What should be a non-issue, instead, is a constant problem. This company basically doesn't care - they'll show up when they want to with whatever they have on their truck. Calling customer service is a waste of time.

I am looking for a local delivery service.
I usually never write reviews but the customer service is horrible and very unprofessional. The lady who came up to my door to sell the service has lied about the costs. Costs keep increasing every few months without notice and my account is being charged miscellaneous fees. They charge you money to speak to an agent on the phone who are very rude and hang up the phone while you are speaking after they already put you on hold for an hour! Save yourself the hassle. 50 dollars to cancel cooler service.
Drivers come off business hours. Empties never picked up. Delivery times are changed every month. Customer service is outsourced. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, you are told that the entire management staff is "in a meeting" This company does not care about your business. Truly a terrible company.
The price is too expensive and on top of it we have bought refresh+ Hydration Superhero. Here is the concern. I have delivery scheduled today and till this time did not happen. I called twice to customer service they hung up on me. If you are not willing to provide answer please quit and go out of the business. If you are taking money better do the work and do quality service. Customer service team keep seeing they do not see any delivery schedule. Then how has sent this email.
This is by far the worst deliver service I've ever experienced. Constantly pushing deliveries sometimes more than a week, one day at a time. I am on a regular delivery of 3 jugs per 2 weeks. This is the 5th time this year that delivery has been a week or more late. There's no customer service, like AT ALL. No one to talk to, no email, no chat room, NOTHING. I've spoken to the driver and he said he hears that every single day. REALLY? The picture I've attached is of the jugs that have been sitting in front of my house for a week now.
Hidden costs, fluctuating fees - but great delivery team members. When we started with ever fresh, we rented a cooler and water service and paid roughly $35/month; 4 years later, we were paying $80 every three weeks, of which $21 was for the cooler rental, which, if we had bought, would have cost us $150 (being generous). We ended our service, and they offered us discounted pricing (which they said they could offer when we complained about price increases during our service), charged us a $50 cooler refreshing fee, and $21 for the cooler rental for the two weeks that it took for their team to pick it up.
Absolutely terrible customer service, impossible to understand their billing! Mystery fees for everything, I hate this company! Happy to be done, even with the mystery $50 reconditioning fee! Don't bother! Nightmare!
Let me just start by say DONT DO IT! Everything was kosher for the first month but then they started changing the price and overcharging me. Every time I called customer service I got gaslight so hard. Con artists!
Setup and account and got my first delivery, this is where the issue started. The delivery was for three 5 gallon jugs and a water dispenser machine. 5.5 gallon jugs showed up with no water machine. It took over a week to get a hold of someone in customer service and they could not get me any solutions. They said they could deliver a water machine almost a month later than my original date. Meanwhile, I was charged for my account and order instantly. This is the worst company that has no customer support and does not care about their clients. Will never do business with this company again.
I would start with this company has the worst customer service ever, they offer you discounts and good deals just to cancel your first order, so they can charge you next time if you don't cancel your account, their website said that you can cancel by submitting a request but when you do, they keep sending you emails trying you to contact them via phone, I keep replying to the emails trying to cancel my account and keep getting the same email, clearly they are not ready to let go without trying to get some of your money first, remember that this is a subscription and if you forget about it, they will ship and you will get charge for the shipment, I invite everyone to email their customer service and spam their server until they actually cancel accounts.
This is the worst business to deal with and don't give them your credit card information because they will continue to bill you. I bought my cooler on 9/29/2021 and I am still being billed in 2024. I changed my bank account and Ready Refresh sent me statements. Please stay away from this company.
Ready Refresh tricks it's customer's into signing up for water deliveries at a discounted price without full disclosure of price increases. They don't acknowledge when you skip a delivery instead they make a delivery and overcharge you for the products. The call center has unprofessional service reps who hang up on you rather than resolve/cancel the customers concerns. Do not sign up for this service. Totally not worth the hassle!
Delivery is every month, they have 30 days to get it right and still screwed up... Walmart level service, I don't need it.

Customer service does not exist with this company. Extremely long hold times and never met with answers. They have been delivering wrong items, incorrect amounts and even leaving our delivery at the neighbors. Impossible to cancel online!
Ready Refresh is literally the most overpriced service out there. Their water bottles have a worthless seal. They advertise they're cheap but they raise the price each month until its 9 dollars a bottle, plus delivery fees. I have been paying 50 - 70 dollars a month for water, and I'm a single guy living alone.
The water machine started leaking and damaged my floor. I've been on hold for an hour so far just trying to ask them if they can fix it. I opened a support ticket on their website (3 of them) and no responses.
To add insult to injury, their hold music is absolute torture. Its designed to make people hang up as quickly as possible. If I have to hear the same 4 notes one more time I'm going to loose my mind.
Don't buy anything from this company unless you have a really good lawyer on retainer. Because their faulty machines will destroy your house and they won't even be available to talk to.
For over a year I had a membership that was supposed to give me a monthly delivery. Out of all this months, they delivered only 4 times. Every month they said they would deliver tomorrow, but nothing came. Customer service is definitely not helpful. Overall very bad experience.
Worse than bad. Delivery has gone several times to other people over half a mile away. Last two deliveries never came even though they sent messages they were on the way. No telephone number given to call, just email w response they'll answer in 1 to 2 days, then insufficient response. HORRIBLE. Find an alternate method for yourself.
Highly unprofessional and unreliable service – I strongly advise against using them for businesses! They consistently fail to meet delivery deadlines, frequently reschedule without notice, and have a habit of making false claims about their deliveries. To make matters worse, they neglect to pick up empty bottles as promised. It's a nightmare trying to reach their customer service manager, as it takes hours and multiple attempts, often resulting in frustrating 'dropped calls.' As a medical practice, we rely heavily on a steady water supply for our patients and medical personnel, and this has been an absolutely horrendous experience. Do yourself a favor and save your valuable time and money by seeking an alternative service provider.
Absolutely terrible company! I read so many bad reviews before subscribing to this company and I honestly thought it was just user error. I was sadly mistaken. Ready Refresh is an awful company, almost every delivery I have had over the past two years has either been late, no show, overcharged or missing products. This past months they charged me over 4 times for one order. I am still waiting for them to return the charges. The customer support is especially atrocious, strictly comprised of outsourced paper pushers. PLEASE if you have a family to feed and rent to pay on time, like I do, don't put your trust in this company.
Their service was bought by some private equity firm, where you now can't actually talk to someone, cancelling service- after a number of order issues over months and months- had to be accomplished through email with 5 day responses. Its unbelievable, really.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
