I have spent a total of 4 hrs on hold this week trying to get ahold of them. I bought window visors for my truck and never received email confirmation. They took my money, but that is a far as it went. I wish Pay Pal would hold onto my money until shipping confirmation instead of rushing to pay scam artist like this. I think I'm done with PayPal, dealing with them is like dealing with Real Truck
Ordered nerf bars, credit card charged, now can't get a hold of anyone. Have sat on hold for a cumulative total of about 3 hours... seriously! Thank God for American Express... they came to my rescue and took care of the charge. AMEX 20 stars, Realtruck -20 stars! I told AMEX they might want to blacklist Realtruck merchant. From now on I will review whomever I buy from before I order!
Purchased a bed cover on Amazon from Realtruck, 3 weeks later a couple latches broke on it, contacted company several times via E-mail and all I got back once is a generic Email response. Horrible customer service

The customer service for this place is pretty much non-existent. They took over 2 weeks to reply to a simple email asking for a status update on my order.
Placed order on 5/9/20 for seat covers. CC charged for the order on that date. Received email confirming order but no order number was provided. Made the mistake of assuming everything was OK. Called and spoke with customer service agent on 5/28/20. Learned that the order was never processed internally at Real Truck. Very disappointing. Customer service agent was apologetic and helped me with processing cancellation and refund so at least that part went well, hope to see the refund within a week.
Terrible website and customer service. The product I ordered did not come as pictured. There were parts in the picture with the product that does not come with it. FALSE ADVERTISING! After being on hold over an hour with customer service the only way to get in touch with them is chat or email. They denied my return because the item is freight. I did not get what I ordered and could not return it even though the website clearly states 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! When you complete the order it states no freight returns. Shady! Misleading! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You are better off at a flea market or Walmart. My complaint is going to the BBB next!

Ordered running boards for my truck. Received the mounting brackets two days later. (I'm thinking I messed up on my order! WHERE ARE MY RUNNING BOARDS!) I checked my order, and yes I ordered everything I needed. (hardware included) I am currently on my 3rd call with them trying to get the hardware to install my running boards onto the brackets. You can expect at least a 30 minute hold time just to speak with anyone and then expect to be put on hold again for another 10. I would give them zero stars if I could. Save yourself time and frustration and just buy local.
Only because there's no way to give them 0 star I had to gave them one, they were wasting my time for 7 days after I ordered the set of the lift suspension parts. It took me 2 days of the communication with customer services, menager, and logistics specialist to To find out that the parts want be available for another 6 weeks. At the end of that waste that time the only thing they could came up with was promise to return to me the money would then the next 10 days.

I ordered a set of shocks for my Ram and still have not received them. Started with a shipping issue with wrong address and was apparently getting sent back to the shipper. Which happens no big deal but I contacted the company and i was told it would be taken care of and they would sense a new one. 2 weeks went by and didn't hear anything tracking number, confirmation etc. I had to call again and I was told I would get another confirmation and it would be shipped within 3 days. Almost 2 weeks went by and still nothing. Now all together going on 6 weeks from when I ordered originally and i do not have my parts. As someone who works with customers and has been in the business for years this is wrong. I would take my business elsewhere before making this choice

I ordered an item and cancelled it the same day after doing research on the manufacturer. Aaron in sales told me just reply "Please cancel my order" and the item would not ship and I'd get my money back ($527.88). That was Saturday 1/18/2020. Monday 1/20/2020, I received an email stating the item had shipped. I called Real Truck and was assigned to Trystin who went on to tell me that customer service does not communicate with sales in scenarios like this. I asked how we can fix this. She said she would send me an RMA then I would return the item and get my money back. It took her 18 days to send me an RMA. I returned the item the very day I received the RMA. It is now 2/18/2020 and I still don't have my $527.88 back. They won't return my phone calls or emails. I have now started the dispute process with my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Purchase brand new Carhartt $500 seat covers for my Toyota tundra. Does she covers did not fit my truck at all and you did to be exchanged or returned for other seat covers. They told me that they will not refund my money or exchange anything and to sell my product locally. Then, good luck and hung up on me. I'm out $500 plus tax. Their website says that they may charge up to a 20% fee for restocking an item that is returned. As that is a rip-off, even that is not true. They will not exchange or return your item. Do not waste your money with these crooks. Every single review that is not from them personally to themselves is at a one star. You've been warned.

Purchased step/nerf bars for my Ford truck. Same bars from manufacturer and other vendors showed 1-5 day shipping depending on certain variables and RealTruck.com price was a little cheaper and shipping was free. Ordered on 6/16 and money was withdrawn from my account immediately (Sunday). A week went by and I hadn't received any shipping info. Upon logging in to my customer account I noticed order was listed as pending fulfillment/order number unavailable. I did online chat which was based out of North Dakota and completely pointless. I believe their online chat is a robot and/or software only. Called and was informed that the product would ship in 10 to 20 business days. I had to lose my temper to even get an order number. On days 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 I called and tried the bot chat over and over as well as sent daily emails. No calls or emails returned and bot chat answered as expected. Finally was able to talk to an agent and said I was done and to please cancel my order - they stated order would be submitted to cancellation department and this could take 1-3 business days to approve before a refund could be submitted. Still no word on a shipping date. Seriously? While on the phone with my bank to dispute the charge and and label real truck as fraudulent I get an email stating Fedex had delivered the item to my door. What the Heck man? I have yet to get home and inspect the product. I'm prepared for the worst...
I ordered a pair nerf bars for my truck which was the the easy part, they arrived in a timely fashion. BUT
1. I was first overcharged - They Resolved
2. I was missing parts due to damage of box
3. I received parts a week later, but low and behold they only sent nuts and bolts no brackets.
4. Then I was told the Manufacturer does not stock those parts, so they shipped a new set.
So after 3 weeks of inconvenience I asked for some type of discount or gift card for future purchase, I was told no since they gave me 10% when ordered... Hmmmm that was the sale price they had online.
As I told them, Customer support whether a discount or gift card goes a long way. Shows that the customer means something, but to them it seems that made a sale and do not care about future purchases or good reviews.
