I emailed them a couple days ago about 3 items i would like to return because 1. None of them looked like the pictures 2. There was a huge brown stain right on the butt of my rave shorts 3. And just overall nothing was cute like in the pictures. I am very disappointed because the stuff i got was not that cheap.

First, I am very sorry your didn't like the color layout of the tie-dye shorts. Everyone else loves these brands but I am sorry they weren't to your liking :( You are of course welcome to return them, instructions are found in the returns section of the website that can be found in the footer. I order online quite a bit but I have to say I've never had so much difficulty or stress before ordering from a place. I ordered from rave ready in November to have stuff for new years rave. They are awful at communication l. When I finally got a reply they told me that my stuff would be here before Christmas and most deffs before new years. Waiting waiting waiting I finally get my package today. After the days they said it would be here.
On top of that not all my stuff is there which makes it all the more frustrating. All I have to say is if anyone thinks of ordering from rave ready don't do it unless you want to fight to even get ab reply or email back from them. Awful customer service!

Horrible customer service that refuses to answer emails and actively encourages you not to bother, no shipping information whatsoever, flat out lies - they say the won't charge until they ship it yet they took the money out of my account and two weeks later have yet to ship it -, and a reputation of waiting months to send things out if they ever do. Wish I would have done more research. STAY AWAY

Hey Anthony! You rock! It was all your home country that made that shipping time happen. Many international shipments take longer because of customs but I am really happy to hear that Japan ran it through so quickly!

What ever you do don't order from here. I recommend I heart raves website or Hollywood they have lots of rave stores there. I ordered from them back in June. I ordered a month before my event and spent close to $150 on a few outfits. I recieved my outfits really late thankfully before the event but one outfit I still haven't recieved to this day. I've emailed them once a month giving them enough time to respond to why I still have recieved my items that I've paid for and I have had no response! Don't order from them they will steal your money!

I ordered something and asked for a tracking number about two times now and I need to know where it is because I have it delivered to my work. They emailed me back the first time, the second time they did not respond. You should have tracking numbers attached to the packages sent out.

I love RaveReady. I haven't had any issues with quality or fit with any of my pieces. I can buy outfits or just bottoms, tops, etc when I want to and mix and match to create the perfect rave outfit. Highly recommend this company.

I placed an order on Oct. 6th. I received a order confirmation but have yet to receive anything in regards to shipment. I replied to the email in hopes that they would respond quickly however they did not. I went to their website and sent a concerned email through their contact form. Same day I called their customer service line to discover that they are too busy to answer calls at that time. I waited through the weekend and called again this morning to receive the same message two different times. I emailed them again on the form and my personal email address and still nothing! I have began my review process and will be reporting them to the better business bureau by end of day if I get no response. I will be contacting Paypal to try and get a refund on the purchase but the hassle of this order has been the worst online shopping experience I have had!

I ordered a handful of items from their website about a month & a half ago. They had almost everything I needed for the event I am planning on attending & at an incredibly affordable price. When I wasn't able to order something from their website I e-mailed them & they replied within a few hours. They were extremely courteous & apologized for any inconvenience. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Overall great company!

They've always helped me out and delivered items to my school in Florida or when I am home in Russia they ship stuff to me there. Always had good service, emails can be slow to respond but they are always friendly and helpful. I really recommend their light up rompers, way cute and very different.

Was somewhat concerned when I did not get a tracking number with the initial order. However once the order was shipped for delivery I did get a tracking number. The item was delivered within two weeks. High quality product, moderately priced. Customer service professional, helpful and extra responsive. Very impressed as a first time customer. Absolutely will order from RaveReady again,

Love this site! They have really cute items and I also love that it tells you what size the models are wearing as well as their height. Some of the stuff is expensive but I have found some stuff that was a really good deal. The shipping is super fast and inexpensive. I will continue to shop with this site as it is my favorite.

THE WORST!

I ordered some items for a costume party back in January. The items never arrived in time for the party. So I tried to cancel the order - No response. A month later I received a few items, which were of no use to me as the party had been and gone. I emailed them again asking for a refund for the rest of the items - No response. It is now June and I have just received an email saying the rest of my items have just been shipped, thought it was some sort of joke? I have just emailed them again but doubt I will hear back, so I decided to write a review instead. Feel like they deserve it. I would have preferred a refund instead of having my items shipped almost 6 months later. Don't bother ordering from this company. They are taking the piss.

Don't waste your time

I ordered a couple items that came out to be around 20 dollars, no big deal. I was looking for alternatives to the IHeartRaves site as they can get pretty pricey, came upon this site and thought it was a gem until I ordered the items. It has been 3 weeks and I've been checking back everyday and I have yet to receive a tracking number, all it says is the date I placed my order and the date it was paid. I emailed them asking about my order and how I am clueless about the status of my items, it has been 5 days and no response, i emailed them today and they most likely will not respond. Conclusion: Even though IHeartRaves is more expensive, you definitely get your money's worth. Do not waste your time with this site.

Jocelyn, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience! You ordered a pair of leg wraps and bunny ears, the ears were marked out of stock with an ETA ship date of 4/07. The following Monday when the ears did not come in the shipping container you were refunded for them and your order was shipped that same day using tracking number 9400110200829367885395. I am very sorry for any confusion with that order!

If I contact the fraud deperatment is there anyway to get a refund? Or it has to come directly from raveready? I've tried emailing multiple times to cancel my order and issue me a refund and no luck! Has anyone ordered from rave rebel and had good reviews?

Customer Service Issues
October 14, 2015

My girlfriend had bought me the OSM glove set off of raveready.com as a birthday gift. One at a time the chips stopped working. I emailed them days ago and been calling their customers service number for 3 days already and every time it always says its busy (since theirs no call waiting it just hangs up which is so stupid) i keep calling every 30 mins sometimes even more and still cant get through. I keep checking their live chat and i never seen anyone on. Im not trying to get stuck with a new product that doesnt even work. As much as i want the OSM chips i dont think i want to have to go through this headache ever again.

There are so many items to choose from on this site with ranges in color. I received a pair of fluffies that perfectly fit the description on the webpage and were made from quality material. My package also arrived earlier than the time predicted. Overall, I had no problems.
