Do not order anything via this company. I ordered car seats first week of Jan 2022 and still waiting. The front seats came within weeks, but I am still waiting for the rear seats. I called and emailed and spoke with fulfilment rep. They said the order was in the system but no tracking number. Maybe because the seats were still being made. OK. I'll wait a few more weeks. Here it is 2nd week of Feb, no seat covers. I call again and same story. The Order is in the system but no tracking number. After my last call they generated an email that said call in complaint resolved. SO as customers complain, they resolve within 24hrs and keep selling one seat for the price of two. The company is based in OK so that may explain the business practices.

Yesterday we placed a $70 takeout order and were told it would take 30 mins. An hour later it was ready. The two soups we ordered were unrecognizable by sight smell an taste. How do you ruin soup? The fried rice was not fried. It was steamed rice thrown in a pan ingredients added, stirred an served. The chicken skewers were just plane gross. Chewy stringy tough dried old reheated chicken. Simply terrible. Long story longer, complete waste of money and time. And it was Chinese New Year. Someone was either learning to cook Chinese and failed or experimenting and failed.

Ring is good concept but screwed up with human biases. We have videoed people coming into our yard which is called trespassing and posted those videos. Ring staff refuse to allow the videos and delete them. Then send us a message about community standards. So Ring is deceiding what crimes get thru to consumers via the Ring. Therefore do not trust the crime rating incidents and area reporting. It appears to be unreliable.
