What I liked was that they were friendly, generally courteous, and they seemed helpful. A small dislike was that the first service representative was somewhat condescending and could have listened a bit better. That was tolerable and I would have ignored it as far as posting in this review, except that it seems related to the real problem: the fact that they sent the wrong parts. I even emailed an image of the parts I needed during the phone call (they looked at it), and I received something that's is incompatible with my tonneau cover. On looking again, it seems that the actual correct part number is also listed in the owner's manual.
They shipment was not delivered on the day the customer service person / sales person said it would be delivered item was lost or delayed because of poor shipping process and packaging.
The Salesperson LIED. I was getting ready to go out of town so I specifically asked how long the shipping took. He said 2 days to my door. I thought OK, that gives me a 2 day buffer Placed the order and payed for it through the link the salesman sent me via email. 2 days later I check the tracking info only to see the expected delivery date is the day we are leaving. I was rather upset by this. I called to find out what the issue is and was told the only 2 day shipping is expedited shipping that costs extra. And normal shipping is 3-5 days. At no time did the original salesman mention "expedited shipping". I had to find a buddy that could come to my house on delivery day to put in my garage. I have half a mind to return it when I get home.
I'm giving a 3 for satisfaction with product. I will lead by saying the customer service rep, Julie H, was awesome. Very helpful. She gets 6 stars. I am a bit disappointed that the nerf bars have not shipped yet. That said I realize Julie may have told me or it may have said on website and I missed it... that it could take a couple days before they ship. I also know we've become an "instantaneous is too slow" society.
Great experience. I was looking for a manual plow. Real Truck had the plow listed for the same price as the manufacturer plus gave a little discount for being retired military! The shipment came fast. While there were a couple dings, it was overall in very good shape.
My sales associate went above and beyond to assist me w my purchase. He even reviewed my order to ensure I was only purchasing equipment which filled my needs.

The live operator who took my call was efficient and a very positive experience after having to text back and forth with a machine in previous exchanges with other vendors. My order was filled quickly and correctly and arrived sooner than expected.

Grant, Michele and Cartier were amazing! I made the mistake of going cheap on a tonneau cover, after installing it, it wouldn't not fit or compatible with my rack. So I called back in and got a new one ordered and shipped out right away and the return was approved. I look forward to my next purchase! Thank you team. You guys are wonderful! 10 of 5 stars
Everything was good except the delivery notification. We were notified well into the morning of the day that the bumper was delivered. We had not made plans to be home and could not get back in time for delivery. The bumper was dropped at the end of the driveway which made it vulnerable to theft and very difficult to move for us due to size and weight. Did not appreciate that at all.
Can't rate the satisfaction of my ordered part as I haven't received it yet. No doubt the product will be rated at least 4+. The young lady that answered the phone in the sales department was extremely positive, made me feel her knowledge base of products offered was more than just adequate. Looking forward to a very positive outcome once I've received the order...
Realtruck sales sent an invoice for two parts totaling $695. I paid that invoice and the. Received a confirmation for one part for a different vehicle total $1100. Realtruck was not authorized to charge my credit card for that amount. After speaking with 3 different customer service agents and two supervisors I was never told why this happened and that it could take ten days to be refunded. They also attempted to order me the correct parts and the price was incorrect. I told them on day two to cancel everything, they agreed. Day three I received a shipping confirmation. I called again and they provided no explanation. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had and filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Now $1100 dollars of my hard earned money is frozen until the process my refund. They never once identified where they messed up, unacceptable. They have to be accountable for their mistakes or they will not last in this business.
Second time I order item after confirming with sales team in stock and call back to find out it's back ordered while the website still show in stock. This is false advertising company intentionally shows in stock items online for weeks after confirming over the phone items are on back order. I would not recommend dealing with this or any affiliated company. First this happened figured it happens but second time in a row that's just wrong way of doing business
Josh was very helpful in explaining to me the difference in truck covers that I was looking at and with his explanation I felt I made the best possible choice for my own situation. I've used Real Truck multiple times before and have yet to have a bad experience which is why I am a returning customer.
My overall experience was delightful. I did notice that some of the information posted on your website doesn't necessarily match up with the vehicle information. For example, I have a crew Max Toyota tundra, and the only option in the search box was for a double cap.
Will answered all my questions, was polite, kind and gave me information I needed to know to make my decision on buying liners. Good guy, good experience.
Parts fit great, easy to install. They arrived in good shape. Look good on my 2025 Tacoma. Ordered parts from Julie H, professional friendly knew what I needed for my truck.
The bug shield I ordered wasn't what I thought it was. I have bought bug shields for 10 plus trucks which I have owned in the past. I didn't realize you had one that was directly attached with tape though. I talked to a person at a cruise in and he said he had a problem with water getting behind it and fogging and discoloring.
