I mistakenly placed an order for an incorrect product, and after immediately recognizing it, I requested to cancel shortly after placing it. With no concern for my satisfaction, a rep, named Skilyn, disrespectfully refused to consider my request. In contrast of a reputable merchant, Skilyn pointed to the fine print in their purchase agreement. Plus, their prices are super high compared to other online retailers.
Plus, their allowance is 30 days to receive a product after placing an order, so I would not trust them for any holiday orders. This is not a credible group and I regret attempting my order.
I unfortunately ordered from this Co. Before reading reviews. I read reviews immediately after placing orders. E mailed them immediately to cancel the order. That was within 10 minutes of placing the order. They had all ready grabbed the money and said they could not cancel the order. Contacted PayPal and they told me to call them for refund. Of course they refused. So I will be calling PayPal back on the 5th as they instructed me to and go from there. SHADY COMPANY!

Do not use this company to order spirits! Unfortunately I did not read the horrible reviews before placing my online order. I ordered 2 bottles of Don Q Gran Anejo rum which come in square decanter bottles which are being phased out & rebranded to Don Q Gran Reserva in round bottles. The entire reason I ordered the Gran Anejo bottles is that they are becoming more limited and rare. Well guess what I was shipped: yep the Gran Reserva in round bottles.
After contacting customer service several times at Cask Cartel, I was informed by Michelle and Taylor it was not their problem and they would not offer me any credit or refund. (They did offer me $25 off on a future purchase. Fat chance, I will never use them again)!
My argument to them was that if I had been in a physical store I would not have purchased the Don Q Gran Reserva as that is not what I wanted.
I have purchased thousands of dollars of rum & bourbon from other online retailers such as Blackwells, Caskers, Pikes and The Whiskey Exchange in England. Anytime there was a question about my order, I was contacted by the company before my order shipped to ask me about it and if I wanted to proceed. That is good customer service!
So again in big CAPS: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CASK CARTEL

This is a company I would avoid at all costs. Their advertising is misleading and their customer service shouldn't be called customer service. Michelle is a you know what--stunningly rude and antagonistic.
My cask of a Tequila Liquor came smaller and busted. The liquor was all over the packaging and the seal was broken. It also came very, very late. Literally 4 weeks after ordering.
I received a refund from the courier after submitting a case, but CaskCartel wouldn't refund the shipping fee. They're complete frauds.

They sent us the wrong product. It was false advertising, they stated product flavors may differ with their moonshine which we understood, however they didn't send us moonshine, they sent us sipping cream. We offered to send back the wrong product, because we wanted what we ordered. They said it was the warehouses fault. Our bank saw it as fraud and reversed the charges, no they are trying to put our small order in collections after they sent a very threatening e-mail. The fact that this company has a legal team who can't make grammatically correct e-mails leads me to believe there is a reason they need one in the first place, complete unprofessionalism. They are hurting honest customers. THEY MADE NO OFFER TO HELP RESOLVE! Emails went back and forth, but the proof was there, no where in the add did it say sipping cream could be sent.
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, even when they admit fault or customer service in general are RUDE and unprofessional with their tone even by email. You can see multiple other threads of people saying how awful they are. A website below has all 1 star reviews stating to never buy from this company. We will be fighting their claim, as I hope all others continue to do.

I recently had the displeasure of doing business with this horrible merchant. The transaction went terribly and the merchant had ample opportunity to rectify the problem and did not.
There is simply no reason to do business with this merchant.
Run in the opposite direction as fast as you can.
Valentines special Purchase internal CaskCartel error in paying FedEx for shipment, it caused to be held for suspicious activity not arriving ontime CaskCartel had a Valentines day special for a whiskey. Purchased in plenty of time. Because of an internal error on their part correctly paying FedEx, the shipment was held for "Suspicious Activity" at a special FedEx location. Currently FedEx has no expected date of shipment. Obviously this will not make it by valentines day. Now they are telling me there is a penalty of 35% of the purchase for return of the shipment
Wish I could give them zero stars. CASK CARTEL SUCKS! Worst customer service ever. I received two orders, one to my residence and one to my parents residence in another state, and both orders were missing items and leaking liquor all over the inside. Not to mention, the packaging was open on both orders when it arrived. Reached out to them three times, and the only support I received was that the vendor would send me the items when they had them. DO NOT ORDER FROM CASK CARTEL.
I'd ordered a bottle of Pyrat rum on 1/2/2021. I paid a premium of $59.99. "Route Package Protection - $. 98. "Flat Rate Shipping and Instapak Protection Protection Packaging." Total - $76.46.
Today is 1/28/2021. After various emails and calls, I still don't have rum sloshing around my stomach.
I asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. Nope... deep inside the return policy, it says that they have 30 days to try to get the order to me before I can be refunded. And you get passed from one customer service rep to another.
The customer service is terrible. They give you a 3-5 day processing estimate on their website but buried in their fine print is they have 30 days to process an order. This is deceptive at minimum. When you ask for a refund 2 weeks later you are met with arrogance and refusal to refund. I would not order anything from this company. If you do, expect your order to be received 2 months later. Do not give your money to this company. You will regret it.
Company refuses to cancel & refund my $433 Christmas order placed 12/4/20 that still has not shipped.
Based on a Christmas promotional email that I received from Cask Cartel I placed an order on Dec 4,2020 for $433.91. After 2 weeks without an email with processing and tracking information I reached out but still was not provided tracking information. On 12/22/2020 I again reached to cancel because it's clear my order will not arrive in time for Christmas since it still has not shipped. The company still has not shipped my order and are refusing to cancel and refund my order.
