They didn't originally have it but no one else did either. After waiting with my preferred vendor Thule still hadn't delivered inventory so I went looking a month later and found out realtruck had gotten one of the tracrac sr racks in stock. They set up my order for me, shipped it out same day, free shipping, 2 day shipping. Overall I was not happy to wait this long only due to Thule but happy with realtruck for getting me across the line.
Called about a tonneau cover that was on back order and the sales rep John was able to find one at one of your sister companies available now. I need it before a trip next month so I was very happy. Also added a set of nerf bars on a price match. Overall a great experience!

The entire process took ~ 5 minutes. They offer free shipping which is great. However, with free shipping, it appears the length of time to receive my parts will be almost a month. I was online looking at the tonneau covers and saw that they had a chat icon. I started a chat after I saw the sr1 cover that I wanted. It took a few minutes and I had my cover ordered and they will ship for free. Easy n friendly.

Customer service was able to send confirmation of my purchase to my e-mail immediately. My top came 1 day early the salesman followed thru on promise. Most deliveries are usually later than expected now a days. Had some other issues but minor.

Ordered a Gator tonneau cover on June 8 and they took my payment. No indication prior to placing order that there would be any delay. Then they said it would ship June 28. That date came and went so I made several attempts to call but just placed on hold. Finally spoke to someone and she gave me a line of bull about how it was the vendor's fault (but she said they owned the vendor). No definite date for delivery except probably late July. No followup until I threatened negative reviews. Suddenly the cover was available and being shipped for arrival on July 10. It arrived July 11. I installed it (easy to do) but it doesn't lie flat on the sides where the support/fold rails are so it will leak and looks bad. I called and the lady was nice but said she had to create a ticket and they would get back to me. So here I sit. They have my money. I have a cover I can't use. And they are once again too busy to respond to me. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I will never, ever, ever buy anything from RealTruck. NEVER.
