The package came in very quickly and all my items were in good condition and not damaged, but I would have preferred it to be shipped in a box. The shipping people overstuffed the plastic bag so much that they had to use the additional sticky strip of tape.
Pathetic waste of a WebSite. No customer service, do not answer emails, never answer phone. I know they get email cause I sent a message saying I wanted to place a very large order from alternate email address and l I got a reply in 10 minutes. Do they are all about selling stuff just not delivering it
They never replied to my original emails concerning my original order, which they charged my card for and never shipped. I had to report them as a fraudulent E-Commerce site and get Amex to give me my money back and block them. I wish I would have listened to the reviews. Rave Ready you are a scam, and a hoax. You'll get caught one day. Hopefully these reviews will warn more people to shop elsewhere!
Read reviews from multiple sites before ordering with them. They take your payment and never ship your order. They don't reply to emails and you can't get them by phone, it's just a recording that says they're busy and hangs up no matter what time you call. I had to file a claim against them to get my money back.
So far I am NOT satisfied with this website. I ordered many pieces in which I've already been charged for and it's been way longer than a month. I tried to reach out in multiple avenues, and you are told on the website to not do this as it will delay your order. I don't know about you but I don't know ANY company that puts its customers last. I will be calling fraud out on the website if I do not receive response soon. You will never get anyone on the customer service line either.
10/12/15 I have ordered a few more times from this site, and they have fulfilled orders. Luckily there have been no more slip ups. So I will up this from 1 star to 3 for now.
It is affordable compared to other sites. But you have to contact them through the chat online. The phone is never available for help =[ A lot of the items are back ordered, so i recommend chatting with them to make sure your item is in stock.
I emailed them a couple days ago about 3 items i would like to return because 1. None of them looked like the pictures 2. There was a huge brown stain right on the butt of my rave shorts 3. And just overall nothing was cute like in the pictures. I am very disappointed because the stuff i got was not that cheap.
This online shopping store offers me large selection of products to choose from a single screen. There is lot of privacy from unwanted glares (like in physical stores) while buying delicate stuffs. Prices are normal and quality is outstanding. Also the page is equipped with easy payment gateway!
I've always loved everything I've ever received. Even when I got them if they didn't fit I was able to return and exchange easily. Also ships very quickly! My only complaint is the shipping isn't free.
I doubt half these reviews are real, I've made like 15 orders over the last few years and never once had a problem besides some items being out of stock. Their new instant messaging chat thing is great so you can talk to them right away without having to wait on hold.
Fantastic customer service and prompt accurate information available via the Facebook mode swap group.
I will def recommend shopping at Rave Ready in the future to my friends and I'll shop from them again as well.

Wonderful collection of cosmetics are available! With unlimited opportunities I can purchase what I exactly need. My fave is eyelashes. From rainbow to metallic gold they have various designs and colors.
I ordered my first thing from RaveReady last year and am now completely hooked on the website. They've got so much fun and unique clothing and they reviews are extremely helpful for figuring out what size to order.
Rave Ready handled packaging and shipping for a Kickstarter campaign that I funded (Open Source Microlight).
Considering that I didn't actually pay them any money, and the nature of shipping a product that didn't exist just weeks before, I still cannot imagine any company being more friendly, personal, and professional than RaveReady was through the whole process. Their technical skill, both in communication with the developer as well as passing that information on to customers via Facebook, direct personal email, etc, was astounding. This company knows their products inside and out. They know their industry inside out. They treat their customers and everyone else right. Will be buying all future gloves and batteries from them, and recommend them to my friends.
PS, when scanning through reviews, look for something specific, (product, company name, etc) that proves the review was written specifically for a company. A lot of these reviews seem like completely generic copy/paste junk.
First I should start off with saying, rave ready has the widest selection of rave wear than any other site I've shopped with. That being said, they have a huge warehouse of stock and inventory and you should order your items in ample time for them to be shipped. However I placed an order a little less than a month ago and they've already personally contacted me switch out an item on back order so I could get my purchase on time. And the customer service rep Alexia was a great help! Other places may send faster but guaranteed limited selection
You shop at RaveReady because they're real ravers and the clothing is actually designed to make it through a hard festival without ripping, tearing, or falling apart like other companies. You come here for quality items that have actually been tested at a festival. Over the past few years I've had a processing mix-up, a wrong delivery (totally my fault), and items that didn't fit the way that I wanted them to and raveready has always taken care of me. Support usually takes a day or so but it's clear they do their best and actually care about me. I'll be shopping with raveready as long as I can keep going to festivals.
I've been wanting to order a few things from here for a while now but was a bit turned off by some of the reviews. Decided to risk it while one of the items I wanted was on sale and must say I'm pretty impressed. Both items fit lovely and were packaged well, quality is good at least they survived the wash so far and delivery was faster than expected. Overall pretty happy with my order and will more than likely order again when I have money. Would definitely recommend.

I received my item incredibly fast as it came sooner than the expected date. In addition, I was able to use a discount code when I signed up which brought down the price a good amount. Very happy with my experience at this website. Highly recommended.
Considering the fact that this site has the best rave wear, it's worth ordering from them to get something no one else has. That being said, you're going to want to place your order a good 2 months before you need it. It's worth the wait. Alexia from customer service is really helpful. I'm happy with my light up outfit!

I see a lot of reviews talking about items not being in stock or an item taking a long time to ship, however, how many people actually contacted RaveReady.com after they didn't receive any notifications?
I emailed them back after a few days of not hearing anything about shipping and the nicest customer support person ever, let's call her "A", responded to my email within hours and let me know that my item was out of stock. Not a big deal to me because i know a lot of places don't have everything i want in stock. So i emailed her back another item that i wanted, within the hour she emailed me back letting me know it is in stock, she updated my order and that i would receive shipping information the next day!
I am blown away by their customer service, response time and overall business practices.
I will continue to shop here and will make sure that I tell all of my friends to shop at Rave Ready!
