I ordered a bed gap filler from this company through TikTok. They sent me two little tiny pouches of bird seed. Don't buy from them.

I made some order. When I received the clothes, two items didn't fit so they were returned to Chic couture. The return was received how ever since July of this year I have not gotten my refund which is 100 dollars. I was told that they sent me a gift card. Each time I try to use their gift card. It said it is expired. I have sent emails and try to call,since they received the return. No success, The phone number within the email once you called the number,it gets disconnected. It does not work. I have not gotten my refund. The gift card is expired. I have no way of getting my money back.

I ordered a pair of booties, I didn't wear them right away. When I did put them on I took a few steps and the heel broke. Luckily it was when I was inside and not outside. The shoes were poorly made like they stapled them together or something. When reporting the issue the Customer Service was bad also.

I ordered a dress, that came in today. Upon trying on I immediately noticed 2 small holes under the belt. I contact the company & send pictures. They respond by saying I must have done something to the dress because their "quality control department" wouldn't have missed that. Again I stress it's UNDER the belt. So it was very well missed & as a small business owner myself, I know the importance of customer service and accepting if I've done something wrong. The response from them was not only absurd but extremely unprofessional. First & last time I order from them & I will continue to spread the word to others, not to order either.

I was hoping that my experience would be first class because the clothes look so flawless in the photos. When I received the items however the quality wasnt there. Flimsy material. Plus the clothes for me ran a bit small. Not a true Large. Large to me was more like a medium in what I ordered. I really love the styles but I feel the quality is not what I need it to be. It seems a bit junior league but they have something they can expand on with the right changes. In addition I hate the return policy. It is not with industry standards of free return shipping and NO refunds.

I ordered a set that costs $200 for my birthday trip and it arrived with super glue everywhere! It smells like glue. One area near the sleeves already has thread unraveling. I wouldn't make it through the night. Then when you call the number it sounds like you've reached a cell phone number. Knowing that outfit was sent below my expectations and made extremely cheap, I still have to pay to return it. I will never, ever purchase from them again. I've told my friends as well. This company should be ashamed of themselves. The clothes are overpriced. I hope this catches up to them. It's really not fair. You have 5 business days to return for a store credit. This is what you call robbing people. Most companies give you 30 days and offer free returns. I'm so mad that I even gave them a chance. 🥺

I must say the styles are very chic but it's not couture. The quality you get it's not worth the price. I've ordered 3 times too many and was disappointed 2 times. If you must buy, with till there is a sale.

I highly recommend caution with this company! Their customer service is the worse I've ever seen! I made an order with them and within 5 hours, sent a message requesting it was cancelled. The attendant confirmed the items were not yet shipped. But she refused to cancel the items. I told her I did not want to receive them. Apparently the company shipped the items anyway. I never received them. And now I am in this crazy frenzy to place a claim with the USPS because the company refuses to address the dispute with my credit card company. Not only did they charge my card without my consent and provide deplorable service, but they are refusing to address the fact that I did not receive the items. I highly recommend caution with use of this company. Chic Couture is a scam company who has policies and procedures in effect that solely benefit the company. The company has no concern for its customers.

I bought clothes from this website back in Nov 2019. All were on sales, with extra 75% off. So I got clothes for almost $1600 and paid $400.
First of all they shipped my things in 2 boxes without telling me. I had to call to find out why I did not receive all my clothes and that was when they told me they split the things in 2 boxes.
Secondly, they put the original price on the packing slip. Not the sales price, and not the 75% off price, but the original price. I was asked to pay over $300 as custom duties when I received the first package and over $700 when I received the second one. The packing slips on the 2 boxes were the same.
I ended up not receiving one of the skirts I ordered.
Thirdly, most of the clothes I bought do not fit, they are mostly small and I cannot even wear them. I am never buying from this site again

I brought to V neck long sleeved tops from Chic and a tunic mini dress which looked so sophisticated in the photo on the Web page. It has a square shoulder and an oversized frill as a mock shirt. The cut of the garment was really nice. I received the tunic I ordered and it is a totally different pattern. The frill is half the size and the lovely square shoulder has been replaced with a round shoulder making the garment look cheap and nasty. The gold buttons have shrunk and it's far to big, just like an amateur has sown it. The V necked long sleeved tops are a cheap cotton where as in the photo on their Web page the material is a shiny material with a boarder around the VNeck. It looks lovely on the Web page but the reality of it is they short change customers by swapping materials to an inferior material and cut garments on the cross of the material to get as many as they possible can. A waste of money totally. Just cheap aweful clothes

I ordered an item in April 2020 the item was never delivered and it shows on my account that the item was delivered, I contacted them throughout the months asking for a refund. I was told that until the item wasn't delivered back to their warehouses I cannot get a refund and up to this day 7 months after I was never refunded. I am disappointed in chic couture because I have been a customer for over 5 Years and this is the payment I receive

I paid $92 for a Dress that I have no status on plus they sent me an email requesting a photo ID and a picture of my credit card front and back. This people dont answer the phone

If you're over a size 10 don't bother - they have about 3 outfits in any sizes larger. Major disappointment because even at first glance I would buy 20 outfits from here.

I am soooo dissatisfied I thought you guys would have at least been legit and the customer service is terrible I'm done purchasing from these fake boutiques the outfits are not true to size and I am smaller in size than the model and can't even get the actual size that I purchased for spending over $100

I've been looking at this company for a long time admiring the clothing and said I would be definitely buying from this store. Vacation came up I ordered over 400.00 worth of clothes my items finally arrived and I was so disappointed and devastated because my trip was in a couple of days the clothes was so cheap looking poor quality something you can find in a flee market I had to write this review to help other women if you don't mind cheap quality clothing buy here but you will paying an arm and a leg you might as well go to a flee market if your a woman that is into quality, run you will be very disappointed. I will never buy from this site again! They ask me to give a rating wish I can give a zero but I'm going to give a 1 star because I have no choice.

MY ITEMS WERE 250$ and as soon as I received them, the packaging was damaged and the clothes looked like they were worn before being dispatched. And their customer service is HORRIBLE! Not worth it. Now I'm stuck with clothes I can't wear because it's like they came off someone else's back and they don't seem to be bothered!

I paid for priority shipping for some outfits I bought for a vacation. I receive my items 1 week late after I came back from my vacation. I needed to but new outfits last minute from the mall. I called the company several times to complain and they were extremely rude. Would not at least refund the extra shipping i paid for. The worst part is that the dresses ended up looking really cheap. Their material is poor quality and has thread strings coming off. Come on! For a dress that I paid $100 for? Please stay away from these people. There are better stores to shop from.

I have never ordered from here EVER. BUT SOME HOW MY CARD WAS CHARGED, I called and got a boy that sounded so high it was making Me sick hearing him talk. I asked him about the site and told him I was charged and never made a purchase. Well he then says "cam I do something for you" completely ignoring me and my questions. I will get to the bottom of this for sure
