I called Cask Cartel customer service prior to placing my order to find out an approximate delivery date, because this was for a special occasion. I was told 2-3 weeks. I placed my order on December 17, hoping to get the shipment by New Years. It came Jan 9. It was later than I hoped, but the surprise was still there.
The product arrived in a relatively timely manner. However I was not informed until after I placed the order that the delivery had to be signed for by an adult. It totally makes sense but I had never ordered alcohol through the mail before so I hadn't anticipated that. I travel a lot so it seemed hit or miss that I would be home to receive the package. I was not given any kind of estimated turn around time and it would have been very helpful if I had received updates about when to expect the delivery.
The purchase date was 12/10/2024 with a delivery date of 12/20/2024. This was a christmas gift. I called the company and they told me the item shipped 12/17 however, no tracking number. I never received any tracking information and the Christmas gift arrived 1/10/2025. Due to lack of communication I put in a charge back. Now I have to change the chargeback as it was delivered. I would have appreciated some customer service and follow up. I won't order from this company again.
It was my first time purchasing from the company. Overall it was a pleasant experience, except that I didn't think it was going to take so long. I've ordered on December 5th (as a Christmas gift for my husband) and I ordered especially because it said "get it by December 16th". I didn't get it until January 6th which was a little bit disappointing but the bright side of the experience was Luke who assisted me and helped with my questions and concerns. I will definitely be buying again, I just wanted to point out the little bit of disappointment and misinformation about the delivery date. Thank you.

I ordered a bottle of scotch for a Christmas gift. I ordered it on 11/29. I kept contacting customer service as it was a gift. It still had not shipped on 12/23 so I asked for the order to cancel. I received the order on Jan 4 after being assured it would get to me on time. I had to buy something else and still had to pay for the bottle I did not want. Never again.
I was looking for something specific and only order cause stores in my area were sold out. Price was $100 more than at the store plus I had to pay for shipping,
It took a while, but this was a rare liqueur and came well packaged with no incident. Satisfied but did not receive a shipping notification so not 5-stars.
I quickly ordered this without reviewing the company. Then became skeptical after seeing the reviews. However, after one email and updated tracking, I received my bottle well in time before Christmas. I will defiantly be ordering again for hard to find bourbons. Thanks Cask Cartel.

We had successfully sourced a cult wine through Cask Cartel. Our local liquor stores don't stock unusual things like Tia Maria, only Kahlua, which lacks any subtlety. They found us two bottles and got them here a week before Christmas. I also found a magnificent and rare bottle of French Calvados (A prized Apple Brandy from Normandy that's magnificent with apple crepes.). These sophisticated treasures arrive very well packaged by air freight. It is a wonderful service and we will be using it often!
I use CC to give bourbon to my brother in law every Christmas. He lives in a very rural area in the South. CC had a good selection at a range of prices, the bottles were wrapped securely and delivery was timely. A+!
After caskcartel could not get my 1st order covered. They recommended several options even refunding. After I pick another product they did what they could and was able to not only get what I wanted on my second pick. Put got it to me right before I needed it. Thanks!
