I have booked bus from Bharuch to Sangli. But immediately after booking, I realised that my booked date was wrong. So I tried to reschedule or cancel the same, but I was not able to do so. I immediately contacted to customer care. I was informed that the software does not allow them to reschedule or cancel the date of journey. The software they designed is not customer friendly at all. It is really surprising that three days prior to journey, we cannot cancel or reschedule the journey. I have to bear the loss of whole amount. I have not seen the service worse than this.

Please do not use Redbus Hotel bookings it as the worst listings, they do not do the hotel reviews at all, inturn they have the list of 3rd class hotels. They are worried only about money and donot worry about the customer service... they have made me wait in the hotel lobby for 3 hours early in the morning from 6am, couldnt resolve a single issue. You guys are good for nothing.

Worst worst worst Service

They wont refund your amount unless you follow through several times,
Don't book in Red bus. We can via individual bus service provider only. Redbus is fraud.

Horrible experience
June 29, 2022

Redbus must show the correct timing of pickup and drop time and must not put anytime by itself. I had a pathetic and horrible experience. Journey from Delhi to Jammu took them 15 hrs. They made us change bus twice one at Ludhiana@ 2200 hrs and the second one@ 0230hrs. So you can have a fair idea how sound sleep all the passengers have taken. Maheshwaram travels is so pathetic. Get your buses serviceable first then bring them on road. Didn't even made a halt to a hotel or dhaba for dinner. So passengers expected a dinner giveaway by the travelers but that was also not there. AC bus me AC nhi. Very very terrible journey experience.

We booked a ticket from Pune to Indore on 22nd May 2022. Bus operator was Chouhan Travels. We reached the boarding point 5 minutes late due to transport issue and requested drive to wait for 5 minutes. But the driver didn't listen at all and moved on. We then took the auto and requested the bus driver to wait on the next stop.
So bus left Pune without taking us. When I contacted Redbus support and explained the issue, they didn't helped at all.
In short, their policies seems to be in favour of bus operators and NOT the customers.

Horrible

We were supposed to leave Bangalore at 8 pm using Preetham Travels which was assigned for us for a trip to Gokarna. The bus didnt reach there. On calling the driver, he denied the duty. Requested a call back on red and I havent got a call yet. We called the travels directly, once the owner got aware of the situation at last the bus came at 10 pm to the pick up point. Once started it wasnt over. They said they have to change the driver. So they stopped at nelamangala and the driver came at 11 30. So technically we left Bangalore at 11 30. We are already very late and the driver wants to sleep now at 3:15. When do we reach? People will have their schedule when they book bus. If you give buses like these. Is it a joke? You don't deserve to be paid any amount. Neither am I paying it. Very horrible

Kachara Service...

I had booked abhi bus from Hyderabad to Eluru. And the Driver is very rude, I had paid INR 4838.25 for three tickets.

The Driver charged us INR 500/- for luggage and his attitude is like if we didn't pay him, he will not take us in bus. We feel like that we donate to begger. No begger's are far better they will request at least.

Pathetic service, bus is not hygiene inside bus we can see mosquitoes and inserts. I don't recommend this zing service to anyone.
The worst thing is my laguag got damaged and the driver said he is not responsible.

All the customer executives are useless and just state the obvious facts. When i told them that there was a major problem in the seat numbers during my journey from dehradun to kanpur and i wanted my my refund. The help that they did was just confirm the seats from the bus operator stating that i had booked those seats only. When actually the seat nos were misleading in their app. I feel that these people are not at par to run a bus service in india cause all they want is to make a hole in the consumer's pockets rather than offering them service for money. They even let numerous people to get on the bus from haridwar to dehardun route as if it was a city bus and because of this our bus was 2.5 hours behind schedule.
Please don't use this app you can rather book from any other website by using cuopons. As it is just not worth it.

I rated bad but it is the worst and even more than that...

They are fake thehly are fraud

I booked bus on hire from hyd to vijaywada for my family in return at 10pm night at highway they stops the bus and demanding the total amount till hyderabad to pay at the same place or find any alternative bus for hyderabad i forced to pay the amount through online and then they started bus. The bus was not which i have booked driver was rude like if he is doing a free service...

Our families are not safe if they travel with red bus. Kindly forward this message to all your family and friends

Hi My name is A Kumar,
Very Very Sad and worst service about Redbus and there operator Bharathi travels tried to cheat the public passenger like me feel that, I booked a ticket to travel from Bangalore to Chennai 26/11/23 and bus was canceled with out any prior information even in the last minute, i myself called Bharathi travels and replied me that, bus was canceled and asked me to contact some mobile number and that was not attended simply ignored my calls, Than later 4 hours again i booked another ticket and reached Chennai very late after all my scheduled meetings cancelled and facing a real big business losses. But still that earlier canceled bus is keep on asking my feedback for canceled bus service, i was wondering and started feel and realized that Redbus and Bharathi travels both together trying to do kind of cheating me, than i approached redbus and raised the ticket complaint and replied me few days later that, Operator was not cancelled the bus, it was operated and i missed the bus, So if bus operated i asked them to send travelled passenger list or manifest. They disconnect the call, Again a week later again i called redbus customer care 3rd time, simply says that still they're working on it. Finally they refund the ticket money after 25 days after many approaches to customer care and says me simple shameless sorry, Is there any legal actions possible from the government or the responsible redbus officials? Proofs are saved with me for any enquiries

Fraud redbus

Worst app seen in my life the payment gatways was failed then also they deducted from my acount at that time duration i feel that the tickets hasn't booked so i used my paytm for ever app and made my booking successfully and still they haven't made my refund fraud redbus fraud redbus the useless app ever seen before my mo. *******820 contact me for any kind of questions!? Fraud redbus. And the same bus was available in paytm 200rs less than redbus rate. Plz friends only use paytm they r fraud

Zero reliability

We booked them for Imagica. Just night previous to travel date they first asked us for higher price than what was fixed when we disagreed to it they cancelled our ride. They made us completely helpless by cancelling the ride after 8pm where we could not even book any new tempo traveller. Would warn every user to be very careful with these ppl as they will change their price at last moment and even cancel it. ZERO RELIABILITY, RUDE PEOPLE, NO CO-OPERATION

Red Bus is a fraud company pairing with worst bus service providers. Boarding without ticket passengers on the way and packing the bus to the extent that 20-25 extra passengers are loaded like general compartment and then not refunding the money to the genuine passenger making complaints of this.
NEVER OPT FOR THIS BUS SERVICE IF YOU CARE ABOUT SAFETY OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

Redbus just have a few call center executives who take the booking with advance and pass on to the cheapest operator available. Thereafter they absolve themselves of any responsibility whatsoever. In our case the Tempo traveller that we had booked reported late by 3 hours. The driver had just come back from another tour at 3 AM on the same morning and was just not in a position to driver the vehicle. Obviously, he did not get time to clean the vehicle for the same reason forget sanitising. Ultimately, we were forced to take our own vehicle. Even though we reported the issue to redbus support they simply expressed their inability to help. One of the solution for late reporting given was that we can delay our return at 'no extra charges' which is hilarious. I spoke to a gentleman called Surya at their customer support to report these issues the moment the vehicle arrived on which he promised for a refund. When I checked with the same executive again he simply denied having even spoken to me.

Highly avoidable! In case you cannot find a vehicle prefer walking rather then making a booking thru redbus.

I had booked a ticket from chembur east to pune in dattakrupa travels at early morning 4.17am giving 1000 rs for avoiding any problems of reaching pune since it was very urgent for me. I was on the spot before half an hour waiting for bus but it did not come. I called the numbers provided in the ticket, none of them answer after n number of calls, i waited till 6am in the morning without any information. I called redbus team and got the reply that they cannot track the bus. I got a message after that telling that the bus is 2 hrs late which was anyway useless. I had to book an ola outstation cab paying double to reach on time. This was the ridiculous experience and will never choose or recommend red bus for travel. I requested for refund of money and i just got an apology mail from the travels. This is the extreme of fraud and careless in customer care

Our worst Nightmare
November 9, 2018

Want to find ways to die soon? Please book red bus!
So our ride was from Delhi to Rishikesh and we chose to travel midnight so that on arrival we could go site seeing as soon as possible. We expect the driver to help us reach our destination safely. Within an hour into the ride some of us dozed off while others were about to sleep and our worst nightmare came into reality when we saw the vehicle move out of track and almost run into a truck on the other lane. All of us were scared to death we asked the driver to stop the vehicle take a hour off and catch up on his sleep. But him being too stubborn insisted on driving. The entire ride he kept dozing off and running into different things on the road. The reason we booked red bus was so that we get enough sleep on road not waste time and see as many places as possible as we just had one day to see around, but because of this guy and his ignorant behaviour we had to take turns keeping our eyes on the road. We had to waste half a day on arrival as most of us didn't get enough of sleep. We should have rather booked a rent a car and drove there ourselves. Red bus was almost going to be responsible for our deaths had we not noticed and stayed awake. Pathetic service! As a driver you are responsible for the life of every passenger on board. It's already bad enough that your dozing off but to make things worse you were arrogant and ignorant when we asked you to stop the vehicle and catch on your sleep. Worst experience ever

I had booked a ticket from surat to chanasma on 23rd june 2017. Ticket no. Was TK7N*******. I had booked seat no. "I" in a good large bus of Ghanshyam travels. But the bus arrived at pick up point was small mini sleeper bus. It was different from the one i booked. However i travelled in that bus. Bus was old and having no air suspensor. After completing my journey i raised a complaint in redbus. I got a call from their customer care executive after 2 days in the evening. I requested him to call me back on the next day morning as i was travelling and could not listen to him properly. I did not get any call again and still my complaint is not attended and closed. I want compensation in terms of money back as i was not satisfied with the service and i did not get what i paid for. I am going to share my experience on all sites including facebook so that people can know the reality.
