THIS COMPANY DELIVERED PRODUCT WITHOUT COMING TO THE DOOR. THEY LEFT PRODUCTS IN PARKING LOT. NEVER PICKS UP EMPTY BOTLES WHEN SCHEDULED.
large bottled water
I wish I could give NO STARS at all. This one is a long one and mentions many of the deceptive and horrible service this "company" provides from previous reviews. If you can continue to get your water from your local store, outlet, or heck a river, PLEASE do so!
This is NOT the first time I've had issues with my "scheduled" deliveries. In fact, this would be the third time.
The most recent would have been yesterday (Tuesday Feb 28,2023). My "scheduled" delivery for this day NEVER arrived. I called customer service three times yesterday, followed all the prompts and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes or more each time, and on each occasion the "agent" guaranteed the arrival of my delivery. The last agent I spoke with (at approximately 4:30 pm CST) asked me to wait until 6pm since the time frame for deliveries was between 7am-6pm CST. However, at approximately 6:10pm I called customer once again, followed all the prompts and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes or more again, only to find out "The office is currently closed". This infuriated me. I suspect that the last agent I spoke with knew this and just brushed me off.
This morning (3/1/23), I arrived to the decision to cancel my membership with this "company". I called customer service around 7:15am CST, followed all the prompts and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes or more yet again.
The Cancelation Dept.'s agent attempted to retain my membership by trying to convince me that the order that is scheduled for Tuesday March 7th could be reschedule to an earlier day, such as Friday March 3rd. I was opposed to this "option" because I would STILL be missing a delivery, the one that was scheduled for yesterday, (I think he was trying to insult my intelligence and failed at the attempt).
As I insisted on cancelling my account, I noticed that my Previous Deliveries Dashboard displayed my order for yesterday (2/28) was delivered? How could THIS be?!, if it was in fact delivered then the order I had been anticipating and calling about went somewhere else, it did not come to my address! This display appeared deceptive and dishonest to me. I don't see the logic behind allowing someone or the company's system to input "Delivered" or "Complete" when it was not.
These actions confirmed my decision to cancel my membership and support ALL the negative reviews that ReadyRefresh has received from current or past consumers on Google and YELP. I will also be providing a negative review as well. ReadyRefresh wasted NO TIME withdrawing payment from me, but yet I have to jump through hoops, spend time on hold (time that I will never see again) and speak with dishonest customer service reps in an effort to obtain the service I've been paying for.
I don't believe the agent even cancelled my membership, because I have not received any type of correspondence or email from ReadyRefresh reflecting this action.
If you can help it, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Negative 5 stars!
I had used ReadyRefresh for about a year before the issues began and it was quite beneficial since I am a body builder and drink a lot of water. December 2021 my family relocated, and I had forgot to change my address. After my December 2021 delivery was made to my previous residence, I reached out to change my address. They actually cancelled that account and created a new one with my new address. Keep in mind I had not made any purchases since that December delivery. My card was set to auto pay and ReadyRefresh received their payment in January 2022. In February, my card was charged twice from the account that was supposedly closed. I disputed both transactions and requested to cancel autopay. The request was granted, and my card should have no longer been charged. March comes around and my card was charged again... meanwhile, when I contacted ReadyRefresh, they had no record of my payments, and no invoices were available for me to view. I disputed this transaction again and called and confirmed that this account was closed. They confirmed it was and I asked why my card keeps getting charged and of course they didn't have an answer. I sent bank statements to ReadyRefresh proving that the charges were in fact deducted from my account because they were refusing to refund me because they did not have record of receiving my payments. Well, April my card was charged again via autopay, which was cancelled, and from the account that was "Closed". After disputing this transaction, I then cancelled my card and got a new one so that they could no longer take money from me when I hadn't placed an order since December 2021.
Fast forward to October 2022, a debt collector company has sent me a letter stating that I owe ReadyRefresh $364. And yes, you guessed it! It is for the account that was closed in January 2022. I reached out to the debt collector company and explained my situation. They sent me documents that ReadyRefresh sent, and I guess they all of a sudden have access to invoices! They sent the debt collector invoices, but they were unable to provide me one when I asked multiple times for invoices? Things are not adding up! They are charging me on an account that is closed, using autopay that was cancelled, all while I haven't made a purchase since December 2021. Who would have thought I would still be dealing with this issue 6 months later...
I wouldn't recommend this company to even my worst enemy.
Water dispenser, 3x5gal water
Absolute worst service I have ever encountered. I lived in an apartment complex in Texas that advertised this service due to the freeze in 2021 in Texas, so a water delivery service seemed great to have in case the pipes freeze again. Instead, this company continually rescheduled deliveries, overcharged for services, and was virtually unreachable via phone or messages when these overcharges occurred. Every single delivery I had scheduled for a year was rescheduled at least two times, I was overcharged multiple times, and every time I tried to call the customer service line I was left on hold for hours, then only able to talk to some random employee who knew nothing about my account or history, provided no solutions or restitution for the inconvenience, and simply explained they had a shortage of drivers which was causing the delay.
My lease ended in August, so I scheduled for the ReadyRefresh service to end in early July, just to be safe. This means I had to put the water cooler machine (which I would be charged the full price for if it was lost, stolen, or broken in any way - which it wasn't when I was using it) and my roommates' and my empty five gallon jugs outside of my apartment (which I also would not be reimbursed for if lost, stolen, or broken) until the delivery drivers came. Again, my initial scheduled delivery was early July. It was rescheduled more times than I can count, all while my rented cooler and empty jugs were outside of an apartment I moved out of, and they were not picked up until well after I moved to another state. Luckily they didn't get stolen, but despite my numerous complaints and phone calls to the company to ensure I would not be held liable if the items were stolen since it was their fault the items would remain outside for an entire month, I was given no such sympathy. For this entire period, ReadyRefresh said they were not responsible and I had signed a contract agreeing to this.
Absolutely insane business practices, if you can even call this abomination a business. They also do not let you delete your credit card information until your account is closed, meaning if you get a "charge" for BS reasons like I could have, they take it out of your bank account whether you know it or not. Do not use this pathetic excuse for a "delivery service" as you will never receive your delivery in the way you ordered, and they will continually "reserve the right" to charge you regardless. Do not use this stupid service.

We've been a customer of ReadyRefresh for over 3 years because they are one of the few that sell 5 gallon Pure Life (was $6.99/ea, now $12.99/ea).
The website does not allow important contact changes in your account profile, i. E., you have to print out a form (that has to do with something else entirely), fill it out and mail it in (WTF?), and even after doing so, a former employee from 5 yrs ago still received phone calls regarding deliveries until I changed notification preferences to email only (which is not my preference).
You also cannot leave specific delivery instructions: you must select from a short list of choices that meets only ReadyRefresh's needs (WTF?). I had to call *******175) a year ago after a delivery was left outside in the broiling sun (San Antonio), and asked that my account be modified to reflect that I own a retail shop open only Tues thru Sat from 10am to 5pm. (To be fair, when we had the same delivery guy we didn't have problems for our first 2 yrs.)
My most recent issue: I ordered our regular five 5g Pure Life water bottles on Tues 7/26/22 and the earliest I could schedule delivery was for this past Wednesday 8/3/22. Normally we might encounter a delay of 3-6 days, not 8 days (ok, it's very hot in San Antonio and water is in high demand). Wednesday afternoon we received an email the order was rescheduled for Thursday 8/4. Come Thurs, no delivery, no notification. Today, Fri 8/5 received an email our delivery was rescheduled for Monday 8/8/22. Since my shop is not open, I called.
A lot of people must be experiencing the same sort of issues as I waited over 13 minutes for a rep. I must say this rep did a wonderful job keeping her patience and tried very hard to help me, but she ultimately had no control over RR business practices. The first available date to reschedule was Friday 8/19/22. OMG! She then offered free delivery if I accepted the date, which I did not. I asked her after waiting 2 more weeks, would this delivery again be rescheduled? She finally came back with the offer of a free order and free delivery, which is $75 plus a tip for the driver. (RR started driver tipping earlier this year.)
BTW, the monthly rent on our cooler has gone from $5 to $12 last year and is now $15 this month, a 300% increase in 3 years. By now I should own this machine. The way I look at this whole experience is I now have 4-5 weeks to find a new supplier.
Don't use
5 gallon water bottles and a dispensing cooler.
I am in complete agreement with every negative review that is posted here. If zero was an option to select in describing this company I would select zero! I repeatedly eperience a lot of the same hassle many of you describe.
Yes I also experience my water delivery not showing up not once but twice - two months in a row. I received a cheerful text in the morning saying that ReadyRefresh is arriving at my house today, but no one shows up. And what was even more humiliating was that I received an invoice from them after two consecutive
No-shows, charging me a late cancellation fee when I never canceled the order in the first place! I skipped an order but I never canceled it.
I message them with complaints so often that I am losing track of the number of times.
Their billing department is a nightmare. An absolute nightmare. There are too many instances of complete billing screw-ups to possibly list here in this review, but I would just tell you that I almost lost my mind today when I received an invoice with a $20 fee for late payment when I not only paid the bill on time but I also paid it way before the due date. Further, when I looked online at the billing details on their website, I see my payment posted with a date that shows I paid on time.
So I messaged them, again, and complained about this $20 late payment fee and adamantly requested that it be credited to my account. Well, I received this reply that bascially said: "We've already given you this courtesy before and we're not going to do it again." I wrote back and said: "But you're charging me an invoice that contains a late payment fee for a bill that I paid on time!" I am having a hard time believing any of these screw-ups are even real because they are so incomprehensibly stupid!
Here is another billing issue that drives me insane. I wrote to them about this and this issue is still not resolved. When I pay my bill online or via the ReadyRefresh app, after I review and send my payment, the site says that a confirmation email, confirming my payment is received, will be sent and my email address. I never, ever receive a payment confirmation email in my inbox. The best I can do is take a screenshot of the box that pops up when I am done my payment. How difficult can it possibly be to fix this? It seems like an insurmountable problem to this company. I gave up on this one.
I am coming to the conclusion that the customer service staff do not even read messaged before they reply to them. For example, and this is kind of funny in a really exasperating way, I sent them a compliment. One time, they resolved an issue to my satisfaction. So I sent them a friendly complimentary email. I do believe that when credit is due credit is due. And I do also believe that we must balance the bitter with the sweet, and the sweet with the bitter. You would not believe what the reply said. Then reply said: "We are sorry for any inconvenience that this caused you!" Obviously no one even read the
Nice-for-a-chang email that I sent in an effort to express my sincere appreciation for their effort. I almost feel sorry for their employees. Imagine having to work for a company like this? I honestly feel like the catalyst for these unyielding failures must be higher up in the chain of management.
All of this and their prices keep going up up and away.
I suppose I am old school but I like to receive a paper invoice in the mail - despite caring deeply and passionately about our evironment that is suffering. Now they are charging me three bucks for an invoice - a piece of paper. What drives me insane, though, is that they recently sent me an invoice with a $3 "Paper Invoice Fee" for invoices I should not have even received in the first place! I am referring to the invoice I received yesterday that contained the $20 late fee and a $3 paper invoice fee for a payment that was not only punctual but was also remitted way before the due date. And further, they sent me invoices with their paper fee of $3 for deliveries of water that never arrived! So they invoiced me for a service and products that I did not receive. We should call these invoices "UNvoices!"
Is Blue Titron actually trying to get rid of their loyal long term customers? It is almost as if they are sabotaging their own company. I am keeping a file. And this file I am keeping on ReadyRefresh is now over a few inches thick.
I am chronically ill and I live alone. I am financially devastated and I am losing my home. Not because of any payment issues but because this cottage I am living in is in a family trust that they are now deciding to liquidate. It is all about more cash. I am empathically and deeply aware that other people have it worse than I do. My point in mentioning this is to emphasize a point.
Receiving bottled water is not a choice or a luxury for me. I am on well and septic here. I have an old hand-dug well that is only 10 ft shallow. The water is disgusting. That is all l I will say about it. So I must have water delivered here. I must have potable water because the owner of the property I am renting will not provide it. So this is critical. It is critical that I not only receive 5 gallon bottles of water at my doorstep but also that I receive my water when I expect it and when I need it! ON TIME!. And moreover, I need the water to be affordable; their price increases are increasing my determination in shutting down my account.
So, yes, that is exactly what I plan to do: I am terminating my account, and I already predict that it is going to be a complete disaster and sticky red tape to try to leave this company. I read lots of reviews about customers experiencing all kinds of difficulty in trying to stop their ReadyRefresh service.
I also threatened this company many times with reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This time I am going to do i, and I am inviting all of you to join me. It is all about strength in numbers. I do not wish any business' survival ill will, especially in this day of age where companies are struggling because of covid, inflation, and the current war. People are struggling. I am struggling so much that the stress is affecting my health. I do not know about you but I do not have the time and energy to be managing these people all the time. I know you feel the same way. I lost my patience.
So let us stand up for what is right and good and report ReadyRefresh/Blue Titron to the Better Business Bureau.
In the meanwhile, I will try to have a great day. How about you do the same? Tell someone you love them. Perform a good deed and give of yourself. There's nothing like lifting someone up to lift yourself up. Perhaps the next person will "Pay It Forward," leaving this world a better place for all.
How they resolve their issues, that is, IF they are resolved.
5 Gallon Bottles of Deer Park Water
So last year I was living in an apartment with terrible water. A very nice lady came to the door offering the service for Readyfresh water. They carried my favorite brand Zephyrhills Bottled Water so I signed up. This year my apt doubled the rent so I had to move. First I thought I would be living with my sis so I had the address changed to her place. My friend called and needed help after coming out of the hospital and I decided to move there and help out. Since he did not have room for the water system and had filters on his personal well we decided I did not need to have the water system. So January I went on their website and closed the account. I received confirmation it was closed and though that was the end. But to my surprise, my sister received 3 bottles of water and I received the bill. I wrote to the company and again was told my account would be closed. Again, I looked at the account and I was scheduled for more water in Feb which is really stupid since I had been set to deliver every 2 months. Jan and Feb would be each month. So I wrote a third time and told them my account was closed and in Feb even though I had removed every item from the cart my sister received a bottle of water and I was billed. Today I wrote my 6th letter to their company asking them to take their heads out the ground and try to read the words I was writing. I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE WATER, I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE BILLS. DO NOT DELIVER ANYTHING TO THAT ADDRESS. I am not sure this is over with them but even though the bottles are not alot of money I am considering hiring a lawyer to make this clear to them. I DONT LIVE THERE< I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT.
Easy company to join, near impossible to leave. I was pleased with the service but their account people are bad.
Dont sign up for automatic delivery if you are not ready to be trapped in a water filled limbo you cannot escape.
