Ive used red bubble for years, since 2008, both as a customer and seller, they have always in this time used high quality american apparel branded clothing for all their clothing. And as a result the colour the quality and where it came from were all to the highest standards.
They didnt use sweatshop labour or poor quality garments, the printing has never been amazing, often misprinted or colours waaaay off, but this was overlooked due to them being one the few companies that used very high quality clothing.
HOWEVER...
I recently ordered from them, as i have done many times before, and when the t shirt arrived it was not american apparel and worse still it was made in bangladesh!
For a company that 'prides' itself on not using low quality or sweatshop labour, this i find both dishonest and disgusting!
As a result, their sizing guides on the website which are clearly american apparel sizing, are completely incorrect, i am a large, always have been always will be, every shirt i won is a large and the american apparel large fits perfect... this does not fit!
It is tiny, very tight and with stupidly short sleeves. Not mentioning how badly made it is! And how the red print it was supposed to have is totally brown!
My advice is completely avoid using them, they use poor quality clothing and dont print anything other than block black or white correctly.
Extremely disappointed and even more so in the fact that they despite claiming will reply in a maximum of 48 hours have not done so after 4 days!

I ordered my phone case 2 months ago. There isn't even a shipping date posted anymore. I would LOVE to have my money back, but I don't expect RedBubble to do anything remotely competent. So I'm out 35 bucks. I'm just glad I didn't order more.
Well I've found a new favourite! I spent a long time perusing all the different options. Finally settled on a tshirt and ordered. Once manufacturing was completed it only took seven days until I had my parcel. Tshirt was everything I wanted, fit perfectly and was of high quality. I would absolutely order from Redbubble again without a doubt. Cheers!
I ordered a shirt but the address i put in didnt match the card so it told me to change the address but went ahead and charged me for the shirt anyway. The item didnt leave my cart so i dont have anything to show for the 30 bucks redbubble took out of my visa gift card. And the worst thing is ive sent 4 emails and no response. This site deserves a 1 out of 100 stars.
So I ordered a hoodie + t-shirt for 75€ (including shipping fee), waited for 26 days (13 sept - 9 oct). When the mailman delivered my stuff I had to pay 18€ extra. So that is 26€ in shipping fee and other nonsense, more than what my shirt costs. Site is smooth but the orders are slow and costs a $#*! ton
Been worried about ordering anything from Redbubble after all the horror stories but went ahead and ordered a hoodie from there anyway. Ordered it Monday morning and was here by Saturday the same week! Really surprising since it comes from the US and i live in the UK. The quality is amazing and the hoodie is so warm and fleecy on the inside!
The print has a few white lines around the edge but that is due to the design and the artist not cropping it very well so be careful when choosing a print and if it does have the white edges maybe choose a lighter colour shirt to hide it. Other than that the design came out really nice and bright. The sizing is pretty much spot on but if you want your hoodie a bit more baggy i would choose a size up. Kinda wish i did that: P

As a first time orderer, I was feeling more than disappointed in RedBubble a few days ago, as my order (which had been shipped as three separate postal items.) was still incomplete. I had sent a number of emails to the RedBubble Support Team, which appeared to fall on deaf ears. I then found this site and was ready to join in the 'baying for blood' (and quite rightly so, I thought), when I finally received an email explaining the delay in replying, and the fact that the other two postal items had been sent locally whilst the third was shipped from the USA.
I'm happy with the quality and (where applicable) the sizing of the items I have purchased, and the only (now) negative comment I have, is that perhaps RedBubble should concentrate more on providing better customer service to stop customers jumping to conclusions like I did.

Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
