They provide bus for booking but on the day no driver contact/bus details. No refund indeed worst site ever.

Driver won't allow me to be on board when I came 2 minutes late. Pathetic, worst behavior ever I saw, even red bus customer care is also gangs of foolish people.

Worst Response and pick up from the employees... They are not able to help for some reasons... Even for ladies at night time... They don't care about the passengers... I booked a bus for my sister from Meenambakam airport to Hosur... I request the driver to pick my sister in 1km meter before from the Meenambakam airport... its not a critical thing to do.
I asked them to just stop the bus before the bridge at Tirusulam. And pick her and go... But they said they can't stop. Worst Travels...

We booked 16 tickets frm Mumbai to Ahmedabad and later received a text that due to technical issues., the bus won't be leaving at the following date. The next day we again got a text that they wud give us our refund within 24 hours. It's now been 2+ days and we haven't got our Rs.******* yet. Please ya'll be aware. Don't book tickets..

Booked a bus via redbus as early as 3am. After running around trying to figure out if the bus is missed and profusely sweating got to know after innumerable calls that the service got cancelled without prior notice. They should have been a little more considerate towards updates. After this comes the issue of refund. Once they call me and say that I would recieve a full refund into my bank account and the same day they say charges will be deducted for booking the bus. I don't understand why customers should pay GST without availing the service. Simply they are deducting mediator charges and burdening customers. I'm so upset with this open kind of cheating.

Not recommended to use either Red bus or Goldline from Jaipur to Delhi. Pathetic experience snd rude

Very Very Sad and worst service about Redbus and there operator Bharathi travels tried to cheat the public passenger like me feel that, I booked a ticket to travel from Bangalore to Chennai 26/11/23 and bus was canceled with out any prior information even in the last minute, i myself called Bharathi travels and replied me that, bus was canceled and asked me to contact some mobile number and that was not attended simply ignored my calls, Than later 4 hours again i booked another ticket and reached Chennai very late after all my scheduled meetings cancelled and facing a real big business losses. But still that earlier canceled bus is keep on asking my feedback for canceled bus service, i was wondering and started feel and realized that Redbus and Bharathi travels both together trying to do kind of cheating me, than i approached redbus and raised the ticket complaint and replied me few days later that, Operator was not cancelled the bus, it was operated and i missed the bus, So if bus operated i asked them to send travelled passenger list or manifest. They disconnect the call, Again a week later again i called redbus customer care 3rd time, simply says that still they're working on it. Finally they refund the ticket money after 25 days after many approaches to customer care and says me simple shameless sorry, Is there any legal actions possible from the government or the responsible redbus officials? Proofs are saved with me for any enquiries

Both drivers are unprofessional no body know how to drive. They sold my seat to other customers i deboard the bus at panipat because bus was about to meet accident.i will never ever go by red bus pathetic terrible experience.shame on red bus.they are not refunded my fare.

Yesterday night I booked bus ticket for my friend Salman from chennai to Malappuram, but after booking ticket I saw the boarding point vellupuram bus stand, how can I reach there from chennai to vellupuram in 30 minutes. So I missed that bus and I canceled it when they called me. Now your customer is telling they can't refund my money. It's really cheating from your side. I never expected that from redbus.

Be aware from red bus - now it is became a fraud company. In logo ne me ra sath fraud kia hai. So app logo ko warn kar raha hun mai..

Ones you book ticket, then they indirectly say go to hell. They will not care your call or if your write email, they will respond that we do not accept complaints in this email. App has a list of fixed complaints that they have designed to help their business only, they expect you not to get any help or doubt in your mind other than their own designed FAQ.

Please read this prior to booking.

i travelled in orange travels from Pondicherry to Hyderabad and returned also through same bus. first of all they are not punctual, both the times bus was delayed by one & a half hour, & in ticket snacks was there but they didnt provide any sncaks, & even they dont stop bus for washroom.

We had the worst experience ever.
Here are our following complaints
1. Male and female passengers were made to sit together, and when confrinted the comductor he did not take any action at all.
2. driver was DRUNK and was driving very irresponsibly and rashly.
3. one seat was booked for more than 1 passengers which created a lot of confusion and conductor agaun had no idea and did nothing.
4. water bottles were not provided and when asked about the reason the conductor dismissed us by saying tgat bus came from chandigarh so we did not get any water bottles
5. AC was not working and the entire ride was very suffocating
6. Conductor was drunk too and misbehaved with us a lot of times

We definitely would never recommed this ride to anyone and for sure are publishing this review on every site possible.

Most credit cards do not work, and once I found one that did, they took my money and immediately the website said that due to some technical error they could not buy my tickets. I needed to contact customer service to request a refund… except the phone number provided in the email does not work! The emails do not allow for replies. An email provided an option to have them rebook instead of refund, but then they asked me to submit information through their help-page, which was not possible because it could not send a code to my phone, and of course there is nobody on the help chat.
Maybe it works in India, but it's useless for Indonesia despite offering tickets, and I suspect useless for the rest of the world too. Do not use this site. It's money into the void.

I have a very bad experience of red bus, we had booked 6 tickets from goa to pune on 20 th may total amounting 7875/- and within 1 minute we cancelled the tickets bcoz of timing issue, we were charged 99% of our fees, we got only 78.75 rupees back our of 7850/-, it's not a fare deal, I would be happy if they sort my issue earliest and give our amount back, MY cancellation Ticket no is - TS6J*******, PNR - **************, Contact - *******903 or *******083

When book my book my trip 30th last month without net payments, I received email statements said i paid invoice, during my trip I had complaint to the particular travel agent, they said l I can pay by cash while boarding, I have paid by cash. Later a week I am getting call from... paylater.com. Stating that still my bill not been paid,. Regarding this issues I tried calling rebus helpline. Never reached the customer service... so bad. The auto call center service pathetic. Simply stupid system... Regarding this issues still receiving call from paylater.com... customer service centers. Very difficult to find them... so bad..

I have booked Prakash travel bus from Mumbai to Ratnagiri. Ticket cost Rs. 1500 per person. Bus Was poor quality. 2 time tire got punctured. AC water leaking on seat. The way driver was driving a bus. Looks like he is drunk. Bus got difunction near chimplun village. Last 4 hours we are waiting for alternative bus. But no such arrangements found. Do not buy anything from redbus, they take whatever money you pay online and neither refund nor provide the service promised. Their customer service is a scam where a bunch of liars lie and fabricate stories. They stole about Rs 550 from me, never provided a service, and also misguided me. Never book any ticket on redbus.

BSR TRAVELS TRANSPORT BLACK MONEY, GANJA, DRUGS AND UNKNOWN EXPLOSIVES. I HAVE WRITTEN THE SANE TO ELECTION COMMISION, ENFORCEMENT DIRECTORATE. VIGILENSE. RTO, CENTRAL FINANCE MINISTER, CENTRAL HOME MINISTER TO INVETIGATE ABOUT THESE TRAVELS. THEIR STAFF ALL ARE GOONS AND GONDAS. AT LEAST POLICE OFFICIALS SHOULD KEEP AN EYE ON ALL THESE BSR TRAVELS. OWNER BELONGS TO BHEEMAVARAM, WHO IS CLOSE TO CURRENT GOVERNMENT. THEY LOOT MONEY USING REDBUS, THEY STOP IN MIDDLE OF ROAD SAYING THAT SENSOR ISSUE. AND TAKEN VEHICLE TO JUNGLE SIDE TO ESCAPE FROM RTO OFFICER, WHICH IS COMING FROM HYD TO MYS. ALL PASSENGERS SUFFERED A LOT, DTIVERS ARE DOING ROWDYISM. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION, I HAVE MAILED TO CONSUMER COURT AND SUPREME COURT TO DO FAVOUR.

We booked them for Imagica. Just night previous to travel date they first asked us for higher price than what was fixed when we disagreed to it they cancelled our ride. They made us completely helpless by cancelling the ride after 8pm where we could not even book any new tempo traveller. Would warn every user to be very careful with these ppl as they will change their price at last moment and even cancel it. ZERO RELIABILITY, RUDE PEOPLE, NO CO-OPERATION

Red Bus is a fraud company pairing with worst bus service providers. Boarding without ticket passengers on the way and packing the bus to the extent that 20-25 extra passengers are loaded like general compartment and then not refunding the money to the genuine passenger making complaints of this.
NEVER OPT FOR THIS BUS SERVICE IF YOU CARE ABOUT SAFETY OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

I had very bad experience with this application. I lost my money with this application. I booked my ticket at midnight 1 AM for Alhind Travels and and early morning my trip got cancelled. I tried to cancel the ticket by the time it was showing refund & cancellation policy with different timing & different refund amount. But my cancel button was enabled. After I raised complaint one lady executive called me and said as per the policy its not possible to refund the money as like I borrowed money from her.
