With Beyond Wonderland coming up I decided to order two items off of rave ready and two off of iheartraves on March 2nd. I quickly got my confirmation email with tracking number for iheartraves and my items came in about a week. RaveReady however, charged my card as soon as I placed my order (only spent about 30 bucks), but I got no confirmation email. The order status on my account just said "order placed", I went online to see if anyone had any similar problems and I began seeing all the negative reviews about this company (which I should've read before placing my order). I sent them an email about 3 days later when I saw my order status had stayed the same asking if there was any way to get an update or tracking number for my order. Only a few hours later did I receive a nice email apologizing for any delay because they were swamped with orders. I did not have any experience with rude or unresponsive employees like I had seen many people complain about in the reviews. About 5 days later I finally got my confirmation email, and my order status had been changed to "shipped". I was excited until I clicked on the "track my order" link that came with the email, to see the item had not actually shipped. It only said that the shipping LABEL had been created. With only a few weeks to Beyond I got worried that they would not actually come on time. But about 2 days later, USPS had picked up my package and it was on its way. Today is March 13th and I received my items, the shorts I ordered are cute but don't fit as well as I had hoped, still wearable though. I had also ordered a pair of leg wraps but only one showed up which is disappointing. It's honestly too much of a hassle to complain to them for one leg wrap. I did not have as bad of an experience as many people have but I wouldn't say I had the greatest either. Shorts are ok, process was a bit worrisome, but overall wasn't too bad. With that said, order at your own risk, but I would stick to IHeartRaves.

I made an order for over $100 over a year ago, i waited months for them to get the stock in and they didnt have it by the time my event came around. I then asked for a refund to which they told me ok but it may take a while to process, i have now been waiting over 8 months for my refund and still have not gotten my money back and every time i send an email asking how my refund is coming, the only reply i get is 'its being processed'. So a week ago i asked them to fill the store credit that they kept offering me instead of my money because clearly i am not getting my refund, i included the items that i wanted and now they will not even reply to my emails. They gave me a code for store credit but it doesnt work, i have entered it in and it tells me the code is invalid.
They have stolen $100 off me and kept it for over a year with nothing in return, this company is fake and is just scamming you for your money!
DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WILL NEVER RECIEVE ANYTHING AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

I ordered several items from RaveReady, and received the crappiest of them in about 2 months. I ordered some EL wire kits and basically received GARBAGE That didn't work. I also received the metallic temporary tattoos I ordered. I did not, however receive a $100 sweater that is fitted with EL wire. I have sent several emails (and even phoned the number I found online), with no response.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS A SCAM!

They also just responded to this comment, which is complete garbage because over the past year and a half I have emailed and contacted them REPEATEDLY and phoned the phone number that was listed for their company via google, with no response and no attempt to fix the issue.
They apparently claim that they have never sold temporary metallic tattoos, and to tell me I'm lying about something that I purchased a couple of years ago just makes me mad and furthers my mission to let people know that this company treats people terribly, thinking they can get away with it. Pathetic.

They responded to this comment within minutes of me posting it, however directly afterwards I emailed them AGAIN and visited with site and sent them an email requesting assistance, and surprise, surprise... NO RESPONSE.
Hey Rave Ready, My order #*******, and I CANT sign into my account anymore, because CONVENIENTLY after sending a bunch of emails to you guys, my account "mysteriously" no longer exists. Thankfully I took a screen shot of the items I purchased (which I have atttached to my several emails, which received no response).
The site is a joke.
DO NOT SHOP AT RAVEREADY. THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NOT SEND YOU THE ITEMS THAT ARE DUE TO YOU.
