I recently used the live chat feature on the real truck site. The customer service rep Daniel D was a huge help. He helped me certify proper fitment for the items I was looking for, availability, and was even able to help me save money on the whole order. The whole chat lasted around 1.5 hours and Daniel took the time to go over all the available options and answer any product questions. A great experience all around.

Hello, If the tax exemption was submitted after the sale, then the tax needs to be refunded as your tax exemption needs to be approved by our accounting team before changing your profile to tax-exempt. On 5/30 we submitted the refund to your bank, please allow 1-10 business days for them to process your request.
