Have contacted them numerous times and just get an automated response. Have explained that this is a Christmas gift that I need by Christmas (25th December) only to be told by automated response " don't worry it's on it's way, should be there by the29th, if not contact us then" I ordered because it guaranteed delivery by Christmas, it's useless to me on the 29th! Have requested international shipping tracking number so that I can locate the item - no response! I'm now going to be out of pocket money as I will need to purchase another gift to replace this one as it hasn't arrived in time!

Don't do it to yourselves, I place an order since November 13, sent emails personal and through PayPal and I called no response Stay away. The only proof I had that this order was ever made is through PayPal and PayPal should band this company too protect your customers.

I placed an order for 2 sweatshirts & 1 t-shirt on 12/1 expected delivery 12/7. Well, here we are on 12/20 & nothing. I checked the tracking & there was no info. I contacted them (customer service was really good via email) & they offered to resend the items but they would arrive in January, I wanted them as Christmas gifts for my girls. I asked for them to cancel, which they promptly did. There was no offer of expedited shipping or a discount on my next purchase. I will never order from them again. My girls will be so disappointed, they really liked their stuff. I think they're WAY over priced. I hope you find this helpful.

I placed an order on 12/5/16 which you would think was plenty of time to receive the item in time for Christmas. The expected delivery date online shows as 12/13-12/16 and the tracking shows that it should have been here by 12/15. On 12/19 I conducted a live chat with someone from Red Bubble who assured me that the package was on the way and that it would be here by 12/22. Today I spent over an hour on the phone with UPS and USPS who all state that they do not have the package. I thought... No Biggie, I will just live chat with someone and they will surely resolve the problem for me, oh how I was wrong! Not only do they not have a phone number so that you can call them, they have REMOVED the option to live chat, probably because they have ruined Christmas gifts for thousands and can't keep explaining how they are at fault.
Avoid this company! It's sad that these other sites cannot complete with Amazon.

I've ordered a few items from them so far this year and all have been excellent. The shipping is as expected and they give you tracking numbers to well, track the progress of your packages. Items are neatly and securely packed, and the quality is great: T-shirts/tanks feel nice, prints look fantastic, while I do have to say that the Iphone 6s wallet case is a bit smaller than I'd like; It's too small to hold cash w/o folding it. Still overall, I've enjoyed my shopping experience with RedBubble so far.
Update:
Customer service at Redbubble sent me an email after my review was posted. Which was no help at all. They refunded my shipping cost and then didn't do anything to help me find my package. So, I got in touch with USPS and they found my package and delivered it to me at 7:45 a.m. on Christmas Eve. At least the USPS understood the importance of this package. I can't say that for RedBubble though.

Placed an order for my daughter for her birthday. Was told it would be here December 19 - December 21, which would be just in time for my daughter's birthday on December 22. It was shipped on the 15th. Well, it has been stuck in Georgia since the 17th. I emailed UPS mail innovations to find out what is going on and received a response that the shipper has to contact them so they can open an investigation. So, I contact customer support and was told that they won't do anything until the 29th. Well that's all fine and dandy except my daughter's birthday is the 22nd. All I want them to do is call UPS and get the ball rolling.
So I email customer support asking why the 29th and get the exact same reply as when I first contacted them. Is it really so hard for them to get in touch with UPS and find out what is going on with my package?
This is my first purchase with redbubble and like many others, I wish I had researched redbubble before I placed my order.

I ordered a poster from the site on a whim on the 8th of December with an obvious amount office until Christmas. Right after I purchase it I checked out reviews and my stomach dropped a bit realising that I should have done this before I made my purchase. A high number of customers complaining that their orders didn't make it to them.
I've emailed red bubble countless times and get a cold automated like response to 'keep waiting' for my order. It's a joke as I paid for my product to be delivered to me.

Ordered a poster on 12-8 as a gift from my 3 year old to his mom for Xmas (also purchased a custom frame for it locally). UPS damaged the first poster, REDBUBBLE damaged the replacement prior to placing in the shipping tube, and then refused to Do anything to make it right and would not send another even though they still had time to expedite it for Christmas. Way to go REDBUBBLE! You just ruined a 3 year olds Xmas for something that was YOUR FAULT! I also got the worst customer service from Reanna via chat (twice). Those clowns know absolutely nothing about customer service and don't have a phone number and hide behind twitter or a very glitchy chat app. I have no idea how Redbubble could possibly have any positive reviews unless they are fake and I do suspect they are. Who gives a glowing review to a company that doesnt communicate and doesnt have customer service and might deliver what you ordered 3 or 4 weeks later?

NO ONE CONTACTS ME BACK TO TELL ME WHERE MY PACKAGE IS BECAUSE THE BEST PART IS THAT THE TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I love the idea of a place that allows artists to showcase to the world, but in practice Redbubble fail miserably.
When my order hadn't arrived by the last day of expected delivery I clicked the easy-looking change of address button. I got an email back saying my COA had been done. The next day I happen to notice a new email from redbubble. Apparently the easiest way to resolve the address change is to cancel my order, issue me a credit note and then buy the same items again. Although this time past their guaranteed for Christmas dates. And without the promotional code so I would have to pay more. I have sent many emails and had 2 responses. One said they think I must have missed the email about issuing a credit note (despite that having been angrily addressed in the response) and then issuing me a refund. Leaving me without what I thought would be 2 incredibly thoughtful gifts less than a week before Christmas. Worst customer service I've ever come across.

This was my first purchase through Redbubble and I wish I would have researched the reviews prior to making the purchase. I purchased some items as gifts and within 24 hours of the items being shipped I received a promotion from them. I contacted customer service and they said they would not honor the discount. I received my items and not only did I pay full price, but the printing was off center on the t-shirt and the stickers are printed on low quality paper. I will not make any future purchases through Redbubble. After this review, customer service contacted me and let me know a second time that there is nothing they can do to resolve the situation.

I ordered 4 items. 2 arrived however the other 2 have not. There was a "tracking hiccup" and now i cannot track my package. All i and they know is that it was sent by USPS... and if i knew that it was going be sent USPS, i would have selected a different shipping method. So now even though I was provided a tracking # it cannot be tracked, by me or them, because of a error made on shipper side. So all they can say is " you should get it by the 23rd" How would i know if it was delivered if i cant track it nor you. I ordered on 12/13 and i find it misleading that they are sending emails today telling people that they can still get product by 12/24.

RedBubble... WTH? Your customer service is terrible... or better yet... non-existent! The chat line that I was encouraged to use when an issue arouse is either down or was never up! It is a dead link! There is no customer service phone number! There is no direct email customer service link either! Apparently I should have been able to message the artist directly but when I have tried to do that, I was told your site didn't recognize my email address... which is odd seeing as though I have received my bill from you, my PAYPAL receipt from the bill you promptly processed(NO problem charging me that was certainly efficient) and I continue to receive solicitations from RedBubble to make sure I get my holiday items ordered before the Christmas deadline. So apparently you have my correct email address... except when it comes time for me to reach out to you with a question-concern. I have ordered several items from you guys. I was lead to believe by your shipping calendars that my items would be arriving before Christmas. My concern is that the bulk of my order the 3 long sleeve shirts totaling $100 have not even been "processed" yet. The stickers I have ordered were "processed" but I was provided with no tracking number to verify where these items are in transit. Unfortunately... the big items... the expensive items, have not been "processed" which I am assuming means they have not even been put in the mail yet! If that is the case... then you dropped the ball there too... as clearly the stuff won't get here before Christmas. I understand mistakes happen... especially at this busy time of year BUT this lack of access to customer service solutions makes the whole thing unacceptable! The items you have are great... too bad the business end of this site is seriously lacking!

I was very excited about gifts I ordered. Never arrived. UPS blames Post Office. Post Office blames UPS. Redbubble does nothing. Won't send new order. Doesn't overnight. Complete wast of time. Better to go with proven entities who know how to ship.

I just an artist from Indonesia that sell my hand-drawn art in redbubble. I joined in January 2015 until now. I never had purchasing at redbubble or something else that outside of Indonesia, because many parcel from outside are missing and never arrive when sent to Indonesia. I never had any issues in payment, all payment sent on time on 15th every month. I have some image that banned and forced down from the list because not following the guide line / rules, but it's okay, that's my fault in uploading some image that may belong someone. Redbubble are great place for artists and buyers to support each other.
Placed and order for delivery for 12/7. Never rec'd it although it said it shipped. They said it got lost. Ordered a second time priority shipping because I need it for 12/17. Days it will arrive 12/15. Still not rec'd. They don't care that it was ordered in more ga enough time. My daughter is so sad as it is gifts for her friends who have a party 12/17. She has no gifts to give them. How could the same hung happen twice? I think it's a scam and nothing was ever mailed.

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
