We made a mistake on our order and got the wrong tonneau cover but it turned out to be a simple exchange. We called Real Truck and received the correct cover within a few days and a return authorization for the incorrect cover. We had no problem getting a credit for the cover we returned. We would definitely order from Real Truck again.

First I tried to order a roof rack system for my car. Then after I ordered it I got a pop up on my screen saying that if I ordered through chat I could receive a discount. I contacted chat and was told that it was too late since I already ordered. So I had to cancel my order and then reorder even though not even 2 minutes had passed. Also even though I cancelled right away, my credit card was still charged 4 days later. A refund should be coming my way they said but why even charge it when they confirmed my cancelation within two days. I then reordered the roof rack with chat and got 5% off. The package was listed to be shipped and arriving between July 12th and July 15th. But when I got the shipping information emailed to me, only 2 items were available and would be shipped during that time. The other item, which is needed for a roof rack, will not be in until Mid August. If I had seen the real shipping time I would not have ordered at all.
Quick and easy. Arrived today and installed it and saved money.
