I purchased a cover from BakFlip and man they weren't lying about their fast shipping. I ordered on a Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday morning. Other sellers may claim fast shipping, but most the other guys are shipping from the actual manufacturer (Bak factory has a 3-4 week order backlog).

We actually ordered the item elsewhere because of lower price. However due to lack of communication with the vendor and us our order ended up being cancelled. I contacted your company through chat and Samantha was most helpful. She is very thorough. She followed up with estimated ship date and offered to help with additional future items. Very happy so far with our experience.

Not very happy with Real Truck at all. Placed an order with them over the phone, The Lady and her supervisor helped with it and stated that if I placed the order right then it would ship within 10 days. Later on in the evening I received an e-mail stating my order had been updated. When i checked the message it showed I would get the order in June. I feel like I was lied to so they could make a sale! Hope they do not expect to ever get another order from me. I feel this is just another company that will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale. Dont like to and wont deal with a company like this again
Still no refund after a month. Canceled the order after 3 weeks. They shipped the order after I canceled it. I returned the order and I still haven't got a refund. This is a horrible company to do business with.
Once again. Should have done my homework first. Ordered some fender flares on 4/15/21.6 days no movement. Looks like a label was printed for FedEx but they don't have my merchandise. Called customer service and was told sorry but we are not FedEx. (No Shi?). Told them I want my money back so cancel my order. Sorry can't do that until we track your shipment that will take 5-7 days. (WT?). Then I get an email from them asking for the tracking number. ( They sent the number to me saying my product had shipped). I have been in the shipping industry for 40 years and know every aspect of how things work. This company is a complete nightmare. Back in early January i purchased a tool box for the bed of my 2002 Toyota Tacoma pick up truck. I wanted something real nice as I have completely restored and maintained this vehicle. I did not want junk or something that didn't not fit my truck. I ordered a tool box from Real Truck. I had to cal a few times to see why it was taking so long to receive my box so I called to follow up. I explained to the sales person that I originally liked the two wheel well tool box but it didn't fit my year truck so I had to stick with the box I ordered. The salesman reassured me 100% that the wheel well tool box did fit my truck after researching for a while. I was also told that it would not interfere with my tunnel cover.
With that said I asked to not ship the other tool box and ordered two wheel well swing tool boxes.
I was happy to know that I could get what I wanted from the beginning.
Once the tool boxes arrived a few weeks later I began to install per instructions drilling holes through my bed liner and body of my truck. I then had to install the latch to each side but couldn't figure why it would not fit.
Nevertheless the two tool boxes did not fit my year truck. I was upset that this didn't work out and now lady with holes on my bed liner and holes in my body of the truck.
I immediately called customer service who wanted me to rig the tool boxes to fit. I advised the person I was talking to that the tunnel cover did not shut due to the fact that the tool boxes were in the way.
I decided to ask foe a refund and return the tool boxes. Real Truck ultimately told me to keep the tool boxes and refunded my money but the main important thing is the damage that was left behind. Real Truck told me that they would not be able to do anything with the damage knowing they told me it was the right part.
I would never buy from them again. Customer Service was the worst ever and the salesman do not know what there doing. It's all about commission.
BEWARE AS YOU BEEN WARNED. Blame yourself for all the aggravation you go through if you decide to purchase anything from them. I give them one star but would rather give them none.

Long story short, I was gifted a set of seat covers for Christmas from my wife. I caught COVID on Christmas Eve and was hospitalized for two weeks and have had 3 months of intensive recovery. Finally got around to putting on my new seat covers and discovered the rear ones were for a truck with armrests. Called Real Truck and they refused to even trade them for the correct ones. They told me to try and sell them. I will never buy another thing from this company. Period

Just would like to start this email off correctly. Realtruck is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bumper on December 12, let me repeat that DECEMBER 12th it has been almost two months and my bumper has not even SHIPPED yet. Next order of business is the customer service team. Your customer service team is completely terrible, I have called and talked to mutual people and all I get for a response is "I can send in a request" nobody has ever been of any sort of assistance to me. I have asked for a discount which probably won't happen because your team is horrible at what they do. I have asked to speak to a manager which is never on site, also needs a request for that. Lastly I have not been given ANY information on this bumper, when it will ship, ETA, location or status of my bumper. Every time I call there are no records of my email found I have called so many times and still get asked for two emails. I am tired of waiting around for answers and am tired of waiting for my bumper. This needs resolved and shipped NOW YOUR COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.

I had ordered a truck bed cover back in September of 2020. On the same day I cancelled the order and changed it to a different bed cover. No problem. Lady was very helpful and nice. Well the 2nd order never came and eventually I got tired of waiting on it so I cancelled that order as well. I recently was looking through my credit card statement and I noticed I had two Real Truck charges one for about $333 and another for $306. I found where the $333 had been refunded, but the $306 had never been refunded. I contacted Real Truck on 1-14-2021 I believe. I explained to a lady name Shirley that I had been charged for an order that I had cancelled, but never refunded. She replied that I was refunded the $333 on a certain date which was true. I explained to her I was talking about the $306 that was charged on the same day. She replied back that order had never been cancelled and was delivered by Fedex 9-10-2020. Which was completely untrue. 1. I had cancelled the order and 2. Fedex or any other carrier had every delivered anything from Real Truck on that date or any other date to my address. She then replied back that it was too late for her to dispute Fedex and they did not refund for items that had been delivered. But nothing was every delivered and it was not even noticed because the order was cancelled and no deliver was ever expected. In my opinion, something shady going on. Just on a side note there was nothing from Fedex about this delivery. No tracking number, no email stating delivery complete, etc. I believe this company simply stole $306 from me.
No answers. Waited almost a month and purchase still had not shipped. Stated everything was in stock when I ordered. Asked three separate times for someone to contact me and received no response. Would not order from this company again. I wish I had read some reviews before I did.
I ordered a set of headers that were IN STOCK! A week before Thanksgiving 2020 and as of December 16 2020. Still haven't received them I left emails and voicemails Because they won't answer phone. Now got a email stating it will be shipped out between January 19-21 2021 WTF! Already took money from card and will not refund money! They aren't reliable. Should've never sold parts they didn't have in stock and took money out if you have not shipped them. So I guess if I don't get them or hear something by the end of January I was file a lawsuit against them. I've spent over $81,000 in 2020 on parts online and this is the last time I try a different company! Be aware.

It took them three months to send my order only once I called them to cancel my order for the fourth time all of a sudden it was on the loading talk coming and it was build to the truck. If you do order from them cut all packaging off make sure there's no scratches or scrapes or nothing wrong with it and it's the write product before you sign because once you sign it's your issue.
