I loved everything but returned one thing that didn't fit. The only negative thing I have to say about them is that they can take a while with their refunds. Once I emailed them asking about the status of the return, the refund would magically enter my Paypal! They are a great business, just a tip if you're having issues with refunds.
Got a fresh romper from raveready! I was just a little sketched at first with the lack of tracking on the transport process. They also said in an email they were going to hit me with another email when it gets transported and i never received that email, then the order just arrived lol. Just a tad bit strange they would send me an email saying they would keep me updated, when they didn't.
I placed an order over two weeks ago with RaveReady. I have tried to call during business hours and no one is ever there or I get the after-hours message. I have e-mailed, no response. Facebook, no response and my post was deleted from the page. I bought a gift card that was supposed to be for my friend's birthday and now it is very late and my money has gone down the drain. I will never use this site or recommend to anyone. Go to IHeartRaves or literally anywhere else for your party clothing and accessories.
Absolutley love them! The order took a week longer than I had anticipated, but made no dent in my satisfaction. The black cubby boots are beautiful in design comfortable and leave plenty of space in the front for my toes when I dance, the fur although synthetic feels like real rabbit fur. I can't wait to stomp around in these. <3
I can't lie I was extremely nervous because it was my first time ordering here but I did. Within 2 weeks I received all my items. One thing I did not like was that they sent everything separately which freaked me out knowing how crazy I am with my stuff. But happily I got everything I needed! I will definitely order again from there.
This chip is great for people who like to be in control of what is happening to their chips. The visual navigation for the chip is a game changer! Don't know what that is? Then you gotta try it yourself! It won't disappoint!

I urge all of you to look and read the reviews before you buy. This site is a complete SCAM. If you have placed an order with them I urge you to contact your credit card company asap try getting your money back. I placed on order on 10/01/15 in hopes of getting it before halloween... It is now 11/17/15!. Still no word back or answers to calls, or any attempt to try to contact otherwise.
This is the first time I've ever purchased anything from raveready, and my experience was great. Alexia upgraded my shipping speed for free so my purchase would come in time for EDC NY. 5 star costumer service from her, and she respond extremely fast as well. I'll be using this site often and telling my friends all about it. Hands down the best site for festival gear and fantastic customer service. Going to be using this site until I stop raving!
I found this product on Kickstarter and I proud to say that I help kickstart this project. This product went further than what I was expecting of it. Great customer support and a big community. These lights set are great for beginners to expert levels. You can program your gloves to do almost any of the glove sets out there. The program at first can be a little difficult to understand but you have a huge community that you can learn from. Get a set and find out what you can do with them.
Ray at RaveReady is AWESOME. Speedy response time and very efficient in how they operate. Great experience, and great lights! The shipping notifications were quick and personal, and any issues I've seen anyone experience are quickly alleviated online. Great work!
I have a similar problem to all the reviews I have been reading on here.
I was sent an e-mail saying that the items were no longer in stock and that they should come in soon. I've never gotten my items, its been about four months. They have completely stopped e-mailing me back. I have lost all hope of getting my money back.
Please help me by filing a complaint with the American government so that this will not happen to anyone else.

I've never had an issue and always end up with way more stuff than I ordered, I've been ordering with them since 2015 and they've always been the best! On this last order I ended up getting like 6 free items! I emailed to let them know that they sent me the wrong order and they were like NOPE that's just free stuff. They gave me two sets of pasties, a pair of holographic strappy shorts, a crop top, and some light up toys. I won't wear some of the free items so I will just pass them on the my rave fam.
I ordered on 4/1, hadn't heard any updated for 9 days, so I emailed them. Immediately got a response and they said they shipped it on 4/10, but they didn't give me a tracking number. Got it on 4/14 in three different bags. I was a bit nervous after reading all of these sketchy "never got my order" reviews but I got exactly what I paid for! And the material is surprisingly nice. Though the seams are kinda flimsy.
Order placed in Feb. Took the money but no merchandise! Still and this is October. They answer the phone tell you someone will be with you shortly then come back on and tell you to email them, in which they do not respond.
I spent 375 dollars here over two months went by never received my items I called emailed with no answer I have notified my bank they have been in contact with a higher athority due to the fact that they have gotten multiple calls from people regarding similar situations.
I order from is website on March 30 they took money out on April 3 and it is now may 2 & have not received my order and is still on order placed status. I've emailed 5 times and no reply back and just a recording when I call the number. Do not use this website!
I ordered some lightup glasses, and emailed to cancel within the first few minutes of ordering. I got no response but I see that few days later my payment went through. I try to log in to track my order since I didn't get a response back, and apparently my email isn't registered with them, when I clearly remember doing so, and since they DID email me to give me a receipt. So I email them about this and get no response. Still no glasses... Do no order from this site, they don't respond to emails or phone calls and they just take your money without shipping you the item! I'm gonna see what I can to do get my money back.
Ordered gloves almost a year ago and got 3 different excuses as to why I haven't received them. Still have yet to receive a simple pair of led gloves, total BS site and I recommend anyone to look elsewhere.
I would have given this 4.5 stars, but I couldn't. I ordered from this site on Sunday, and everything I ordered was here by Thursday. I'm 4'11 and 100 pounds. It's very hard to find clothes that fit. This site offers tons of smaller sizes, so that was very much appreciated. I didn't give it 5 stars, because the packaging was roughed up a bit. All the clothing was in perfect shape.
