As a company we expect our monthly delivery on time. They are never on time but we receive numerous emails they are on there way. So, scheduling means nothing and prices are way high.
Looking for a new water company
My delivery was scheduled for 12/20. I received an email saying it was on the way. I then received an email at 5PM saying it was delivered. IT WAS NOT. When I called their answer was it said it was delivered but they did not have a picture like they usually have. They said the earliest they could provide the water was 12/24. I said that was unacceptable because it would be after my gathering. I am recovering from cancer surgery which involved the removal of a kidney so pure water is necessary. Their answer was too bad, they could not do any better. I said I would like to cancel my order and they said okay and it would take 7 to 10 days to refund my money. This is not acceptable. The attitude I got was certainly not customer friendly. I would NEVER recommend this company.
Horrible services. You can't trust Readyfresh with your water dispenser, I requested a cleaning for my water dispenser, I was charged $99, however, after they did the cleaning my water dispenser never worked again, when i called the company their recommendation was to rent one from for $120 per year. So, I honestly think the guy purposely damaged my water dispenser to force me into renting or buying a new one from them. I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up. It is impossible to cancel. It is a FRAUD.
I am a manager at a multi million dollar corporation and we rely on these water deliveries for our prospect and residents. For the past 6-8 months none of our deliveries were on time, some of them were marked as delivered and they were NOT, our most recent delivery we were suppose to get 27 cases but they only gave us 13. Just horrible. I WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone. IF I COULD DO NO STARS I WOULD!
My credit card on file happened to expire. They decided to UNskip the delivery, and make the delivery I skipped. They then billed me nearly $100 because of the delivery I skipped! I called customer service who was rude and did absolutely nothing. They said the delivery unskipped automatically because the card was rejected. How's that make sense? I explained that I skipped the delivery and the only reason why this happened was because a card on file happened to expire. They threatened to put me into collections and destroy my credit worthiness with the credit bureaus if I did not pay. I was forced against my will to pay for the skipped delivery that they took upon themselves to unskip all because the card had expired. This company infuriates me beyond belief! Let's not even mention the yearly fee increases! Every single year they increase costs. This company is not ethical and should be shut down.
Never received any equipment or anything from them. Trying to cancel and they are making me pay for the equipment I never received
I don't write negative reviews often but this service is absolutely TERRIBLE and i honestly regret doing business with them.
If you value your money please STAY AWAY.
No rules followed. Randomly doing what they want. They leave cases out on the road and say go figure. Just why do they exist? I am a senior. I pay them extra to help me and week after week they fall and keep verbally saying sorry and doing NOTHING
The delivery experience was frustrating not follow the delivery instruction for the second time! I recently ordered a water to be deliver inside the garage and ring the doorbell which never happen, end up they deliver on the driveway and the Pest control company came a spray all the yard and the garden near the driveway and the company expected to have that water
I just contacted customer service to establish an account. I am a lifetime nj resident with English as my first language. I also speak fluent Spanish with 40 years doing so. The customer service rep I just spoke with was clearly not competent in either language. The woman I spoke with was totally unintelligible. Reception was clear and without background noise on both ends. No business could possibly be conducted under these conditions. A bad experience and the loss of a sizable commercial account with one phone call. DO BETTER.
For the last 4 to 5 months we have to call them every month due to there scheduling conflicts. Every month they give us a date for delivery and it hasn't come when they say. They will email date and time and do not show up. At least a week week and a half late. You end up spending more money bc you must but bottle to get thru, and then when the order does come in but only get 3 5 gallons instead of 5. Looking for another water delivery
They are very irresponsible, they tell you something and is another, the very first thing they did to me was not fulfill the delivery on time and the day it was schedule, then I schedule for installation of a filter and they did not came either, now they said on the website is going to be for Tuesday June eleven. They do not call the customer to let them know when it is a problem they are a real unfamiliar situation to customers, then they got agents that you can not understand what they are saying because of language barrier and problems with communication, they charge your card without giving the correct service. There is no service Saturday and Sunday and no way to communicate with them.
I rented a water machine from refresh when I want to put the 5 gallon water bottle on in the machine on top all the water spilt out the bottom they sent me a machine with no guts no working parts on the inside. I have 5 gallons of water on my kitchen floor they are a scam company do not Give them any information about you. Do not sign any contracts with them now they're trying to get me to pay for the water that they're faulty machine spilled all over my floor. Ready Refresh is a $#*! company.
Readyrefresh was double charging my card twice and they said they delivered 12 5gallons bottles of water which I never ordered or got. Asking me to pay over $200 including late fees where they decided to call me 4 months later and saying I can void the charges if it's over 30days...

ReadyRefresh wrongly charged us for servicing our water cooler, despite it being part of our service plan. When we contacted them, they assured us of a credit. However, during the subsequent water delivery, their system failed to apply the credit, leading to an overdraft in our bank account. Despite the assurances from a manager, promising a delivery within two days, along with three complimentary bottles of water and a refund for the erroneous charge, none of these commitments were honored. Three days later, we received neither water nor a refund. This isn't the first time we've experienced issues with ReadyRefresh, but this incident has been especially disappointing. Their management's lack of integrity and consistent failure to fulfill contractual obligations make them a service to avoid at all costs – they are not to be trusted.
Horrible service. Charged my boss twice with no product delivery. Hung up on me when I tried to cancel. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Time spent on this at least 1.5 hours from start to finish.
They charged me 4 times for the amount of products.then told me they were going to rectify the situation and my delivery would be coming on July 11th.I waited till 9 pm and nothing.when I called back next morning they gave the run around about the situation and still no delivery or refund.highly DO NOT RECOMMEND COMPAY FOR BUSINESSES OR FOR PERSONAL USE!
Website offers no phone #. Chat broken. Googled, got on in 7 minutes - not bad. They acknowledged I haven't been delivered since May and kept charging me. Said earliest they can deliver is 12 days away. Customer for 25 years. Sounds like they can't get drivers and workers in general. Rotting from the inside out. Too bad.
I've been a happy customer for 3 years and it has been going downhill very fast. Prices keep rising at crazy speed, $4.99 to talk to a real human as online enquirers don't get answers or they half answer and need to keep asking same questions again. Can not cancel auto-pay unless calling by phone to customer service and paying $4.99! I left them a Month ago and still waiting to see my bottle deposit $50 which I paid when opening account.
Already sent them 4 emails and still no answer! Would never recommend this company to anyone!
I cancelled my account twice. Once over the summer when I called and paid 4.99 to chat with a live person. My delivery stopped as requested then magically started again without my consent in November. I tried to call, but they no longer have live customer support. So I emailed them as instructed on the website. Both cancellations were acknowledged via system email. And yet today I got a text a text about an upcoming $40 delivery to my old address. This company used to be great and no it sucks. Reactivating my account without my authorization is a deceptive business practice. I see that other customers have been similarly affected. A state attorney general ought to investigate them for violation of an unfair and deceptive practices act and hold them accountable under the law.
We are a legacy customer; they bought out our old supplier. For awhile, we still had the same account rep, who we could call directly. But she retired, and now the only way to order stuff is through the website. Then the delays began: sometimes our order would come as scheduled, usually not. We were an "on demand" client, because the needs change depending who is booked in our facility: they can't accommodate that at all. And there's no one to call. Nestle must really hate people, is all I can say. Worst company ever.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
