Had I known my order was being sent from Los Angeles - 2,400 miles away - I never would have ordered it since it arrived after Christmas.

Pretty good products, but for the expense you'd assume great service and deliveries. However, deliveries take forever, they are really difficult to contact and do not often reply to customer service emails, are inflexible with simple gift messages to be incorporated into packages, and the message option on their site is dysfunctional. And this all applies even when your orders are $500-$1000. Most ridiculous is that for orders of multiple products you are intending to be sent as a single gift, they wont even ship them together so the gift can't be received at all once. This has happened multiple times, and you'd think I'd learn my lesson to not shop with them... But my grace does have a limit, especially with multiple $500-$1000 orders, so I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! And I will be describing my experience with this horrible company all over review- and social-media platforms. I strongly recommend you shop at whiskybase or other competitors instead.

If only I could easily buy the specialty drinks I want here in the US... But since I can't, Cask Cartel was there to help!

I placed an order as a gift before the Christmas Holiday, the order took over 2 weeks to get delivered. I placed a second order after the holidays, Just to see if it would arrive any faster. The second order again took over 2 weeks to arrive. Nice shopping, good selection, but better hope the A prime company doesn't decide it wants the business, and steal it away just because of faster response times.

My hubs was skeptical when I said I ordered for him that it might be a sb but was thrilled when the order arrived!

My experience was easy. Web site is easy to navigate. The list of options is endless. The shipping cost seems to be a bit extreme -BUT the packaging is pretty much bullet proof. The tracking is great and delivery has been early both times and i am currently waiting for another order. I look forward to buying more from Cask Cartel

Looking for a different experience instead of just stuff. Found this great website but for the price I would've expected higher quality presentation.

Worst experience I've had buying anything online selling stuff they they're don't have then they don't do refunds pos company takes advantage of people

The delivery and tracking was fine. One of the sample bottles leaked a little, which is why I didnt give 5 stars. That probably isnt fair to Cask Cartel since they didnt fillnthe bottles, or send them out as sealed. The leakage on such a small item wasnt worth filling a complaint. It was just a sticky annoyance since the other bottles got wet. I would still order again even if the shipping prices were a little salty.

I bought this thinking the bottle would look the way it does online but it looks different…print is in yellow and there's a big cross on it and the Brother Justus is in much smaller print. So…the reason this matters is because I bought it as a 25th Anniversary gift for my husband which is a silver anniversary…loved that it was silver whiskey and that the JUSTUS was the print that stood out the most on the blue label…get it? So, that's a bit of a disappointment…not even sure if he'll like the whiskey but we'll see.

I ordered a one-off unique product that needed to be shipped by another vendor. It was an expensive item—nearly $500–but I had no visibility into who was shipping it when, not even if any vendor had even received the order and was working on filling it. I got a quick response from Cask Cartel customer service explaining the process but still no information on the status of my order. A simple 'vendor X has received your order and will be sending your item in X days' would have sufficed. Once the item was shipped I was able to track it no problem via a UPS tracking number.

When you're purchasing expensive items, you don't want to be in the dark for a week.

The site is easy to navigate and purchasing was not difficult. However, I would have liked a better explanation and more communication about how long the product takes to arrive. Site says it's in stock, but it wasn't abundantly clear that the order takes 2.5-3 weeks for arrival due to customs. In stock did not mean in stock at US facilities and I got no update after the order was placed until I reached out nearly two weeks later.

Cask Cartel gives you the best deal for a long list of products. I've never been disappointed with their products or their services. Will be buying from them for my future purchases!

I use the product to make lemon cello. We take it on our long range fishing trip. It is enjoyable.
