Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!

Add one more. As a matter of privacy and principle, I never leave reviews good or bad but this warning needed to be issued.
