Do not order anything via this company. I ordered car seats first week of Jan 2022 and still waiting. The front seats came within weeks, but I am still waiting for the rear seats. I called and emailed and spoke with fulfilment rep. They said the order was in the system but no tracking number. Maybe because the seats were still being made. OK. I'll wait a few more weeks. Here it is 2nd week of Feb, no seat covers. I call again and same story. The Order is in the system but no tracking number. After my last call they generated an email that said call in complaint resolved. SO as customers complain, they resolve within 24hrs and keep selling one seat for the price of two. The company is based in OK so that may explain the business practices.
