the public passenger like me feel that, I booked a ticket to travel from Bangalore to Chennai 26/11/23 and bus was canceled with out any prior information even in the last minute, i myself called Bharathi travels and replied me that, bus was canceled and asked me to contact some mobile number and that was not attended simply ignored my calls, Than later 4 hours again i booked another ticket and reached Chennai very late after all my scheduled meetings cancelled and facing a real big business losses. But still that earlier canceled bus is keep on asking my feedback for canceled bus service, i was wondering and started feel and realized that Redbus and Bharathi travels both together trying to do kind of cheating me, than i approached redbus and raised the ticket complaint and replied me few days later that, Operator was not cancelled the bus, it was operated and i missed the bus, So if bus operated i asked them to send travelled passenger list or manifest. They disconnect the call, Again a week later again i called redbus customer care 3rd time, simply says that still they're working on it. Finally they refund the ticket money after 25 days after many approaches to customer care and says me simple shameless sorry, Is there any legal actions possible from the government or the responsible redbus officials? BSR TRAVELS TRANSPORT BLACK MONEY, GANJA, DRUGS AND UNKNOWN EXPLOSIVES. I HAVE WRITTEN THE SANE TO ELECTION COMMISION, ENFORCEMENT DIRECTORATE. VIGILENSE. RTO, CENTRAL FINANCE MINISTER, CENTRAL HOME MINISTER TO INVETIGATE ABOUT THESE TRAVELS. THEIR STAFF ALL ARE GOONS AND GONDAS. AT LEAST POLICE OFFICIALS SHOULD KEEP AN EYE ON ALL THESE BSR TRAVELS. OWNER BELONGS TO BHEEMAVARAM, WHO IS CLOSE TO CURRENT GOVERNMENT. THEY LOOT MONEY USING REDBUS, THEY STOP IN MIDDLE OF ROAD SAYING THAT SENSOR ISSUE. Not recommended to use either Red bus or Goldline from Jaipur to Delhi. Pathetic experience snd rude
Booked a bus via redbus as early as 3am. After running around trying to figure out if the bus is missed and profusely sweating got to know after innumerable calls that the service got cancelled without prior notice. They should have been a little more considerate towards updates. After this comes the issue of refund. Once they call me and say that I would recieve a full refund into my bank account and the same day they say charges will be deducted for booking the bus. I don't understand why customers should pay GST without availing the service. Simply they are deducting mediator charges and burdening customers. I'm so upset with this open kind of cheating.
We booked 16 tickets frm Mumbai to Ahmedabad and later received a text that due to technical issues., the bus won't be leaving at the following date. The next day we again got a text that they wud give us our refund within 24 hours. It's now been 2+ days and we haven't got our Rs.******* yet. Please ya'll be aware. Don't book tickets..
They provide bus for booking but on the day no driver contact/bus details. No refund indeed worst site ever.

Be aware from red bus - now it is became a fraud company. In logo ne me ra sath fraud kia hai. So app logo ko warn kar raha hun mai..
Driver won't allow me to be on board when I came 2 minutes late. Pathetic, worst behavior ever I saw, even red bus customer care is also gangs of foolish people.
We had the worst experience ever.
Here are our following complaints
1. Male and female passengers were made to sit together, and when confrinted the comductor he did not take any action at all.
2. driver was DRUNK and was driving very irresponsibly and rashly.
3. one seat was booked for more than 1 passengers which created a lot of confusion and conductor agaun had no idea and did nothing.
4. water bottles were not provided and when asked about the reason the conductor dismissed us by saying tgat bus came from chandigarh so we did not get any water bottles
5. AC was not working and the entire ride was very suffocating
6. Conductor was drunk too and misbehaved with us a lot of times
We definitely would never recommed this ride to anyone and for sure are publishing this review on every site possible.

Both drivers are unprofessional no body know how to drive. They sold my seat to other customers i deboard the bus at panipat because bus was about to meet accident.i will never ever go by red bus pathetic terrible experience.shame on red bus.they are not refunded my fare.
Answer: I don't think RedBus team is managing their bookings properly My bookings all got cancelled and they didn't try to book another vehicle I got all bookings immediately from Zing bus
Answer: Very tough and you can't get appropriate answer about journey as the bus operators decide and RedBus is only a online platform
