The web site will only send to what they call a local partner in my area. The local partner (culligan) only seems to want information to sell an in home water system. What kind of scam is this?
ZERO STARS! I have used Ready Refresh service for a while now and have been very satisfied till recently. I'm on a recurring delivery plan. Our water was suppose to be delivered on 5/17/22. It was never delivered. I spoke to Claude on 5/19/22, he assure me it would be delivered before 5:00 on 5/19/22. Still no water. I spoke to Marie on 5/19/22 and once again I was guaranteed the water would be there, NOW by 5/20/22. It's 5/23/22 and still NO WATER. TERRIBLE SERVICE! GO THOUGH BJ'S, COSCO'S, STAPLES, WB MASON, MUCH BETTER SERVICE!
This is the most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with. They can't get the water to me on time. Constantly rescheduling and then not showing up on the scheduled date even. Support hahahahahahaha! What support?!?! If you contact them via the website they take days to respond and they don't answer the phone when you call.
Further, I have been trying to CANCEL MY DAMN "SERVICE" for about 3 months. The website says to fill out the form. I fill out the form and they tell me to call customer service. I try to call customer service - NO ANSWER! This has been the cycle. I wonder how many customers they would have if they didn't make it impossible to cancel your "service"?

I now have Sparklett's and they delivered ON TIME the very first time. We'll see how this goes but I don't think it can be as bad as these idiots at ReadyRefresh.
So I had a bill I had to pay for $60 lost my job couldn't do it cus rent its first so I come and try and see a letter they send me 2 bills that =$303 funny idiots wanna run me up for water or service I haven't got plus they never show up when they say they are goin to water not even good please don't go for this service if I could rate this a negative 0 I would
I have been using this service for over a year and recently had another issue with the company not delivering what I ordered and not resolving the issue in a timely manner and many communications.
This company is horrible its always late on delivery. When the delivery is Scheduled they email me the day before or same day to reschedule the delivery. They suck I give them a double zero.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NOONE! They charged me for water i DID NOT ORDER! I called to tell them to stop sending me water because I had alot already and they kept sending more and charging me for it! I asked them to pick up the empty waters I had and We set a day for them to pick it up and they NEVER picked it up. Now I have Empty water around the house because this company doesn't want to pick it up! I'm so disappointed in this company. This company is seriously trash and to save anyone trouble DOOO NOT GET YOUR WATER THROUGH THIS COMPANY! They making me pay $90 for water I never received! They are supposed to pick it up this "friday" again so they better come this time. Been waiting since JUNE FOR THEM TO GET IT!
Delivery scheduled for a given day. Never shows up. Happened day after day for the better part of a month where website says that they are scheduled to deliver but late in each day delivery disappears. When you call they tell you they are behind. No exact idea how far behind. Or another time they tell you that they delivered it even though you never received it. Another time they send you notices for days that they are on their way. Delivery day you get a text saying "we are on our way". Later on delivery day you check the website and the delivery has disappeared. Next delivery in one month. When you call the representative tells you that they have your location (It's a Hospital!) recorded as being closed due to coronavirus. They had previously sent an email confirmation that since you are still open they would continue delivering. They have obviously worked and continue to work very hard to earn their one star rating and multiple BBB/Better Business Bureau complaints. And impressively badly run company. If you use them get ready for thirst!
Don't make a contract with this company they charge extra I didn't order water for two months and I canceled my service in the end they charged me $53 that they didn't have to charge
I love the fact that I don't have carry my 24 packs from the car. I got the feeling that the company truly cares about what they promote. The water comes right to my door and it's easy on my pockets
I can only warn you to stay away! The customer service is not concerned with the customer or orders that were never received. My official complaint will be with the BBB.
I was very pleased with sedrick w. He delivers my water he help me bring my water into my kitchen. I love the water best thing I bought in a long time. Sedrick was a very nice guy give him a raise!
We use this horrid company for a water filtration system. We have an issue with the machine and need service. We PROMPTLY called for service and have had our appointment postponed 5 times already with no call. When I ask for a supervisor they told me that they cannot put a supervisor on the call. I have to submit a request and they will call me back. This is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING THIS COMPANY. I will be canceling our service with them since they clearly do not want to retain their customers.
Their Delivery Service has declined dramatically over the past year. You place an order - get a Confirmation from ReadyRefresh (via email) - then No Delivery?!
They have changed your Delivery Date and have not notified you of this/these changes.

These people are liars! In the worst meaning of the word! I received a text stating delivery 12/7/21 as of this date I have no water
I have called three times in the last three days and have been promised delivery and I might add that I was guaranteed! Delivery not once but twice and that I was in the route today "rest assured guaranteed delivery today ". My mother has dementia along with other medical conditions that require purified water it is now 7:17 pst your office is closed and STILL NO WATER! How frustrating this is
And how angry and frustrated would you be if your costumer service reps lied lied and lied lied blatantly in the literal since! Liars….
And God forbid it was your mother or someone you loved! And it was someone you take care of as a caregiver
And of course you do not care about small business and people who have paid your salary and or "corporate bonus checks" at the end of the year!
Now what? We are handicapped and cannot lift 5 gallon water bottles! Our caregiver isn't back until Monday

Cannot get a hold of anyone. I've been on hold for an hour now. The automated machine keeps saying water will be delivered today. It's been over a week now & cannot get a hold of anyone.
Our Cooler broke on July 30, we were told a new one would be there the next day. I never arrived we wer told the next day and then again the next day. It is now August 10th, I have spoken to supervisors, guaranteed it was on the truck every day AND STILL NO COOLER! I cant use the 5 gal water without a COOLER! FRUSTRATED!
4 month in a row that my delivery from the every 6 of the month get delay.
This month they deley since june 6 to june 17 when they put CANCELLED no reason and when i talk to them by chat, since telefone its impossible, they say the only new delivery its on the june 28 thats 22 days later from the regular delivery date.
RUN AWAY fom this company when you can.
I cancelled my Ready Refresh in January PRIOR to any January delivery! They still continue to drop off water and bill me. This has gone on for months! Then they have tried charge me a LATE FEE! FOR WHAT? Then when I finally got a human and my son did as well they set a date to pick up the dispenser and water that wasn't used and still haven't done it and STILL CONTINUE TO BILL! Complete liars! This company stinks and is corrupt and are scamming people for more money.
Never showed up for initial delivery, never showed for the reschedule when they promised a time, missed work waiting for them. Never got delivery and cancelled order asked for refund.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
