I ordered my running boards on 8/12 and on 8/13 they took the money out of my checking account. I received an email that my running boards would be here late Aug, which I was fine with. Then a week later I get another email that I would receive my running boards by Sept 12th. On 9/8 I contacted them asking for a tracking number since my order showed still pending. I had already done the live chat several times and kept getting the same answer that someone would be calling me. I never got a call back and that's why I contacted them thru their phone number. I was on hold for over 45 minutes. When a human FINALLY picked up I once again could never get an answer from them and got the same BS that someone would contact me about my order. Well, here it is now 9/18/20 and still no running boards and no answer as to why they haven't been shipped. I canceled my order with them on 9/18/20 and I will up date on when my money is put back in my account. I then went and ordered my N-Fab running boards thru N-Fab themselves and it was only. 01ct higher in price. Plus, I still got FREE shipping and my running boards will be here in 5 days or less. I will NEVER go thru this company EVER AGAIN! Horrible customer service and they LIE about the items being in stock. Please, just go straight to the manufacture for the item you need, cause this company is a RIP-OFF!
This company is a third party vendor. They hold no physical stock. You order the product, pay for it. Then they order product from vendor have it shipped to you directly from vendor. So if you have a problem like I do, you can not deal with product vendor you need to deal with REAL TRUCK. When you talk to some one from REAL TRUCK, you are waiting for them to correspond with the other vendor. REAL TRUCK is very slow to respond back to consumer. Im waiting to return miss sent product so that i can receive my ordered product. I truly recommend that you deal with original manufacture before you deal with Real Truck. Dean.
Be very careful about shopping at Real Truck. I ordered a set of weather tech floor mats off of their website because they sent me an email for 10%off. My credit card was charged and I never heard anything else about my order. A week later I called to find out where my order was. I was told that I had not paid for my order yet. I contacted my credit card and it was billed the date of purchase. They blamed the accounting department for the problem. Instead of just sending me my products, they told me I would have to wait until the accounting department fixed the problem. They then could not tell me how long it would take. I canceled my order and was told that it would take 10 days to get a refund. Don't waste your time. DO NOT BY THINGS FROM HERE. Go somewhere else!
Ordered general grabber xts. Within 2 wks was sent email saying pushed out for 3 more wks. Then checked reviews on Realtruck.com. Boy it should be called Real #$@*ed.com. They never send out product. Just emails pushing off shipdate. And more emails to buy more of there crap! How bout sending me what I ordered? You took my MONEY! REAL SUCK COMPANY!
After the first fiasco I swore to never order from Real Truck again but my husband ordered again... on 6/5 and it's 8/27 and they have yet to return any calls or emails or deliver the parts! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY
Order my wheels on July 19th its July 21st have heard nothing on where they are. Contacted 5 times never returned my emails. Buyer beware buy somewhere else if you want your product on time and to even know where or what is going on with it. If I could give negative stars I would!
Ordered product & received within 2 days. 1 item was defective. Have been trying for 3 days to get an answer on how they're handling it with no success. Won't answer any questions about it. Get product in a timely manner but customer service in regards to defective product & return is horrible to say the least.
They charged me $300 for parts that would cost $40 elsewhere that is price gouging. Can't get ahold of anyone to return items!

Called on my order that was in stock and shown as shipped, (but of course later learned that no delivery date was on the shipping confirmation), only to be told there was a 3 hour wait time for my call to be responded to. Then I tried their online chat, which is simply a internet robot that collects information and provides you with static replies. Folks, don't fall for the glossy web pages they have so carefully presented. This company is a hoax!
Placed order over a month ago, supposed to ship right away. After 2 weeks, figured I'd give extra time due to Covid, still nothing. Called and waited on hold for over 45 minutes to find out that the product hasn't been shipped and they have no idea where it is. No return call with update, so I called back and asked for a refund. 2 weeks later and still NO PRODUCT, NO EXPLANATION, NO REFUND. Stay away from this company.
Ordered 4 vision wheels for my husbands truck. Received in less than a week. Happy about that. Then 1 of the center caps was defective and I needed it replaced. Emailed and after 2 weeks they answered with letting me know they would get me in touch with someone to help me. Been 3 more weeks and I have ordered from another company a replacement center cap. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from real trucks!
Very poor customer service. Called 3 times with no answer or call back. Took me 4 months to get ahold of a rep. And found out that they are not carrying the product anymore.
REPORTED THEM TO Better Business Bureau "Under Report a Scam" because that exactly what they are doing to customers! Placed order and paid for 06/25/20. I have not received a conformation of this order as of yet, 7/02/20. You call them its a one hour wait time. You use their "Chat Line" identified in Red Text on their web site, its a text messaging app, at the end it tells you that someone will contact you within 48hrs? I have already started checking for a scam?
Extremely dirty business practices. I placed an order on June 9th 2020. Their website boasts about how fast they ship. Says 24/48 hours if in stock. I received a tracking number on the 16th. By th 22nd FedEx still hadn't received the package for shipping. I called customer service, it took over 4 hours to get through. I had asked for them to cancel my order and issue a refund. They said they can't and that I would have to wait for the boards to ship. Then I would have to return them, then wait 2 weeks for a refund. They finally arrived on the 25th and I wouldn't let FedEx take them off the truck. Now we wait for a refund. Avoid this place at all costs. A little transparency would have went a long way.

A week later, filed a dispute with my credit card company - then went ahead and bought wheels & tires locally and then, yesterday 3 weeks after the start of this started, the wheels show up on my porch, now they will not answer the phone or emails to start return process. You don't get what you pay for, as a matter of fact they took my money and never sent my item. To make matters worse the will not respond back to me, I ended up calling my credit card company to see if they could help in the refund. Good luck

Placed an order on June 11,2020 for wheels and tires. $2400 worth. They were really helpful on the phone. June 21st now and haven't heard anything yet about shipping. I ordered tonneau cover in May 2020, but as of Sept. 2,2020, I have not received it and they already charged. It appears they were once a good company, but something about COVID-19 impacted their company and they aren't being truthful about products they have and don't have in the inventory. I recommend you submit a complaint with the North Dakota, Florida, Michigan attorney general office, as well as FBI and FTC. Realtruck is registered in North Dakota, their parent company, THI E-COMMERCE, LLC, is registered in Florida and have principal mailing address in Michigan. I'm in contact with the attorney general's office and they say they haven't heard any complaints about Realtruck, so the more people who complain, the more they will look into it.
