I've only ordered an Electronic Family bracelet. That's been a month of waiting and counting. I thought I would've a great experience. I've ordered several pieces of equipment from Amazon and received big packes in 2 business days

I order 5 replacement gloves and was never given a tracking number. When I emailed them to ask them for a tracking number, they sent me one and said it doesn't work and they will send me a new one. I waited for 2 more weeks and still didn't get it so I emailed them back. They've ignored all my messages after. Save your money and don't buy from these $#*!s! You will not receive anything and they will not answer their phones either. All you get is a vmail saying they're too busy to answer your call so just send an email. I guess they're not too busy to take our money though.

I ordered the OSMxyz back when the kickstarter campaign was started, and was initially unsure how the lights would work and of they would truly be the last microlight I would ever need. And although it took a bit longer than expected to receive my lights, when I did get them I was blown away. The colors are very vibrant, the accelerometers respond well, and even the default modes are incredible. And the programmer, what sets these lights apart from others, gives me a level of customization I didn't even think possible. The only reason I gave this product 4 is because one of my lights did not work when I received it, and because of the already late delivery I was not able to get a replacement in time for a music festival. Even so, customer service, namely Raymond from Raveready, was very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond. Overall, the OSMxyz is a great product with a very dedicated team behind it.

I honestly wanted to like raveready.com. They have an amazing selection of fluffies at good prices however this means NOTHING considering that you'll never receive your order. They don't tell you whenever you order that almost EVERYTHING on there website is on backorder (really thinking that they don't have an actual warehouse) & whenever you try to call them, you are on hold for about 2 minutes then a recording says to call back later or email them. I tried emailing them multiple times only to receive automatic responses saying my item should be back in stock within one week. 3 weeks went & I still only received that same email over & over again. Also this may be a coincidence but my card was compromised a few days after cancelling my order... hmmm... anyways! Don't waste your time with this company. Take your business elsewhere (iheartraves.com)

I ordered a pair of fluffies back in may and never received them.
After I e-mailed them to check on the order, it was removed by the company from my order history. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in an attempt to get my money back. Customer service is non existent. Even when you do get an email back it's wishy washy and doesn't answer any question.
I wish I could give this sham of a "company" negative 5 stars because I would without a second thought.
Save yourself the headache. Any good review of this place is definitely fake.
I've noticed that all of the positive reviews say the opposite of every complaint I've ever seen in regards to raveready.

With OSMs you can truly recreate any mode found on any other chip out there, or create your own. The NEO code is pretty intuitive and programming using arduino is simple enough.

I'm not a huge fan of the rubber casings that came with the chips, they are a little uncomfortable until you get used to them. Sites like KandeKreations will also have their own casings coming out soon and those should be a little better.

There are some bugs found here and there but they are all software bugs and the creator (Ramiro) works diligently to solve issues and provide updated code!

I ended up buying two items on the 12th and I got them on the 19th. I'd say thats pretty good shipping time. The items are exactly like in the photos, the hydration pack was way more holographic than I thought and I LOVE it! I'll be coming back for last minute Burning Man supplies.

Everything the prior poster said. I have no issue ordering international products and waiting on shipping. I DO have a problem with a refund taking 4+ months after more than a phone call a month. We were told we woul be refunded, receive a confirmation email, the works, an somehow on our 5th attempt they said a manager overrid the prior "issues" and it would be "definitely" processed this time. We reported them to the better business bureau due to the fact that what they are doing is committing fraud. We were nothing but polite in calls and emails but that does not negate the fact that other customers deserve to know what they are gettif into! I won't even get into the fact that the items we received weren't even the right ones. This company needs to be shut down.

These $#*!s even took down the phone number so all I can do is send message after message that I can guaran-$#*!in-tee that no one is reading. Its so weird, I got a shipping notification but never a tracking # despite my begging and pleading. Disputing the charge asap.
