I signed up as an artist to sell my work on Red Bubble. I wondered why I received no money form the sale of my work so I logged into my account the other day and to my horror discovered that the bank account info in my account was not mine, I tried to change this and it wouldn't allow me to do so, so I emailed support at Red Bubble and waited ages for a reply. Juan replied telling me to log in from a new browser and try again. I did this and then my account was suspended so I emailed Juan back and a bot sent a reply, I then went back to the site and tried to log in again but was told to appeal against my account being suspended by taking a photo of myself holding up a piece of paper with today's date on it, my user name and real name and send it in with my appeal. I did all of that and the message was that they cannot guarantee a successful appeal which will take weeks. Now my account is off line as is my work - well to me anyway - I now feel that they have been paying the commission monies into their own account and don't want me to find out so they have stopped me logging in. I was getting messages to say I had made sales and the pittance due to me would be paid to me and it was a pittance, I have tried several times to email them and my email tracker shows they are not even reading my emails. They have made a lot of money and are on the stock market, I suspect they are selling people's work in Australia where they are based and not telling artists overseas, they are a bad company and they abuse and ill treat artists, I would s trongly recommend that people steer well clear of this company and its website as that will put them at risk of the same abuse as I have endured. They have bots sending you infuristing emails and they don't help when there is a problem. I am not considering legal action I feel they have stolen my work. They are crooks. Great website, I found just wht I was looking for! I was looking for a special gift for my son who enjoys Rock Crawlng.
Ordered 3 Christmas gifts on November 28th. One arrived, one is possibly lost in a post office distribution center and the third supposedly shipped on December 8th. Since then it has stated "UPS ready for package". I checked with support when it hadn't changed in several days and they assured me it was on its way. Earlier this week I followed up because it started the same and same response, "it's on it's way, if it doesn't arrive by the 23rd get a hold of us." I begged them to check with the person that sent the package to verify it had been sent and they said it had and blamed Covid. Finally I had enough and got a hold of UPS, sure enough they never received the package. So much for my nephews Christmas gift. Maybe I'll wrap up a picture of the item, that's what every 11 year old wants. The earliest they can me a replacement is the middle of January - how about you just find the original shirt and actually get it to the shipper this time. I was also offered a voucher which I want nothing to do with. NEVER buying from this site again. Go to their Facebook page and read the comments on their posts, every one has at least two people that still haven't gotten their items and no one will respond to them.
Sorry but Covid is not an acceptable excuse for me. Most people with at least a handful of marbles rolling around in their head realized last summer that online orders and shipping would be crazy this year. So if they didn't plan ahead maybe they should reconsider running a business. Fun fact: all of my Amazon orders have arrived and on time. Even the ones that were ordered last weekend have arrived.

As orders below have stated their customer service is atrocious. You can not call the company and the only way to speak with an employee is through email. Even then they give out misinformation and their responses are filled with basic grammatical errors. Professional? Not even close. I ordered my product on December 11th. Their policy states that any t shirts will be manufactured within 48 hours. Mine took 4 days. Redbubble then sent me an email saying the order had shipped on the 15th (Which is their holiday deadline) However since then the tracking has been stating "Ready for processing." It is the 24th of December, I have yet to receive my product even though Redbubble claims t-shirts arrive within 4 days. In case this term doesn't ring a bell it means the package is still on the warehouse floor. Any request of an employee to check the warehouse was denied and they claim the order will now arrive on the 28th, even though they claim they can not track it. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM REDBUBBLE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE SERVICE YOU NEED OR THE PRODUCTS YOU PAY PREMIUM FOR.
I have no complaints, though I do get bummed when select shirts I like don't come in my size (I do order large due to my fear of shrinkage)
I placed an order with Redbubble in June of 2020, that order had not been delivered as of November and Redbubble refuses to refund my monehy.
