So i had already made a review on this site about not getting my order that i had placed on august 17th. I got a response saying that there was a 10 day handmade production. Its been well over 10 days and still haven't gotten a tracking number for my order and have not received my order. I either want my money back A. S.A. P. or i want my ordered to be delivered immediately. Its bull$#*! that I am paying for $#*! that I have not gotten. Your site is a joke!
I received my order in a timely manner and it was awesome because I got a 15% discount for using RaveReady for the first time! I will definitely be using them in the future for rave attire. The only comment I would make is they should offer different shipping methods and they should tell you shipping times sometime during the check out process. I was super nervous it wouldn't be here in time for EDC but luckily it did!
DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Really bad service, I've been seending multiple emails for a month to get my tracking number, still no answer... No one answers the phone either... Still haven't got my order and it's been more than a month and no way to track it... This is stupid! Why do you charge people if they can't even know if the package have been shipped?
RaveReady must of hired someone to make fake account and post 5 star reviews. They are working HARD. The latest reviews are all 5 (some 4 stars because "don't want to make it obvious) from account with only 1 review. Hmmmmnnnn big coincidence. Especially when 120 people have rated the site 1 star. This site is a SCAM. Please don't order from them. I lost $75. They never shipped my items. Never answer emails or phone calls. Whenever I did get ahold of someone I asked for my money back. Apparently they sent a check. Never got the check. Tried to get ahold of them AGAIN. No answer. Please don't be like me. Save your money.
Free shipping over $60! This is so awesome because if I were to order the same products anywhere else I know I will have to pay for shipping. Even though it's free I got my festie outfits in plenty of time.
I ordered something a month ago for an even for my birthday this weekend. Hasnt ahipped no answer to emails or phone calls. They can sure $#*! hell deduct the money from my bank account fast but cant $#*!ing return my email. Opening a dispute with my bank today because this is ridiculous.
I will never even go on their site again, no customer service ever available, the live chat is never on, i never got my item, i ended up ordering the same item from ebay, it only took a week, i have an email where these people finally emailed me and said they only had one of what i needed but would not sent it until they could get another one. But didnt know when that would be. So of course when i asked for a refund i have had no more replys. I just dont know what to do!
I was kinda hesitant to buy from this site reading the reviews. I don't know what happened but apparently they now have a customer service phone line. I used it to call to see if the fluffies I wanted were in stock. The representative I talked to was super nice and now I'm ready for Monster Massiveeee! Plus i got these amazing stickers with my order! Awesome!

I had a question about a romper size, my email was responded to very quickly. I ordered a romper and crop top. Both were high quality materials and made very well, packaging was normal. Very unique styles that make me smile.
This site is amazing. First off, the style clothing they sell is nearly impossible to find in stores you can walk in to. Second, (if you read reviews and actually look at what the product is made of in the description) you can find very nice quality clothes.
After they have your money, they disappear. No customer service phone number. Only email, which they don't answer. Their website says don't send multiple email because it slows down the process Thats a clue right there. Retuned an item per their specific instructions and have yet to receive a refund. No reply to my email asking about the refund and two weeks later no refund and no reply. Does anyone work there?
I recently purchased some shoes off of raveready and was weirded out by them not sending me a conformation email, so I did some research online and read a bunch of reviews that this site is a scam. I can assure you it's not! Though there customer service kinda sucks, they eventually gotback to me and said that my item was shipped and they'd be here any day I bought the shoes on 6/13/17 and got them 6/21/17 the shoes were in perfect condition! They just really need to work on the customer service part of their business!
I ordered some things on this website, however was pretty disappointed to find that I gave them the wrong shipping address. I talked to Alexia on LiveChat and my problem was quickly dealt with. She even gave me her email just in case anything went wrong, and I was very glad to know I was talking with a real, concerned, human being, rather than some computer that couldn't give less of a $#*! about my problem. This is a great website, and I'd recommend it to any true raver - Because god forbid, if a problem does happen, it will be dealt with someone that actually cares. And quickly too.
Very fast shipping, whatever packaging and everything I ordered was there and undamaged. The hot shorts were a little disappointing because they were a little low quality and definitely should fit bigger.
No contact was made to me what so ever they cancelled my order after I paid for it two weeks later they haven't refunded me, responded to any of my messages and give absolutely no information what so ever on my order. Absolute scam in my opinion.

You ordered a product that is not eligible for overseas shipment. Your order was cancelled and the card was refunded several days ago. It make take up to 10 business days for the refund to hit you card.
Overall, everything from the shipping support to customer support have been fantastic. When a problem came up I could easily depend on a quick response and quick solutions. It was a bit rocky when I first got my OSMxyz set, but the great customer support definitely made my first experience with RaveReady one to remember. Hope to continue getting great service.
Great Customer Service, and I love the fits, quality, and design of the pieces, but definitely limited sizing in colors/styles I was interested in. I'm a little bigger and always worries stuff won't look as good as in the photos.
Ordered 3 weeks ago and still dont have a tracking number. Contacted the via their web form 3 days ago and no response. I think i got scammed. Going to need to have my bank refund the charge it seems. Avoid this place.
Fist their customer is NON-EXISTENT you never get a response. Second, their stuff is made for tiny twink girls and doesn't fit actual women's bodies--I am normally a size 8--average woman's body and their XL doesn't even fit me. DON'T buy from them.

Angela, you ordered two hand crafted items - on the main product image there is a banner saying "10 Day Crafting Period" in large bold text, in the product description area there is another large "10 business day crafting period" image, and in the text of the description it reiterates the 10 business day crafting period. Your items are on schedule to be shipped around the 10th business day, I am very sorry if there is any confusion with the shipping times associated with those custom made shirts.
