19/02/2025 bus operator cancelled the Bus and complain was raised.
After continuous follow up after 72 Hours told to wait for more 24 Hours and the next day the same reply.
Continuous communication came to know that on dated 27/02/2025 complain was raised.
Till now the waste service provider and No communication from the REDBUS supervisor/ Management.
Please avoid these service provider.
I had booked ticket on redbus for a trip to Goa on 23 Dec through Streamline travels. Operator cancelled the journey 1 day before n asked to book again,with 5 times price increase! I had planned vacation n booked tickets on Redbus. Never trust redbus for ticket booking. Redbus is running a scam along with bus operators. First they show low ticket prices, make customer buy the tickets, then cancel 1 day before journey. Customer will be forced to buy tickets at high price on same platform. Redbus has same excuse for all bus cancellations, " Bus had mechanical issue". How is it possible all bus operators cancel with same reason across india? If redbus cant help customers, stop charging platform fees, you dont deserve it. Redbus is cancellation platform not ticket booking platform! No human customer support so no refunds! Redbus making money with cancellations!
I booked a bus on new year morning the flix bus they skipped me at boarding point with my kids and dint even shared the driver no. Or any other support guy no. Even live tracking is no there. I raised complaint and trying to get refund even they are not responding almost am trying for a month to get answer from them but both redbus and flix bus not responding. They are literraly stealing our money. Multiple complaint has been raised no use... i tell everyone dont prefer this
This company's website had an error while booking tickets. Hence rebooked it to realise they have charged us twice. When we ring them the number doesn't work and their customer service team / grievance officer do not take responsibility and simply closes the compliant received proving some dumb excuse / response. It is a shame these sort of unethical businesses still exists.
Both drivers are unprofessional no body know how to drive. They sold my seat to other customers i deboard the bus at panipat because bus was about to meet accident.i will never ever go by red bus pathetic terrible experience.shame on red bus.they are not refunded my fare.
Booked a bus via redbus as early as 3am. After running around trying to figure out if the bus is missed and profusely sweating got to know after innumerable calls that the service got cancelled without prior notice. They should have been a little more considerate towards updates. After this comes the issue of refund. Once they call me and say that I would recieve a full refund into my bank account and the same day they say charges will be deducted for booking the bus. I don't understand why customers should pay GST without availing the service. Simply they are deducting mediator charges and burdening customers. I'm so upset with this open kind of cheating.
We booked 16 tickets frm Mumbai to Ahmedabad and later received a text that due to technical issues., the bus won't be leaving at the following date. The next day we again got a text that they wud give us our refund within 24 hours. It's now been 2+ days and we haven't got our Rs.******* yet. Please ya'll be aware. Don't book tickets..
Driver won't allow me to be on board when I came 2 minutes late. Pathetic, worst behavior ever I saw, even red bus customer care is also gangs of foolish people.
We had the worst experience ever.
Here are our following complaints
1. Male and female passengers were made to sit together, and when confrinted the comductor he did not take any action at all.
2. driver was DRUNK and was driving very irresponsibly and rashly.
3. one seat was booked for more than 1 passengers which created a lot of confusion and conductor agaun had no idea and did nothing.
4. water bottles were not provided and when asked about the reason the conductor dismissed us by saying tgat bus came from chandigarh so we did not get any water bottles
5. AC was not working and the entire ride was very suffocating
6. Conductor was drunk too and misbehaved with us a lot of times
We definitely would never recommed this ride to anyone and for sure are publishing this review on every site possible.
Do not buy anything from redbus, they take whatever money you pay online and neither refund nor provide the service promised. Their customer service is a scam where a bunch of liars lie and fabricate stories. They stole about Rs 550 from me, never provided a service, and also misguided me. Never book any ticket on redbus.
You cannot contact the customer service it's keep on holding. Your finger will tired off pressing numbers to reach a customer at the end it all waste of time. Redbus it's better to eat sh... T for living rather than cheating people
Worst Response and pick up from the employees... They are not able to help for some reasons... Even for ladies at night time... They don't care about the passengers... I booked a bus for my sister from Meenambakam airport to Hosur... I request the driver to pick my sister in 1km meter before from the Meenambakam airport... its not a critical thing to do.
I asked them to just stop the bus before the bridge at Tirusulam. And pick her and go... But they said they can't stop. Worst Travels...
Believe me I can give 1 as least score but I want to give less than this.
Don't book tickets in Red bus. Their Drivers neither picks up phone. Nor they give you refunds if they are mistake then also...
They people take bribes from Bus Conductors.
Watch their behavior very poor service...
As per their *ride policy* they do not entertain issues related to their buses. If the bus breaks down an hour before your ride starts no alternative arrangement is made. Most of the time the travels call you and ask you settle for non ac if you have booked in ac stating an issue in some part of teh bus. And redBus does not hold responsibility for any such events. They won't even refund if you do not call them a million times. Moreover the only response you can get from them is you ll get a call back in half an hour, which surely never happens. They ll call you the next day to tell you nothing can be done
Worst service. I have booked for my mother and the bus agency member called and informed me that bus is cancelled for tomorrow. When I contacted redbus they told only money debited from bank will get refund, but not the amount used through redbus wallet.
First of all there is no alternative arranged, which we had too much of inconvenient as there were no buses available with that range.
Second thing why I should use redbus wallet is question when there is no money
I Will never use redbus going forward.
I booked my ticket they change bus on last movement and even I book lower seats according to my personal reason. But at last they forced me to take upper seat. No attending call and msg no good response if red bus site have little bit manners so they try to contact me.
Booked the ticket, the customer care doesn't have any idea they people are not responding properly sometimes the contact numbers are not working.
A bad day with redbus
I will never recommend this as an option.
Most credit cards do not work, and once I found one that did, they took my money and immediately the website said that due to some technical error they could not buy my tickets. I needed to contact customer service to request a refund… except the phone number provided in the email does not work! The emails do not allow for replies. An email provided an option to have them rebook instead of refund, but then they asked me to submit information through their help-page, which was not possible because it could not send a code to my phone, and of course there is nobody on the help chat.
Maybe it works in India, but it's useless for Indonesia despite offering tickets, and I suspect useless for the rest of the world too. Do not use this site. It's money into the void.
I purchased my ticket the day before. When I arrived they had no clue of my purchase. I showed them the confirmation on my phone and was sent to four different people. Finally a woman wrote on a piece of paper so I could get on the bus at the last minute. Ten hour ride was in fact 13 hours. Uncomfortable and safe driving like a mad man.
Friends do not use this application for travel, booked ticket on 7 Nov 2021 from Raebarelli to Delhi

Answer: I don't think RedBus team is managing their bookings properly My bookings all got cancelled and they didn't try to book another vehicle I got all bookings immediately from Zing bus
Answer: Very tough and you can't get appropriate answer about journey as the bus operators decide and RedBus is only a online platform
