Yesterday from boarding to depart, i have faced lot of issues from red bus booking, first i called to the number which i recieved on whatsapp (attached) He said bus is delayed for one hour so i waited till 9.30 and called again told the same.
9.30 is my boarding time, i got bus driver contact details at 9.47 i called him immediately and surprisingly he said the bus is already left & asked him why no one called me when bus is started he said we don't call anyone, you should come or else we leave, driver is rude and asked me to catch the bus in coming stops but bus won't stop for me and not waited for me for atleast 10mins at any place
I took a cab and spent 700rs to chase the bus and boarded,
Then what a bumpy ride and people pouring in and cleaner shouting Banglore banglore so that he can get more passengers, not at all a good ride,
Water coming inside because of rain, disgusting smell and not able to breath properly, water bottle is not sealed, they even arranged a guy place to sleep in the aisle too,
After reaching outskirts of banglore after too much of delay, supposed to reach my Destination by 9.05 reached outskirts by 10.30
At 10.30 Told that bus got broke down and asked to shift to another bus where there are no empty seats and made us stand for 2 hrs till destination
During the transit I gave my luggage to cleaner but he misplaced my luggage to someone else and lost
I called bus driver, company agent, cleaner no one responded
After one hour bus driver whatsapped me the passengers list and asked me to call and check, replied that they can't do anything they are not at all responsible for anything we already left to hyd, how come a broken bus again started working and went back to hyd
I'm shocked with that kind of behaviour
I called all the passengers and told them that redbus has lost my luggage, & unfortunately no one said that they have my luggage, gave a complaint in the near by POLICE station
Redbus customer care guy said will let me know in few minutes but after 24hrs still no response from redbus after hours receiving mails that ticket is resolved, what kind of idiots working in the team wothout knowing the seriousness of the problem and bluntly closing the ticket
Deeply unhappy and depressed what happened with me yesterday, unimaginable if some student or job fresher or sensitive people or new to city people experiences this kind of behaviour from redbus or travels, they would have left home without any hope
I felt trauma and tense yesterday when i realised that someone took away my luggage and no help from bus company and red bus both are irresponsible and very ignorant
Such a shame whoever operating customer service team, he/she should get lost from here and manage farm animals.
Bus onboarding team from redbus failed- simple commonsense and simple policies can be made to onboard customer centric buses and drivers, check the bus it's leaking from the roof top!
Training & development failed - don't know what kind of training has been given to drivers and agents on how to handle any kind of situations(you might not be having a team)
Customer service team utter flop- i would have fired the manager, agent questions me that i should have took care of my luggage as if i have to book another seat inside the bus for my luggage too
UI/App worst - i cannot reopen past cases, if i go back and come to the app, i need to raise new ticket and wait to talk to new customer service agent - worst method of working
Found out from google reviews and quora forums that this is the same case happening with lot of people realised you don't care
Overall had a worst experience, 5 stars
My expenses -
1000rs bus booking
700rs cab to chase and board the bus
650rs cab to police station where bus transition happend
750rs cab where passengers de- boarded at their stop to check if they have my luggage
800rs cab to get back to my destination
And the bag contains more personally valuable items to me
I have spent close around 4k
Only use popular branded travel buses or RTC don't go with redbus
They don't care if you lost luggage
They don't care if it met with an accident
Just for 100rs off don't go behind this redbus and have a mind crenching experience

I missed the bus, because your tracking visualization DOES NOT WORK. It's not the mistake from Bus operator, IT'S A MISTAKE FROM YOU (REDBUS).
Why do you have this functionality if this fails most of the time. A working product with less features is better than a broken product with many features. I missed my bus because I trusted your technology. I will not trust it anymore and publicize this technical glitch as much as possible on all digital platforms.
And your support person keeps telling me, all the other co-passengers were able to board the bus, so it was my fault. That is one of the most stupid reasons I have heard. Maybe they already knew about your broken technology to not trust it and were frequent travellers from the same point, but I was new. You guys are a bunch of scammers, just want money with a broken product.
And then you have the guts to email me, that the issue is resolved, come on guys. At Least have some public relationship common sense.
This post is regarding pathetic and worst red bus service. They are not able to resolve the complaint but let customer suffer a lot with their worst customer care service and lame excuses. Booking is very easy with Red bus but if anything happened later they are not going to help you.
Here is my bad experience with Red Bus
We booked 6 ticket through Red Bus from Goa to Pune Ticket No: TN8T******* on 14-08-2019, 9:00 pm from Mapsa from kadamba travels. I received a call on 14-08-2019, 6:53pm from kadamba travels *******670 that bus has been cancelled please raise refund request on red bus. Same time I called red bus and raised the refund complaint. After 20 days to raised a refund query but still no response from Red Bus in between I had called the red bus more than 14 times to check the status of my query. Every time their excuse was we are not able to connect the travel company as they are government bus operator and We are going to escalate your query. Please wait for 48 hrs or 24hrs we call you back but never received a single call from them. Even I talked to their superior Mr Prashant and he told me to wait again for 24 hrs with a fake assurance to look into the matter personally and will inform me. As usual no call back. Rather on 11-09-2019 they closed the complaint that bus was not cancelled so we are not able to refund your money back. I decided to file FIR against Red bus before that i thought to try calling bus operator directly.
Then I called the bus operator Kadamba travels phone no. Directly and on very first attempt they received the call and told me to look into the matter. Kadamba travels called me back in just 10 mins and told me to send an email to Red Bus and we will refund you on that. I again called the Red bus thrice and their reply was same please wait for 48 hrs. Then I put direct mail to Red Bus support email I'd and describe that I have talked to bus operator and they ready to refund you just need to put email with my ticket PNR to bus operator. Finally I got my money back with the help of kadamba Travels. Red bus should be blocked with that type of service. Shame on red bus they
Are not able to resolve opened 2 tickets waited 20 days but no result, with bus operator it get resolved in 10 min. Thanks to Kadamba travels. I am not gonna book ticket with red bus anymore. Please stop booking with Redbus and book directly with operators. Red bus value your customers, you are nothing without them..

Pathetic Service, Company, Management, Their Operator & Call centre. Everything is pathetic. Avoid them in every respect.
1 They made all passengers to get down at 2 am on middle of the road.
2 They will justify bus operators all faults and give you no solution
3 They don't bother what customer thinks of them, hence they give all false promises and don't take customer feedback seriously
4 They are not customer sensitive and don't bother about their public image
I noticed that every five minutes RedBus spoils some customer or others trip.
Kudos RedBus you will break the record of customer complaint every minute.

Horrible experience. Booked a Volvo Bus from Manali to Delhi through RedBus. Operator: Apsara Holiday Tours. Departure Time: 4:30 P. M
First of all the charges were really high for the kind of service they provide.
The bus which showed up was a Scania Bus instead of Volvo. The bus had a broken air conditioner and flies everywhere.
On contacting the RedBus customer care service, the first attended told me that they received the information regarding the change in bus type and according to him even I was to be informed. Then he kept my call on hold to talk to the bus operator. After which he told me that the bus which was suppose to come had a mechanical breakdown that's why they changed the bus type. On asking him what can he do to help me, he said I have registered your complain and will revert soon.
I asked him to do something urgently because my bus was about to depart in next 10 mins as per the mentioned time.
On demanding the extra fare refund which I paid for a Volvo, the attend disconnected my call.
I called back the Redbus customer care service some other attended answered my call. He was trying to waste my time asking me useless question about my booking and all.
Then after I told him about my query and what his fellow attended told me, he completely denied that they did not received any information regarding the change in bus type. He was arguing that a Scania Bus is way better than Volvo Bus. According to him I got way more that what I paid for. He misused a customers helplessness and gave me a condition whether I want to travel by the so called bus assigned or not. He refused to help other than registering my complain. And I had no option other than travelling by that horrible bus.
On contacting the operator he told me that he cannot do anything, this is what they have and its my choice whether I want to travel or not. That person was not even sorry for this kind of service there company was providing.
Apart from this the bus was delayed by 60 mins. After travelling for 20-30 mins in that bus, I received a call from the Apsara Holiday Tours Operators Mr. Pandey who told me that he is just calling me because the Redbus people had contacted him. Instead of saying something about what he has done, he disconnected the call saying that he doesn't have time right now to solve all this problem.
This Mr. Pandey stated the RedBus guy that there is no change in bus type.
The Redbus and these cheater bus agents are ganged up together to make a fool of the innocent customers as don't have any other means of communication other than calling them again and again.
This is the mail I recieved from the redbus people for the complain I registered. Now according to them I was lying about the whole change in bus type.

Well no words to express what kinda experience i had. I was travelling from bangalore to mumbai alone and i had luggage with me so i called the customer care number to make sure there wont be any problem. That guy assured me there will be no such issue. When i was boarding in the bus driver, cleaner, conductor they started fighting with me saying if i dont give the money for the luggage they wont let me get in, i kept telling i have spoken to your customer care n they have assured me. Driver named chand he was so rude n the other two guys too. N since i was travelling alone they took advantage of it. Somehow i managed to get in the bus and then at night this conductor came n started askn for the money i told give the receipt i will give u the money.he started scaring me sayn give the money now, he was charging 400 just for the luggage. I had to give the money becuase he was being rude and i wanted to reach safely morning i got up started calling there customer care and there was no response i got down asked for receipt they ran. Somehow i managed to get connected to customer care spoke to guy called NAGENDAR told him the entire story and he apologized and said they were wrong. He assured me they will give me discount next time. I told i will not travel by JABBAR travels anymore so better send me the receipt or refund my money.so this guy again assured me he will be refunding the money.he was just bothered that i shouldn't write the review i waited for 24hrs but dint hear anything after it. So its just a scam.
