Ordered on 12/12 as a Christmas gift. The item has been in "10 Day Crafting Period" since 12/27. I have attempted to contact them multiple times, they have yet to respond. No phone number no actual email address, really not much information at all.
I ordered three items that stated they were shipped first class/priority mail 1/8/22. I received two items three weeks later. One item was the wrong size, and the missing item has never been received since. The item was out of stock shortly after and has now been removed from their website. Customer service will not respond over the course of 8 months since this incident. & my bank won't allow the dispute so I guess take your risk!
Do not order from this site! Emailed multiple times about my order, never once got a responce. They say they send out orders in 4 business days, well they don't! It took them 18 business days to send mine, and never sent me a tracking number, even after asking multiple times for it. Spend your money elsewhere, they suck!
I've tried contacting this business multiple times over email and social media and I've had absolutely zero reply.
I've spent over $100 AUD and in 6 months I've had zero response.
Do not order from this site you won't get a refund or your goods.

I ordered a pair of Demonias back in October and I have been in contact a few times with the company through email, but as of late I emailed twice about a refund and I have recieved no response. In previous emails they were helpful and understanding and they updated me about my order. They also told me I can request a refund at any moment and that they understood if I did not want to wait for the boots to arrive. I emailed once in April about a refund, and again in May. No response. Super disappointed. (The attached photo is the last email I received from them in February. Very nice and understanding, offered refund, appears to be sorry about the long wait. Bummer that they don't follow up on refund requests.)
I ordered a pair of Demonia boots last November (2020) for my daughter for Christmas. I was informed there would be a wait due to Covid restrictions, blah blah, we were okay with waiting. Well in June we decided we'd waited long enough and reached out for a refund. No answer. I've never got an answer to this day nor a refund for boots that never came. I reached out to them via their website repeatedly. They did finally cancel my order but still no response from anyone nor refund. I'm disputing with my bank. I submitted a complaint with BBB and the case was closed cause they wouldn't respond! Proceed with caution!
I ordered some clothes for EDC Vegas this year and it was almost a month ago to this day when I did it. Two days after I made the order it said it it was shipping. 11 DAYS LATER! I looked at my bank account and it said there was a pending refund on my order from this site! They never gave me an explanation to why! I would go back to the website, said my order was canceled, go back to the site a couple times different days trying to find out why and then the site was gone! Looked again, website was back and my order was shipping?!?! Looked at my bank account and I got my refund in full. I'm happy to have my money back but this site is so unreliable. I told all of my friends to not use this site. I won't ever use this site ever again for anything. Huge scam!
I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Bought a hydration pack from RaveReady and they never sent it to me! I've probably send like 5 emails to customer service. They say that a real person will email back within a couple days. Never got a reply. I NEVER MY BACKPACK OR A REFUND. DONT BUY FROM THEM!
At first i was extremely excited about RaveReady's selection, prices and supposedly quick deliveries.
However, it has now been almost three months since my order was placed, and it is still shown as 'processing' - and what's worse, I can't even undo the order anymore as the customer service stopped responding to my e-mails after it became apparent that mere platitudes, rather than definitive actions, would not be enough to pacify me.
For a product (Amok pants) that was advertised to ship in two weeks (and a small print saying it could actually take up to one month), this delay is unacceptable and mere apologies followed by complete silence from the store's part add insult to injury. I hope to avoid having to contact a different organization to resolve the matter, but as it stands it seems that might be the only way for me to get either my order or my money back.
First of all, their customer service basically doesn't exist. I emailed 4 times saying I needed my order shipped out by next week or I need to cancel my order if that isn't possible. I never received an email back, but 2 weeks later I received kind of a rude "k whatever here's your tracking number." type message and the tracking number didn't work. I actually did receive my item like 5 days after this, but the bag it was in was ripped in a few different parts and the item was wrinkled. You're way better off ordering from a company that gives half a $#*!.
Placed an order waited over a week and nothing called and left messages emailed and finally someone got back to me that they were out of stock. Well no help since im a dj and was doing a huge EDM festival and was going to rock those threads... wound up cancelling and piecing together something from $#*! i had at home...
The items all arrived which was great. I like two out of three! The customer service is great BUT they dont follow with the emails or phone calls. My belief is they are so busy they need an improved system besides emailing and/or calling... especially during EDC season. Im a long time customer.
This is the worse company on the planet to order from. I ordered some shoes for my grandson, and after three weeks of their website saying that my order was processing. I tried calling countless times, only to get the stupid recording that say "all customer service agents are busy" no matter what time of day you called. They never responded to my e-mails, so a filed a fraudulent charge with my bank and got my money back through my bank. Don't order from this chicken $#*! company!
I agree with Brad A and Oliver W - this place steals from people! I ordered three masks - two rainbow cloth tie on and one butterfly light up mask. I received an email saying that my order was being shipped in two packages. That was over two months ago! They have no phone number listed to contact them, only email. I have sent six and have had no response! I can't even get a refund! Bummer that they make a living out of stealing from Ravers!
The worst customer service experience ever - mostly because there is NO customer service. Be prepared to never have your returns processed, to never receive your orders in a timely fashion (if at all), to never having your inquiries responded to. The only action that this company knows to do is to take and use your credit card information and never be heard from again. I would rather pay more than triple the price for any item from any other company than to give business to this site. Having any transaction with RaveReady is an infuriating process especially since they have very little disregard for their customers.
So last summer i ordered a pair of sunglasses and a 50$ t-shirt from RaveReady.com, all I ever received was the cheapest item (the shades obviously) and no t-shirt. Wrote them a few times to complain about the rip-off and never got any answer. I can only assume all the positive reviews on this site are from fake people (like this asian chick who looks like she's 50 and says that the gloves she ordered are lit! Ya right...). If you like buying expensive stuff that you will never get, order from RaveReady!
I often buy it online because thats really the only way to get festival clothing. This is a dangerous way if you don't know exactly your size is or not sure about fitting the item. They do have size charts on almost every item. But I always try to imagine how it will look on me, and there was the only one time when the ordered piece didn't suit me at all. All the rest I like.
This company is a piece of crap, honestly. They have terrible customer service, could care less about how long their orders take, and sometimes just completely ignore any order you placed meaning that you won't get it AT ALL even after they charge your credit card. I placed my order in February. It is now almost July and I haven't received my order. They don't answer my e-mails and are ignoring me completely. When I told them I would be calling the credit card company to declare it fraud, their exact words were, "We will fight back". DO NOT waste your time with this company at all. They are a waste of money and a scam. I have never dealt with a company as bad as RaveReady before. AVOID.
Ordered a 4 piece outfit and it took over three weeks to arrive. When it finally did arrive I only got 3 of the pieces and the two piece bikini was the wrong size. I ordered the med/lg and they sent the sm/med. I have tried countless times to contact them and they don't answer their phone, the live chat is never enabled and they ignore their emails. I feel like the stole my money! Ignoring customers who want to exchange or return is fraud! They also deleted my post on their Facebook page pleading with someone to give me the time of day to sort out my order. Buyer beware! Do not get ripped off.
I give them a zero. Horrible customer service. Called and left emails. I purchased the outfit in October and only got 1/2 of it. Called and emailed wanting the entire product for a festival. Needless to say it was ordered oct. 2016. And today is gen. 22 2017 and still do not have it they will not contact me. No responding emails. Out of a lot if money bc they took it out immediately. Was told to report them to FBI for internet fraud and practices. I just want my product. Will never order from them again!

I'm doing my best to try to take them down, it makes me sick how they're taking advantage of all of us and screwing us over. Go to your bank, legal advisor, lawyer, anything. Call them out on social media. Call your credit card and submit a fraud claim. We have to work together to be noticed!
