I ordered a pair of shorts that were on sale and they took about a week to get to me. They were in a white plastic bag like most other clothing I've ordered online. The material was really nice and not anywhere near as plastic-y as I through it was going to be, it was really nice quality. The stitching all seems really nice and there are no loose threads. Overall I am very happy with the shorts, the price, and delivery.

I recently placed an order through RaveReady and hopped onto their website a couple of hours after making my purchase to check on order status. It said that one item in my order was on back order, but that everything else had shipped. I needed the item for an event less than a week away, so I signed onto their LiveChat feature and Alexia was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to ensure I had something in time for the show. We followed up the next day on my slightly revised order and she confirmed that it had shipped out AND that they had upgraded me to priority shipping free of charge! Alexia is super helpful and I am extremely happy with the customer support I received from her. The only reason RR doesn't get a 5-star rating from me is that there is no way to tell if a certain size on their website is sold out. If they could figure out a way to fix this issue, I'd be RAVING about all that they do. =)
If I could give them a zero I would. Never have I had such a terrible customer experience. Placed my order a month before Halloween, and still to this moment have not received my item, reason for not receiving it, or a refund. Terrible terrible terrible...
I saw so many negative reviews and I assure you my experience was the total opposite. I ordered a space cat hoodie and immediately received confirmation of order. Was sent a shipping alert then received the shirt in less than a week even though it was a 10 day wait item.
I love my OSM's! (XYZ) I haven't been this excited for new lights in years and I haven't stopped playing with them since I got them. Being able to code them to my liking is absolutely wonderful. I love the options I have like having multiple color pallets and primes and such. Overall they're definitely worth the buy and I'd recommend then to everyone.

I'd give this site 5/5 butalong with other reviews here, I do have to say that buyer beware. Read the details & reviews of the products you want to get. Its not their fault really, its hard to potograph holographic, mesh and transparent items, so make sure you read the descriptions.
Ordered from Rave ready about 2 months ago and just got it now. Sent multiple emails no response no confirmation no email nothing! Finally got my order and it wasn't even the thing I ordered. Spent $50 on something i didn't want.
I've been buying from RaveREady for about 5+ years now. I don't buy from there very often but over the years I've accumulated a fair amount of items from their shop and I've been consistently pleased every time.
I like buying fluffies from RaveReady and have 3 pairs from them. The fur is nice. The only problem is the spandex they use for the bands. One of my pairs the bands are really small and I had a problem wearing them. Another pair had two different sizes bands and one was very tight while the other was perfect. On my third pair they were too big. I am more likely to buy from Etsy sellers for fluffies in the future because some sellers ask for your calf measurement while on RaveReady there is no option for that. The prices are fair for fluffies as well. I also bought some bottoms from them I and won't do that again. The crotch portion barely covered my bikini area and I was a bit worried about... uh... falling out of one side or the other. They fit fine in the hips but the crotch was pretty skinny. Processing and shipping takes a little longer than I like, but I am sure they have a ton of orders to process daily.
Made an order and was missing a large part of the order, no information was sent out from rr, tried to contact them multiple times about issue with no response. Next time I'll make sure to order from a site with a contact phone number... I own a photo studio and have had great luck in the past with yandy and yourlamode, Do No Order From Raveready!
Anthony, as you said in your email a refund for the missing items was issued before you even received they package. Some items were out of stock and a full refund for those items was issued. I apologize for the missing items but they are currently out of stock without an ETA, as soon as they come back in your will be notified but we are unable to keep the order in place since we do not have an ETA on their arrival.
They will steal your money & never send you your item. Their customer service never responds back either. If you complain on their IG they will just delete the comment. Don't use!
I loved everything I got in my order (#: *******). They were really good about getting my stuff to me in a quick amount of time and their clothes are always true to size! I have nothing but good things to say about them and I recommend them to every one of my friends.

This is the first time i buy from this site, I bought a bathing suit and i love love it, it arrived within 3 days, the color is exactly the same as in the photo, and the cut is flattering, surely i will buy from them again.
I have bought from this site a lot in the pase and i haven't had any problems whats so ever. The Quality was always good and their arrival time is great. I get my package about 5 to 3 days from it being bought. I will always go back to this site.
The service I received was exemplary. I spoke to Emma who was extremely helpful and polite. The speed of delivery was excellent and the product was great! I would definitely recommend this site to anyone who is looking for some festival glasses!
I have only had great experiences with raveready. I even ordered the wrong size once (my fault) and they sent me the correct size as soon as I realized it was too big on me. I just mailed back the wrong size and gave them the tracking number and they sent me the correct size the same day. I love the quality of everything I have received.
Do NOT order from this website! I placed an order two weeks ago and was only notified that my payment was accepted. I did not receive a tracking number when I ordered and though I sent many emails didn't get a response.
Finally I went through Pay Pal and submitted a claim. Then I receive a refund a day later but still didn't receive one message from Rave Ready. If I didn't go through Pay Pal I would have just been scammed.
Do not order from this website.
I had store credit from a previous return, used it, turns out i had to return it, they were very helpful and got me new store credit when i didn't get one. Used my new store credit and I'm very happy with my items and the service. Quick shipping!
