The fender flares came in sooner than expected. Though each fender flare didn't come close to fitting plus I received only 4 clips total when there should have been 5 per flare. In today's computer age these things should fit like a glove and quality control to assure all parts are being shipped.
I spoke with a sales rep ( Alexandra) he was very helpful in finding the bars I needed for my situation. He verified dimensions of drop, and gave me the part #. I called back later, ( he gave me his extension) and ordered the bars. Received bars 3 days later. I in stalled them backwards.( wrong side). Instructions don't give you front or rear on the picture. 50 50 shot at putting them on right They work great. Very pleased with the whole purchase.

The online tech was extremely helpful and was able to get me the load lifter 5000 in time before I left for three weeks towing my camper around the country. The install went without a hitch and only took 4 hours to complete. The load lifter leveled my truck so as not to squat as it did. A thank you for your help!

I ordered 5 items via telephone on 7/26/21. Not one of those items will show up for at least a week.

Guess what? After getting e-mails stating that I'm not going to get some of the 11 items I ordered till late August, I may have made a grave mistake.

Date of availability. I did notice that as we were still talking my card pinged telling me that the payment has been received. I did send a notice that I wanted to cancel one of the items shortly after placing the order and have not, as yet received an acknowledgement of that cancel, or a refund for the amount, approx, $80. Current date 7/26/21 1500 hrs.

Called about a bumper being in stock. Was told the product was in a Texas warehouse and it would be released for shipment. Day 2 and still no shipping info.
Called looking for info on shipping a tonneau cover, I would buy it if it can get to my house no later than Tuesday of this week, I ordered it lasted Friday morning, checked on tracking # it won't be here till Thursday by 8 pm. I will be out of state and I needed it. DONT MAKE a PROMISE
In stalling the the 5 inch oval nerf bars we, re very easy to in stall. I took everything out of the box's and separated the parts. For each side and followed the instructions. I really like them looking for to my next purchase
