We have been with the company for over a year and never said a word about the poor service we got and now they stopped serving our area. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever

WAS TOLD BY VOICEMAIL 7/7,7/12,7/14. 7/15…7:16, DELIVERY…SAID IT WOULD COME MON 7/19 (no weekend service). I'M GOING TO BBB, THEN TO LOCAL TV! AFTER READING ALL THE REST OF MY FELLOW CUSTOMERS POOR REVIEWS, THIS COMPANY MUST BE EXPOSED! THEY DON'T SEEM TO LISTEN TO US AT ALL! I'VE HAD IT WITH FOLKS WHO ARE UNTRUTHFUL. I see a lot of reviews saying that customers flat out aren't receiving their orders and/or are being billed and invoiced for them. I've been having the opposite problem and these idiots keep adding recurring deliveries to my account that I have tried clicking 'skip' on and even had their impossible-to-reach agents try to do it for me. I find out they signed every customer up for recurring deliveries apparently and claim that it follows your order preferences from past orders. Well hey morons...I was never ordering water every 2 weeks for my household (try every other month).
They've now made 3 different water deliveries with a ton of water that I didn't choose and, any day now, I'll need to build an ark in my damn sunroom with all of this water in here. If the other reviews are correct I'm looking forward to the wild goose hunt that is cancelling this overpriced, unstable service. There was a reason that I always did One Time purchases. In their defense they HAVE been delivering but who the heck signed me up for *this* much? Because they do deliver they get an extra star but buyer beware.
IF your smart you will stay away from using this company, Im a new customer and i stayed home all day waiting for them and at 5"oclock i called and they said "OH we couldn"t make it today we'll come tomorrow, not a phone call or anything, i was FURIOUS to say the least.So i cancelled my order, (GLADLY)Its no wonder why they have such BAD reviews.
First and far most, Its not a business, Having a building with a few trucks, doesn't make you a business. Caring and implementing the correct people, when hiring is how it starts becoming a business. My friends, who reads this, THERE IS ONE LESSON THAT unReadyRefresh CAN TEACH, EACH AND EVERY LAST ONE OF US, IS HOW NOT TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS. A joke from corporate down, I work for Atlanta Center for Medical Research (AMCR). I'm over the purchasing department, we have a contract with RR, for water. They may give us 40 % on full Jugs, or they may take half the empty, depending on how the drive feels... I could go on for days, but I don't have time, because were a real business Lol.
This company will ONLY allow you to order if you sign up for their monthly billing forcing you to pay for items you didn't order or don't want and then waste time trying to correct and get a refund or keep track of your orders, A sham...
This company is the worst! They do not show up when they are scheduled, then they text you with different dates (as if you have nothing better to do then to wait on water everyday). If that's not enough, at times they text and say the water was delivered, but there is no delivery. You call customer service and they want to schedule another day. I tired to cancel and the employee refused to cancel, but she was willing to schedule another day because they did not want to lose me as a customer. Oh they canceled my service after a few unprofessional choice words. I mean really, another reschedule on top of the other 4 reschedules? This has gone on for two years. This is the ABSOULTE WORST COMPANY and they do this because they do not have competitors. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Get bottled water from the grocery store, or 5 gallon water from Walmart. ANYWHERE BUT HERE. There is a reason why they have a 1. Rating.
They do not deserve one star! My delivery was set for 4/11. Waited all day for water already paid for. They rescheduled our delivery for 4/14. Refuse to refund my money! I am so over it!
Water delivery is very undependable. Had the service for about three months and from the three months with the company for water, two out of three deliveries were late. Hard to depend on when they will deliver each month and had to buy water from another source. Company stating that there are no drivers, but hard to believe that is an issue for three months. All they say is sorry without any resolution to the problem. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! UNDEPENDABLE SERVICE!
The service and relationship had a great start however things changed when in the month of September I verbally requested that my supply be suspended until further notice since we had run out of. Storage space which was mentioned and explained in detail.
In December a supply was sent to my home and I immediately sakes the driver to take take it back to the store and the informed me that company policy does not allowed him to take it back.
I eventually had to send several emails to have it retrieved and to have my account cancelled since its almost impossible to get to speak to someone because you are always directed to the email account for contact. Eventually they acknowledged my request and then subsequently started sending me erroneous bills for payment and threatening emails.
After several attempts I was able to speak with someone whom I believed to be a customer service representative who called me and was told that I owe $60.00 for outstanding rentals plus the cost of delivery that was made in December. I informed her that I will not be paying for that delivery because it was not requested by me.
I have been begging them to come pick that supply up but no one has acceded to my request.
I am so very disappointed with the treatment and unprofessionalism by ready refresh. I have been trying to respond to their email where they keep threatening me to take legal actions but somehow my responding emails keep getting blocked.
I am tired of their semantics and have been seeking my own legal advice.

My company has been utilizing ReadyRefresh for several years. If you tend to order all the time; same order; there usually aren't problems. The problem comes when you try to change orders or have a concern about delivery or the cooler/dispenser not working. They have poor-to-no documentation of transactions. Fortunately I kept e-mails from escalating issues to supervisors. Yesterday I was on hold; dropped; back, and transferred to at least 4 different reps, and on the line for nearly 2 hours to correct a--what should have been--simple request (either fixing or replacing a defective cooler/dispenser). I cancelled service, but am still getting e-mails about deliveries that have been cancelled. Delivery-drivers were no-call's/ no-shows for the last, two scheduled scheduled appointments to replace the cooler/dispenser. I don't think bad reviews make any difference for this very-poorly-run company. Wish it would make a difference. Wish they would have taken our concerns seriously, but they offshore service, and the reps are obviously not able to effectively perform the essential functions of their job (or, they're not empowered to do so, and don't have the tools to do the job). It's the company. Horrible.
Very very very fraudulent and dishonest. Highly recommend to avoid using and buy anything needed at local cvs/fairway or whatever you have in the area
They keep sending bills that i "owe" to a collection agency but in reality i dont owe anything. The last bill was MINUS $9 meaning they actually owed ME money, but the call from collection agency doesn't stop, LONG AFTER WE CANCELED, claiming we owe HUNDREDS of dollars. And when we call this $#*! of a company, they say they dont have any RECORD on file because we canceled our membership. Idk how they are legally operating. SCAMMERS. Please dont waste your time or money with this company, absolute scammers, once you sign up to any of their services, they have CAUGHT you in their net and will try to STEAL money from you. I wish i checked the reviews before signing up.
I PLACED AN ORDER AS A GUEST CHECK OUT BECAUSE MY ORDERS DO NOT GO THROUGH ANY OTHER WAY. I moved to another state, and tried to cancel …they offered $20 off for next 6 deliveries…then auto set up delivery to OLD address, caught it and told them cancel…and re-gave new address to come get the cooler base…they don't keep relevant information on your account…and I get notice they have scheduled pickup at OLD address…I have provided my new address half a dozen times. I have also informed them that if I have any future charges on my account, I will claim fraud…I plan to file a grievance through the FTC against them and contact my attorney general for the Fraud that ReadyRefresh is

Horrible just horrible they never come on time they take like a month at least just to give us four bottles of water four and my sister emailed them and said we need our water and stuff like that and they never gave us any and that was like a months ago (like in August) it's October now 10/9/21 do we waited forever and we finally got water it's only 4bottles of water that it when I say do not DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER
I've been with them for almost 2 years and since 6/2023 they delivery services has been the worse. My June order took 2 weeks to come after initial delivery date.I skipped July (still got charged) and my august delivery was scheduled for 8/28/23 pushed to 8/31. My order was scheduled to arrive between 1:45pm and 5:45pm and I received a message at 3:30pm saying your delivery was rescheduled but don't worry you'll receive it 9/5/23. I talk to someone who sends me to someone else who says I'll call you back in a few hours and never called back but I got a message saying thanks for order your delivery will be 9/1/23. Now we here today and it rescheduled again after saying it's on the way so now my new date is 9/6/23 and customer service is down because I keep getting disconnected. So because of this situation I've been buy cases of water every other day expecting my water and it not arriving. I have this service because I drink about 1 1/2 gallons of water a day so I'm drinking about 12+ bottles a day smh.oh did I mention they got they money already and charged me for a month I skipped

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
