I ordered a dress, that came in today. Upon trying on I immediately noticed 2 small holes under the belt. I contact the company & send pictures. They respond by saying I must have done something to the dress because their "quality control department" wouldn't have missed that. Again I stress it's UNDER the belt. So it was very well missed & as a small business owner myself, I know the importance of customer service and accepting if I've done something wrong. The response from them was not only absurd but extremely unprofessional. First & last time I order from them & I will continue to spread the word to others, not to order either.
