Excellent Customer Support and Service on Top of an Excellent Deal. The service agents were all extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive all the way from product selection and purchase, to after purchase support, questions and my desire to make changes to my order before the product was shipped (a personal after-thought decision on my part to change the selection). Deal was great to start and then they made it even better for me to help me make my final decision, and be happy and confident in it that I made the right choices - including my Very FIRST Right Choice to look into, and go through RealTruck.com for my after-market truck needs!

This place has the worst customer service ever of any place I've ever ordered from. They don't know where orders are they don't know what's going on with orders if one item in your order is not fulfilled they don't send out the rest until it is ready. If they credit you back one item they still not sure about the other items it's just so backwards save your money do not order from this place

I do not recommend buy from RealTruck.com. I ordered rims and tires for my truck from here. I did receive everything really quick within a couple days. Well FedEx wasn't gentle with the rims at all 2 were damaged. They were also shipped in really thin boxes. I called right away. It was Friday and later in the afternoon so I called back Monday. I was told this needed to send pictures I did and it would go to claims to get me shipping labels so I could return them and get 2 new rims. It now Friday still no shipping labels the day they are waiting on the vendor for some reason. I believe ti see if they are covering the shipping cost. I don't really care who covers the cost I didn't pack or ship the rims my pictures showed the damage and they should take them back and send me new ones. I should not have to sit here and wait to return these. I have a truck that needs rims and tires on it. They can work out the shipping cost with the vendor that's their issue not mine. It says on the site how proud they are about the shipping well I wouldn't be proud of this. And the return policy stinks it's definitely not customer friendly that's for sure. Poor poor poor customer service on the company policy side. I will end my rant with this it's the company policy not the employees working there. But sometimes the policy affect everyone. I'll never recommend RealTruck.com to anyone.

From the beginning of transactions they made it as easy starting from price. Only thing I didn't like was from the beginning price. There was a surprise after car got look over that really shocked me. They person inspection the car did not ask or talk about anything that he found. But still we felt we were fairly treated. After inspection we had several text and then Brad called explained it all again we still felt very comfortable deal with Brad. I went and sent out the title as he explained the money would be in my account that night or first thing in the morning and it did. I would recommend you ether easy piece of mind.

Being gun-shy of previous scams, I used Scam-Detector.com and found that RealTruck is rated 100 out of 100, meaning an exceptional good website. The salesperson was very courteous and very clear to understand even with my poor hearing problem. The salesperson actually spoke English! The parts order was quick and precise. Do not order anything via this company. I ordered car seats first week of Jan 2022 and still waiting. The front seats came within weeks, but I am still waiting for the rear seats. I called and emailed and spoke with fulfilment rep. They said the order was in the system but no tracking number. Maybe because the seats were still being made. OK. I'll wait a few more weeks. Here it is 2nd week of Feb, no seat covers. I call again and same story. The Order is in the system but no tracking number. After my last call they generated an email that said call in complaint resolved. SO as customers complain, they resolve within 24hrs and keep selling one seat for the price of two. The company is based in OK so that may explain the business practices.
